Tyrant quickly typed in a code beside a door when they reached the bottom of the stairs. In seven presses of the key pad, it opened to reveal a large laboratory. It was cicular and had two floors, the first containing a few other doors and then on the second floor as it desended down from the first, it held computers and robots performing operation on the computers. In the middle was a large tank filled with water and in the middle was a black mass that seemed to be the developing parts of organs, including a brain and a heart among them.
"This is the lab, what is in the middle there is my project, that is all you need to know about that, now I need you to report to drone Alpha, it will get you ready for the experiment. Its the biggest drone here and will be easiest to spot."

She nodded. "Can I stay here? I don't mind sleeping on the floor or a couch. Just somewhere to sleep until I get another place..." She looked up at him. "Where did you go, if you don't mind me asking?"

"oh, I was trying too get abit of sleep, but all these police cars kept going by here so they kept me awake, so I just went over and stopped the bank robbery in progress...and don't think I was acting out of kindness or anything, I just wanted some sleep" He said, and rubbed his eyes. He opened the door, shut off the intruder alarm then turned on a light, head down the stairs, too your right then three doors down, you can use the bed in the medical room for tonight" He said.

Rewind nodded and walked around.He found a large robotic thing,"Hi,um I'm supposed to come see you." he said.

"night" He said then flicked off the lights, then turned the intruder alarm one, he went down to his office the hit a button under his desk, a small section of the wall folded out into a small cot, Kogi had it installed cause he would usually stay late and was to tired to drive or use his powers, he layed down on the bad closed his eyes and went too sleep.

Rebecca laid down on the bed, sighing heavily. She had never been this tired. She closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep, her legs healing faster.

The drone turned and its T-shape visor blinked rapidly as it scanned Rewind.
"You must be the next subjet, please sit in the chair there and await further instructions!"
The drone pointed towards a metallic chair that seemed to be used to hold people in place. Above it was a helmet that connected to the tank. It was a direct link to whatever was inside, but it was connected to it somehow.

Cal had been watching the fight after he fell asleep on the roof he was hiding on. "So a new hero who can control time and another super villain, should prove more fun then I thought." But that ghost and plauge guy are on a whole other level compared to the rest of use, but maybe if I can figure out how to get my power working 100 percent then I can beat him. Cal gets back to his car, everything he owed was inside he didn't bother buying a apartment cost to much and being a pickpocket didnt really pay that much.

Rewind looked at the chair,"Um,ok..?" he sat down and waited for Tyrant or another drone or whatever was going to give him instructions.

Tyrant stepped forth or at least it seemed to be Tyrant. A old man, somewhere in his sixties, stepped forth in a lab coat holding a clip board that he seemed to be reviewing as he came to meet Rewind. The old man had a dark look to him; His pale skin and wrinkled skin seemed to not contrast the dark look of Tyrant. He was bald, probably a choice isnstead of male patterned baldness. His look seemed serious about whatever was gonig on, not that it was clear.
"Not many people see me outside my armor, only here do I remove it. My name is Kane, also known as Tyrant. We will concetrate your powers to the tank using a energy current created by Dark Plasma from yours trully. Then we'lll operate on the project to help it further along. I may call you back in the future jsut in case more is required, but not liekely. Brace yourself, this is gonig to sting like a mother..."
Kane grabbed the switch by the chair and pulled it, making a sound that was loud enough to cover up the last bit of his sentence.

((Is this going to be a routine?Or a full time thing while Rewind is with Tyrant?Because when Rewind gets tired and sore he doesn't have enough energy to use it,he'll need a rest faster than he normally would focusing it in one spot like this))
Rewind didn't have time to get ready,he was caught off guard by Tyrant's real appearance.He felt the pain surge through him.He scream bloody murder.He had never concentrated his power into one spot,it was tiring ad it hurt.His head started pounding because his power was controlled in his brain.
