(The following takes place in an alternate time frame)
It had proved to be a rather relaxing day. Kishiyo couldn't remember such relaxtion in recent times. It could've been because the ANBU was such a stressful career, or he was just happy knowing he'd completed a phase of his life.
With a melodic whistle, he continued to walk through the narrow alleys of the Konohagakure. The night gave his village such a peaceful look-- not a single sound could be heard. It was rather late-- but he was used to this, and had come to enjoy the night mother's embrace over the long days the Uchiha was forced to spend in it.
The moon was out tonight also, it was hard to ignore the illuminating moonlight; it had been quite a clear sky giving the large mass a beautiful contrast. Kiyoshi could even see it's craters-- it was glowing. Smiling, his dark eyes became level. He was tired, it was best to get some sleep. Maybe he'd go talk to Suzume about the new kids....
'A quick Shunshin then...?'
With a blindly agile yet elegant jump, he appeared on top of the closest structure ready to cast and head home. Kishiyo paused for a moment-- this wasn't good.Before him, he watched a house, burning. Must've been rather quick and rampant since no dispatch of shinobi were here.
In only a moment, lights all around the blazing structure turned on as panic of villagers filled the air.
Kishiyo casually turned his head as the populace in the vicinity exited and watched. Some shinobi exited, casting their Suiton onto the building.
His hands came out of his pockets.
Most likely it was some ignorant child who decided to light his candle using his a Kato-- wait. Kishiyo walked closer. But..Fires couldn't just spread so quickly, especially with this type of wood.
"Sharingan...", the heir whispered instinctively.
"Damn it all...", there was chakra in there. This fire was also of chakra. He wasn't exactly willing to believe a shinobi could be so irresponsible. He started a casual jog, jumping onto the roof, evading the fire but catching some of the smoke in his eyes. It couldn't be helped...
He turned, looking down for the little concentration of the chakra signature, his hands clenched. The tomoe started to spin as he seemed to part his palms. A mediocre set of eyes wouldn't have caught the speed of his hand-signs...
He takes in a deep breath, kicking the roof below him hard, breaking it. He lands on his kneed, his eyes widening. "FUTON! DAITOPPA!", Kishiyo proclaims, blowing out. There is a heavy hurricane of wind around him, blowing away the fire on the floor. The floor begins to cave in.
Damn it, the structural integrety was giving. He tried to use a weak Futon too...
No matter.
Kishiyo ran to the boy, picking him up and slinging him over his shoulder. Kishiyo's Sharingan faded as he leaped through the window. Glass shattered and landed with the Heir as he dropped the boy, several chuunin wearing pajamas came to their sides. He didn't change his position or even turn his head as the building behind him caved in.
"Thank-you Kishiyo-sama... We'll take him from here...", they noted in a worried tone, performing various checks and procedures. Konoha's medic-nin were second to none. "Those eyes are god sent....", the other chuunin noted, giving him a quick glance and smirk, wiping his sweat from his forehead.
The Jounin stayed knelt on one knee, simply examining the boy with his ever-so-calm visage. Kishiyo didn't want to assume anything... but this fire-- the boy caused it. He wondered why...
His curiosity raised, if only a little. No point in pondering useless scenarios. Getting to his feet he looked down once more at the boy, his hands finding their place in his pockets.
