Ablazed: My mother wanted to teach, and decided to start up her own school. (k-8 ) God helped majorly and the whole school was build out of volunteers and all the supplies donated by Staples. The first year of the school had 5 children, 3 of which were her kids (1 me ^.^) and was amazing. The next year there was twice as many, and about every year since there were about 10 kids. Then, after the seventh (good number) year, my mom was majorly sick and couldnt teach for a while, and had to hire a sub. The substitute was nice, but a non-profit private school with around 10 kids can't support a substitute long, and the school had to be closed. Those 6 years (i 'graduated' before the seventh) were probably the best I had in school, everyone in that school was close, and was sad when it ended, although we all remember it as the best years we had in school.
EDIT: if you aren't sure why I wrote this, it was because you mentioned something about wanting to teach, and I'm not sure why, but I was inspired to respond.

SaintChaos Vondra Yeah. I agree. When was the last time you were here? a long long time ago. ive been in this guild for freaking forever. even before it was allowing non-believers to come in. im not saying that's a bad thing, but ive noticed the increase "allowance" of pure nonsensical cussing and bashing that shouldn't be occurring to begin with. now whether pm's were sent out to give those people warnings or not, i have no idea. but its something ive noticed. and its really too bad.
I PM'ed the Captain of the guild about these issues, no response and no changes what so ever... |
