Matsuri ended up catching her breath as she landed on the ground, not being use to using her chakra. She then stood up with a small sigh, and ended up coughing a few times." Anyways I should get going. I need to train some more I supose."
"Heh so you dont want to learn Sea boss?"He asked whiel watching her walk way.
"Nah,..I already have a summon." She yelled back while waving her left arm. (7.5/7.5)

Matsuri blinked a few times as she stopped walking, noticing a few children running around in the rain acting as if it dint bother them. They were wearing homemade headbands too, playing ninja maybe. "That looks fun," She said without showing any emotion to it. She then felt a small tug on her black hair to glance back tords the bat who was laying on her fan.
"What?"
"Baka we have no time for your childish ways. Your supose to be 18 at leats in mind if not.....yeah." He mummbles while rolling his eyes. "Anyways we have to fins that scar man..."
"You mean Sigure-san?" She asked as she started heading down the small path once again.

The child stopped in her path seeing a man with a fairly large scar on his worn out looking face, who was also carrying a umbrella. She ditn know why but all she could do was stare at him, thinking to her self ' Ive always woundered if the storys about him fighting Gaara were true. Woudn't he be dead though?'She then paused, walking up to him until she was a few feet in front of him. " You shoudn't be out here. You might catch a cold Sigure." Saying this with her eyes narrowing, showing that she was smiling underneath the mask.
Sigure watched her unsure why the sand ninja was still here. It was rather bothersome. He then crossed his arms over his chest, waiting for his rather small teammates to hurry up.They seemed to be taking their time." And you shoudn't look down on your elders..."HE said while looking away from her.
"Heh maybe,...Maybe not." She said with a small shrug of her shoulders until she pulled her mask down trying to see if she could breath easier now. It seemed alittle better but not good enought, making her place her mask back on her face." I have a favor to ask,.."

He looked coldly tords her not wanting to even deal with her right now however he knew that once she got what she wanted she would leave. Hopfully." Fine what do you want now?"
"I want you to train me," She said with a small pause." See very simple request." Saying this as she narrowed her eyes to make then seem emotionless once again. This was a habbit of hers and one that seemed to work to get what she wished. However her inner self was also sending off a bad arua, full of hate and anger....Which would possibly make a baby cry.
"Fine then," He muttered whiel watching her, noticing her expression. It was slgihtly weird for a child at this age to ahve that much hate let alone be a ninja. He then looked her over making sure she had the umbrella that she needed.

Matsuri coudn't help but to smirk under her mask as she watched him unsure why but she found the people in Rain to be rather odd. But then again who was she to talk. "I was woundering you could teach me sprinkling needles?"
"sprinkling needles," He said with a small sigh while placing his right hand over his face. "Fine,...Now lisen up. This is a ninjutsu were a user can throw thier umbrella's in to the air, and using their chakra they must have the needles inside the umbrella's to coem forth. You can also use your chakrs to show were they hit and such," He then gave a small pause while watching her." But remeber this will be like rain hitting your target, at first its nothing but then theirs nothing but pain. So watch on who you use it on."
The child nodded her head slightlythinking back to something,..Which made her hold body twich in slight fear. She din't know why she was thinking of the old days but still...The thought of fire or anything metal rainign down gave her nightmares it seemed." H-hai.."

"Alright first I need you to throw your unbrella in the air as high as you can, spinning it,...Also I want you to not use your chakra this time." He said while narrowing his eyes, wanting to see what he would have to work with.
Matsuri nodded her head slightly when hearing him as she held her umbrella open this time letting the rain hit her face.She had to admite it, the rain felt very good, peaceful one might describe it. She then threw it up, using her arm strength to have it go stright up in the air and before hand she had her rist twich, making it spin in the sky above her.
"...I think I need to work on my taijutsu alittle more,.." She muttered a she watched the umbrella spin in the air for what seemed for hours.
"Yeah right," He said with three blue lines under his eyes as he watched her, then he noticed somehtign that made his eyes twitch slightly. " First I want you to take that mask off then next well have you place the needles inside the umbrella's."

" Fine," She muttered while rolling her eyes, not sure why she was annoyed by this however it was just...Bothering her. She liked her mask. The child then say on the wet ground, crossing her elgs as she did, then placed the open umbrella on her lap, holding her left hand out. "Needles?"
Sigure blinked a few times as he watched her then digged in to his pocket with a small sigh. He then pulled out 20 needles, and handed them to her. "Place as much as you can in the umbrella."
Matsuri nodded her head slightly when hearing him, then stated to place the needled in to the umbrella. When she was done she closed the umbrella and stood up, not bothering to try to get the dirt off her, getting wet mud on her jump dress wasn't easy to get off. " So now I have to try it with chakra right?"

The child watched as the older man nodded his head which then she placed the umbrella over her head, opening it was first. The chakra that she had went threw her body, then to her left hand and headed tords the umbrella until it was light blue.
"Okay then,.." She muttered while throwing it up in to the air then placed her hand sin the snake hand sign.The umbrella started to pin which then let out the 20 needles on to anythign that was below it. The child then did another hand seal: Ox. And watched as the needles lead away from her and ended up hitting a tree not to far away.
She then turned tords the man with the scar on his face having a childish grin on her face." So how was that?"
Pretty good,..." He muttered while crossing his arms over his chets." Now...Pick up all the needles and place them back in tot he umbrella..."

Drago looked and hated coming here. Especaillly since the weather was horrible and he had trained with the people he could here. he saw the man with the umbrellas. He was always asking him when he was going to let him train under him.
"So your not even going to ask if you can train with me."
Drago looked he scoffed the man. As he kept walking as if he was looking for something.
"Tell you what..If you can defeat me in a fight I will let you have my own umbrellas."
"deal."
Drago siad without even hearing what would happen if he would lose.

"Ready...GO!"
Drago ran towards the man quickly as he hoped form a tree branch and he went in to strike him for a quick kick. Drago's speed was incredible. He was even faster than what he used to be two years ago.
"So obvivious and here I thought I was a fighting a Sannin."
Drago looked and he came from a above kciking him in the head and pushing him to the ground.
"Illusions are everything my friend."
Drago said with a smirk. The Man looked at him and he quickly threw two shurikens towards him. Drago looked and he dodged them. The man pulled out his umbrellas and he looked slowly at Drago as his eyes were glaring.

The man threw up all the umbrellas he had in his hand. There were three of them. Drago looked up in the air and he sighed slowly.
"Damn thats going to hurt when they all come donw isn't."
Drago siad with a wince of pain already. He looked slowly as he scratched his head. The man looked and he did a handseal as Drago grabbed his fingers slowly.
"Don't do that yet."
"What are you doing let go!"
Drago threw a quick headbut and hit him to the ground. Drago looked and he gave a smirk.
"Give up yet. I am a sannin After all you can't beat me...Kind of think me as Gaara but with a Sense of humor."

The man looked and he did antoer handseal as he used Henge no Bunshun. Drago looked and he couldn't find him.
"s**t."
DRago cursed as he looked and he sighed slwoly watching those umbrellas. Drago looked and he looked to the sun and he was about to fire a sunshine ray down into the umbrellas as he was kicked in the stomach.
"Why Those every one kick me in the stomach. Jeez why not the neck or the arms."
Drago said as he focused back on the fight. He saw Siguri hiddding in the bushes. Drago looked nad he threw a kunai into the bush.
"got ya."
DRago turned and he cursed hismelf again.
"Eh.."

All the Needles came down quickly in large fray of needles. Around two hundred needles coming down upon his body. Drago looke up and he sighed slowly as he couldn't decide how to block this attack. But he knew he couldn't jsut sit there. Drago decided that he could.
"Let's See If this works."
Drago said as he started to run around in a circle. He looked as he was running a circle a large tornado started to come around his body. He stopped running and the tornado blew the needles away and into mutiple directions. Drago held his hand as he blocked one that went threw his arms. The nin looked at Drago and his muth dropped open.
"How can any person be that fast?"
Drago looked and he blinked a few times.
"Was that all are you a one trick pony?"
Drago said as he licked the blood off his arms.
"Those damned Flower nins put a better fight than you."

"Ey I guess it's my turn. Here first let me help you up."
DRago said as he ran and picked up his opponet. h then stood back in his same spot.
"Oaky you ready?"
Drago said as he ran towards him and hit him in the stomach then appeared behind him and kicked him foward. Drago then appeared infront of him and hit him in the chest with his hand. Drago was running besides him at his full speed and laughed.
"This is going to hurt so you might want to brace for impact."
Drago smirked slowly as he hit him inthe back making him spit up blood. Drago then kicked him in the air. As he was coming down Drago caught him with a fist in his back. Holding him up with his fist in his back and he sighed slowly.
"Thats for putting that Damned hole in My hand."

"I guess you give up?"
Drago siad as he threw him down to the ground and took the umbrellas. Drago looked and he sighed as he used mythical helaing hands and healed most of his wounds.
"LookI will be back for more training but thatnks for these umbrellas..I wonder if I can make these Sun light Sprinkles?"
Drago said as he laughed and he head off towards another village. Before anybody could say anything Drago was gone in a flash of the light.
"Maybe I nee to gauge my power. I have gotten Stronger since staying in Hidden Nano."
DRaog laughed again. As he headed off towards Hidden Haze.
