I closed my eyes, Scarlet was going to try to kill herself tonight?! I cursed quietly to myself, how could I reach her? Scotts! He was still Death, and she a deathbringer, if anyone he could find her. I walked into a portal and appeared infront of him at his throne. "Scotts, can you tell me where Scarlet is? She is going to do something very bad and I need to stop it." He blinked once and stared off into teh distance, "She is....I can't realy say, somewhere over the ocean." Damn, this was going to be hard.

Scotts shook his head, "She's scrambling the message, I don't know how." I patted him on the shoulder, "It's ok. I think I know how to reach here." I went back to my forest and summoned a wind sprite, these things where fast. "Would you please locate one, Scarlet Knight?" It took off at top speeds, literally as fast as the wind, it would most likely scour the entire world in an hour.

The sprite came back as swiftly as it left, "London?!" I ran back to my cave, populated ares did NOT go good with my current outfit, I got my assassin's garb back together and opened a portal, right ontop of the building nearest Scarlet, I jumped down and ran over, I pulled my faceguard down around my neck, "Scarlet! Stop and listen." She looked a bit surprised, but mostly angry, "Someone, don't exactly know who, she called herself Fate, but she said....she said you where going to...." I blinked, noticing her intent. Assassination. I took a deep breath and ran my hand through my red hair, why hadnt I changed that anyway? " Scarlet.....take care of yourself....for me." I took a step back and waited for a response.

I bowed my head and held my hands out infront of me, I concentrated on teh fog, and willed it apart, making a spreading motion with my hands. The fog slowly dissapated so as not to look too out of the blue, the first thing available was the target in question, who noticed nothing. I stepped back into the shadows and leaned agaisnt a building quietly. Waiting for the sound of gun fire.

"********!" I ran over to Scarlet's limp form, blood swiftly covering her clothes. I placed my hand over the wound, "Sorry." I reached two figners in and ripped out the bullet, Scarlet barely groaned. "Nature....help me." I placed my hands over her chest where she had been shot, roots and flowers sprout out of the ground around us, the healing magic I was using was strong enough that its over flow caused that, the muscles and fibers mending themselves slowly under my hands, the paved walkway we where on now looked like a meadow from the magics at work. The arteries teathered themselves together, now trees where sprouting. Finnaly her skin stuck slowly back together, closing over the once-wound. The sprouts where now four foot tall, the ground was covered with grass, flowers where everywhere in a twenty foot radius. I sat back panting, the recovery was up to Scarlet. I was almost too tired to move, Scarlet had nearly died, I let out a mournful sound. She still was nearly dead, I opened a portal to the Druid's Stronghold and stood up shakily, I grabbed Scarlet and carried her into the portal, I laid her on the soft tree pulp that made the floor and collapsed, two druids who had been walking by ran over to give assistance but found me unconcsious, the strain leaving me both physically and mentally weak.

I had stayed by Scarlet's side since I had woken up. I hadn't talked to anyone, my hope was failing, I spent all day reading books from the druid library, the most extensive library in teh world, if hidden. I poured over the books, but I could not find a strong enough way to abolish the poison, it wasn't made from animal venom, it wasn't from any known plants. I racked my brain but couldn't find an answer. Suddenly I remember something, and someone who could help me.

As Scarlet woke up I grinned, but it fell off my face almost as fast, she was pure blooded human. I grabbed Uriel's arm, "What happened?" I had known Uriel for a very long time, even before I was a vampire, he had been my mentor and friend, leader of the vampire hunter's guild, which I was a part of, and holy paladin, the one healing force I had no grasp of. "What went wrong?!"
