After reluctantly informing Kia that she had no idea where to find metal boots, Sila found her horse and left.
"The Shadow temple is rumoured to be in Kakariko. But my compass is pointing into the castle..." she murmered, turning Horse around quickly and driving him into the town. As soon as she reached the castle, she stopped and let her compass tell her more.
"Inside... whoever this is, they must be close to the royal family..." she muttered. Dismounting, she burst her way through the doors, throwing the guards a look that read 'don't interfere''. They recognized her as a gerudo and didn't argue.
"Now to find this stupid shadow sage. This could endanger me even more..." she murmered, hoping that if something happened, her lord would be around to rescue her. Not that she wanted to consider him a great leader, it was just that she wanted protection from that situation...

Zelda looked up into the nightmarish red eyes, her face pale. After a moment, she got to her feet. "Alright," she said softy, then her eyes hardened. "But only after I speak with my father." Before he could respond, she was out the door.
As she all but ran down the hallway to her father's chambers, she tried to get the porcelain feeling back, but all she could seem to manage was an increasing number of snakes in her stomach. Finally she came to the King's door, took a deep breath, and knocked.
"Come in," mumbled the King, sounding like he was half asleep.
Zelda came in, her eyes wide and frantic. "I cannot get married yet, father," she said in a rush.
The King blinked at her. "Wh-"
"It is tradition that I make a week long pilgramige to the Great Fairy, to ask for her blessing."
The King frowned, trying to wake up enough to get a handle on the conversation. "Oh."
"So, I'm off," said Zelda with a falsely bright smile, "See you in a week's time, Father!" She rushed over, kissed the bearded cheek, then barreled back out of the room.

Ganondorf stood to meet Inariie. "Lyra? You are not expected to kill her. She will not receive any harm. She - and you - should be honored to be helping the Gerudos in such a manner." As he spoke, his eyes flashed dangerously, and his left hand subtly shifted onto the hilt of the large blade hanging (almost dragging) from his waist. "It is necessary. It will do no harm and it will do great good. You must do it."
Hyn was already on his way home to the Lost Woods. He hadn't covered much distance, and he would be marching into the night, but he cared little for either fact. He had a terrible feeling in the back of his mind that he should remember something and that if he didn't, he was going to end up dead. Hardly advisable.

((This is before Gus is captured.))
Bowie quickly shot up, woken up from a dream... "Wha... something... doesn't feel right..." He said, and slowly got out his bed. He crept over to his closet, and quickly threw on some clothes, and a green cloak. On his way out of his room, he quickly grabbed his wooden sword, and silently left his home...

As the Princess ran out of the room, Artanis allowed himself amused smirk. Such drama. He followed, though at his own pace, so when he came to the door of the King's chambers, his charge was already inside. He heard her speaking quickly, though her words were somewhat muffled through the door.
Suddenly the door was flung open again and the girl barreled out, almost running right into him. He, of course, sidestepped her neatly. His eyebrows were raised, but all he said was, "Shall we, Your Highness?"

Zelda let out a small gasp as the frighteningly close and unexpected obstacle removed itself from her path in a blur of impossible swiftness. "Shall we, Your Highness?"
She looked over, and up into the impassive face of her Sheikah protector, and felt her cheeks start burning. She raised her chin. "Yes, I believe I've taken care of everything," she said, with an air of forced calm, then shook her head tiredly as something occurred to her. "Except for one thing." She had forgotten a disguise.
She closed her eyes, and cupped hands in front of her, her expression one of intense concentration. Small beads of sweat broke out on her forehead, and she gritted her teeth; this spell required large reserves of power, energy she just didn't have, right then. She'd have to settle for the next best thing.
The girl let out a deep, even breath of air, and suddenly she seemed to fade into the background. An observer's eyes would just slide over her, even if they were looking for her. Obviously it wouldn't work if she yelled or put a sword through someone, but she obviously wasn't planning on doing anything like that.
She opened her eyes again and gave the Sheikah a half-smile. "Let's get going, then."
The fire died in Inariie's eyes as Gannondorf spoke; the expression on her face slowly shifting from furious to confused, and not a little sheepish. When he was done, she glanced at his sword hand, and saw that he was holding his hilt. She rolled her eyes. "Don't be silly, you know I wouldn't really attack you, no matter how much I think you deserve it."
She paused for a beat, then continued, her voice more hesitant. "I don't understand; I'm not supposed to kidnap her? Artemis made it sound like- And I could never..." She trailed off, looking into his face for some kind of answer. "But I'm just supposed to ask her to go to the temple?" Lyra spent most of her time there, anyway. "And she won't be hurt?" Thunderclouds formed behind her eyes again. "I'm going to tie Artemis' ponytail to the back of her saddle."

"Why would we need to hurt anyone? If you must, you are of course to bring her by strength, but by no means harm her! She is as much a Gerudo as you or I, and deserves to be treated as such. Does that settle everything?"
((Apparently I get Nalani. 3nodding So I can play out, over a period of time, a massively elaborate fight scene. Rock rock on!))
Nalani had almost closed into her Sage. He hadn't gone far, although for what reason someone of the forest would have for being in the town baffled her. It made it easier for her, though, because now she could see him, and he was on foot, while she rode mounted. Just one more in a relatively long series of advantages she intended to hold over him to the greatest degree. He didn't look like a fighter, although there was something large and round hanging from his back. Caring little, she spurred her horse onward, closing the distance rather quickly.
Hyn turned just in time to see the horse barreling down on him, threatening to crush him. He dove to the side at the last moment, just as the Gerudo riding it took a carefully aimed slash at his back. Or his chest, seeing as he had turned around. Allowing his momentum to bring him back up to his feet, he drew his blade and pulled his shield off his back, taking a wide, boxed stance to counter the strength his foe had on her horse.
Nalani had hoped for an easy fight. Not so; this one was armed, and appeared to know exactly what he was up to, especially from his wide, leaning stance. He anticipated her greater horse-mounted strength, and was doing what he could to counter for it. His blade hung loose at his side, though. Nalani frowned. It was almost as though he were playing with her. Unnatural. She charged anyway, slashing with both blades downwards at his skull.

Inariie grinned sheepishly. Like she would have to use force to get Lyra into the temple; generally, one had to use force to get her out. "Yes. I'm sorry for wasting your time." She started for the door, then looked back. "Be careful," she said, her voice frank. "I've heard some strange things about your princess from some of the servants. I mean, maybe it's all this triangle of wisdom rubbish; by all accounts she's unusually self possessed for someone her age. But-" She shook her head and smiled. "You can take care of yourself."

Artanis nodded, moved to the nearest window, and pulled out an odd, obviously old, claw-like device, fitting it onto his left hand. He calculated the trajectory, then clenched his hand into a fist. The claw shot out on a long chain, finding purchase on the ledge above the window. He turned expectantly to Zelda. "Well? Come on."

Zelda looked at him, then past him, to the window, her eyes wide and frightened. It made sense, she told herself, they couldn't exactly go out the front door. After a moment, she swallowed and moved over to him, putting her arms around his neck.

Artanis put his arm firmly around the girl's slender waist, then moved his the mechanism of his device so that the chain retracted, pulling them out the window, then began slowing letting them desend. He looked up at the already impressive length of chain, and sighed. It wouldn't extend all the way down to the ground, of course. He was used to getting down this way, but the girl wasn't.
There was a slight jerk; they'd run out of chain. "We're out of chain," he said calmly, just so she wouldn't scream hysterically that they were out of chain. "I know how we can get down safely, but I need you to promise that you will not scream, Your Highness. If you have to, use one of your hands to cover your own mouth. If you scream, our position will be given away at the very least. The worst outcome is the one where you make me lose my concentration and we both fall to our deaths." It occurred to him that he was probably frightening her even more; he just wasn't very good at this. "So, do I have your promise?"

Zelda had to bite her lip when they began to descend. She didn't trust herself to look down. She just closed her eyes and waited for it to be over. Suddenly they jerked to a stop, and her eyes snapped open.
"We've run out of chain," he said, his voice the epitome of calm. Her breathing sped up, as if she were getting ready to run, and as he continued to speak, she began to feel as if she would choke. "Do I have your promise?"
It wasn't as though she had any other choice. She'd used up almost every ounce of energy, magical or otherwise, that she had during the course of the day. This was her only way out. Zelda was certain that she wouldn't be able to speak, so she just nodded, simultaneously closing her eyes again, and bringing one of her trembling hands to cover her mouth. She didn't trust herself at all.

((Heck yes! I always wanted to do this in OoT! YES!!!))
Artanis watched with professional detachment as the deathly pale Princess closed her eyes and covered her mouth. He gave her another second to prepare herself, then released the claw.
He was used to the feeling of free fall, but made himself pay attention; he wasn't used to carrying another person, after all. One, one-thousand, Two, one-thousand... He had to get the number right. Too soon or to late and he'd miss the contact point.. Five, one thousand, Six.
He fired, the hook catching neatly on an intricate iron window covering. Without pausing, he let more chain out, so as to minimize the risk of dislocating his shoulder with a sudden stop. Some thirty seconds and thirty some odd feet later, their feet touched the ground.
He let go of her waist, and retracted the claw. As he put it away, he glanced at her. "Are you alright, Highness?" he asked. They needed to move on as quickly as possible.

Zelda just stood there, her white knuckled hand still crushed against her mouth, shaking uncontrollably. Her blue eyes were as wide as could get as she stared at him. After a moment, she tentatively pulled her hand away from her mouth, as though she was still afraid she might scream. "No," she said in a deceptively calm, reasonable voice, "Not at all."
