Everyone was checked and de-wormed.
"Aoi, how the hell did you not have worms?"
Aoi giggled nervously. "I. . . Don't know?"
Irene's arms were bandaged. She looked at the two, "Wait. . . You're an Angra Maiyu right?"
"Yes."
"That's why you don't have worms. Angra Maiyus are known to eat the damn worms."
"Wait, what?!" Everyone else said in unison.

"Nope. I've seen Sarah eat 'em. She says they're good if you cook them right." She shrugged.
"What thr hell did she eat them with?"
"Cream of Mana Worms. . . . She ate it with sour dough bread. Sarah made me eat it." She shook her head, "It tasted werid."
"I think it should." Taima looked at Irene like she was sick or something.
"It was sweet, bland, bitter and tangy at the same time. That's the oddest combination I have ever tried."

"No more. . . please" Now Konzen felt ill. He twitched, he remembered the description now. . . his sister had him eat it before.
"It's not that bad. Auntie eats it all the time. I like it" Kaira said.
The Gaiden party covered their ears and spoke in unison, "Don't say anything else about Cream of Mana Worms." Apparently at one time in each of their lives they had to eat it.

"Well, if these worms are edible. . I guess we can cook them right? We have a lot of them anyways." She looked at Kenren and Hoseki, those two being the ones with the longest and the most worms.
"Jesus. . ." Irene buried her head in her arms. "I would rather eat the mana gems than those."
"Mana gems?"
"Highly charged and condensed mana stored into gems. They're like pills, execpt you make them yourself and eat them whenever you're low on mana. Diamonds don't like me." Keiryu shook his head.

Dolores, Taima and Feel went to help her with the cooking.

Feel was flaying the worms.
Taima was preparing the soup.
Dolores and Aoi were preparing the worms for the soup and whatever other food item that came to mind.

Hakkai was helping Dolores and Aoi.
Kartia was helping Feel Flaying worms. It wasn't so bad. Every now and again she'd look at him out of the corner of her eye.

Feel was well unfortunately right handed. He only had to look away once, since Taima bumped into him, and he cut something that he shouldn't have. Or so he thought when he saw it. "That. . . Isn't my thumb is it?"
