Ever smirked at Musica's name for her. Despite what some people thought, she actually had a sense of humor, and a pretty good one at that.
She moved herself from resting against the door jam and stood up straight. She backed out of the doorway to the bathroom.
"Well, I was thinking that you might want to get some rest. You didn't even last half an hour at this party. Hate to say it, but that's pretty sad. But I'll wait to rub it in your face until tomorrow since you'll actually be yourself then and it will be more fun that way."

Musica shifted his feet again, a habit he had when thinking over things carefully. He didn't need sleep, at least in his mind he didn't think so. Her words somewhat registered with him, though all he understood was she was telling him to go to bed and that he wasn't any fun. "I don't need a nap, and I'll show you I'm plenty of fun." He said grinning as he followed her slowly with heavy steps to walk over to her, his eyes glinting with not the sweetest of intention.

Ever's eyes somewhat widened at Musica's proximity and his words. She couldn't deny that a little thrill went through her, but obviously nothing would come of it. She'd just have to make sure that she and Ares could spend a lot of time in his room on Mt. Olympus later.
She finally smirked again and crossed her arms over her chest. "I know I haven't known you for very long, Musica, but the thought of you and the world 'fun' have never mingled once in my mind.
She sighed and leaned back against one of the walls as a couple giggled their way past her down the rest of the hall toward a bedroom.
"So what exactly do you plan on doing in your current state? I would think that even dancing would be a challenge for you right now."

((Ever challenged Musica's ability to be fun, in his mind, so that's really what he means. She might like walk in as he's moving over to her before she has a time to react. I dunno, I'm just speculating. I need more sleep nyah....))

But IF you wanted something to happen right when Ari walks up the stairs, you should probably post before Rrine comes online. lol! "Ari'll be fine..." Nessa said, but she didn't sound confident. "If she doesn't come down soon, I'll go after her. She's got powers, though. I'm not terribly worried... yet." She smiled at Ty. "The brave protector strikes again!" she cheered as he shoved some clingy guys away from Sam and herself.

Ari paused for breath at the bottom of the stairs. The crowd was growing more and more dense! She hoped Ness was ok... she didn't normally like crowds much. As her breath returned to her, she climbed the stairs, occasionally chasing off a guy with a threatening look or a shove. Seriously. She made it to the first landing, and looked down the hall. Where were they?
She meandered down the hall a bit, aimlessly looking until she saw a bathroom with the door slightly ajar. In the reflection, she could see Ever and Musica. For some reason, she paused. She shrunk into the shadows so as not to be seen. Why was she pausing? She really didn't know... but something felt odd.
