Dominic grit his chattering teeth tight together as he swerved in rhythm with the chasers and bolted down to the opposite end of pitch. He could see his own keeper lingering in the distance and sought out the closest bludger. Breaking from his defensive position, Dominic whipped around after it, climbing higher and higher until he could plummet down on it from above and smack his bat aiming for Rufus.

All of a sudden, her gut beseeched her, and she took a sharp turn to the left where she’d spotted the opposing seeker in her peripherals. And, WOOSH! Shina soared past overhead, and with a second glance, Belle knew why. She had seen the snitch, so it seemed, but now Belle saw it too. So she ripped her broom around to chase after her, narrowing her person close to her broom as she raced behind her, edging left and right trying to get around her to catch a better view of the elusive little snitch.

A small sigh of relief barely whistled past his clattering teeth as he watched the quaffle narrowly avoid being sunken into the ring, and instead, was tossed along by Virgil towards Edajin. A moment’s hesitation had prodded him to toss a haughty brow towards Darius, if he could even find him in the snow, and wonder just what the hell had gotten into him to have him curse so. All the same, it didn’t matter, not now anyway, he shook the thoughts away like the fluff of snow from his hair as he ripped down towards the Ravenclaw side of the field. A bludger had been trained on in his sights, and as he dived down to reach it, he hoped his low shot near the grass would surprise his victim, Rufus, better than his last shot had, which, had only barely missed, too.
