I am most guilty of these...

1. When you go to the book store, you spend most of your time in the foreign languages section.

2. Whenever your friends fluently speak a language that you don't know, you get insanely jealous.

3. When you listen to music in another language, you memorize the lyrics.

That is so not my avatar...damn glitches...

Yay! My avatar is back! *does little dance*

I have another...that I'm also guilty of...

4. On product packages, you read all the directions and descriptions in other languages for fun.

You know you're obsessed with languages when:

1) You buy books in a language that you are interested in learning, but it's #2 or further on your list.

2) A language gets added to your list whenever you meet someone who speaks it.

3) You spend hours on the internet just to read something in the language you are learning because nowhere in your city has books or courses on the language.

I do that all the time.

Thank goodness for Canada being bilingual. I never have to read directions or ingredients in english. ^^

I do all of those, too.
My most recent (and most major) sign that I'm too obsessed with languages is the fact that my parents are sending me to a psychologist because they think that my obsession may be a little bit over the top. xD

Also, I've taken doing DDR just for the songs in foreign languages even though I have a broken toe and it hurts like... it hurts like being on vacation without some variety of grammar book.

Yes, I know. I am officially off my rocker.

...Know you're obessed if people give you blank stares when you talk to them, because you did't realize that you were speaking a Foreign Language.

rofl dang, that's a good one rofl
It's happened to me before redface
Me too. If I'm thinking in the wrong language, it happens a lot.

I have another one:

When you start feeling depressed and stupid for only knowing four languages and start to crave learning more new languages.

In response to the first one, people have to keep telling me to speak English. gonk I keep forgetting and revert to French.
And yes, I tend to feel stupid for only being on my fourth language. More, I tell you, MORE!
