*cheers at the cookie proclaimation* Cookies are the answer to the meaning of life..
On a side note.. nice to know that i'm not the only old folk on here :'D Being constantly annoyed by my sister's friends (who are all 11 years my junior) always makes me feel every last one of my 25.5 years, and then some :p *pulls out the zimmeer frame and attempts to cross the road.*

I'm more of a child trapped in the body of an adult. xd Least that's how I feel.

Sirea Angelie Your b-day was last Saturday? Well, happy very belated birthday. That means you're a year older than me. xd *is 25* I do hope it all goes well for ya, Azura. *gives a hug* My younger sisters have gotten kidney stones. xp Thanks! Oh wow, I feel relieved now that I know I'm not the only 20-something around here. xd
Ah, well. It turns out in the results that there certainly is something going on with my liver, but they can't tell what it is. O_o Hopefully it isn't anything too serious.Evilweirdo 0 So, Azura... Adult life contains all the drawbacks of having parents without the advantages? eek Well...that's only if you have the misfortune of still living with your parents. Like. I still live with my mom. gonk
Well, remove the parent and you still got responsibilities to deal with. College life is...yeah. As stressful as you hear it is. orz
On an aside note: THE RAPTOR IS COMING. (Protip: Post somewhere there and you'll get an item, if you don't know that already. ;P)

Sirea Angelie Why does it keep coming back to Axel? gonk Because I said so. That's just the way it is. Because Axel said so. He'll keep on returning until you have it memorized! And then again to dazzle you with his presence! I just saw my algebra teacher and her new dog today. The dog was pretty adorable. Have I ever used that heart emote? Well, here you go. heart Anyway, I see myself as one who is both wiser and more foolish than my years would indicate, one who is both disciplined and reckless, one who is both weird and serious... Or perhaps I just have weird emotions. Or maybe just normal ones, and I don't like them a lot. I don't know. *sees zimmeer frame* I can't let you do that, Crymson Wolfe! * Zantetsukens frame* But is it as stressful as I THINK it is? Fear is one of my major weaknesses.

@ Azura: I'm glad you feel relieved rofl I live with my grandparents since I'm too much of a scaredy cat to even handle going out on my own. ^.^; I don't even have a vehicle, but my grandad drives me to where ever I need to go.
I do hope that it's nothing serious. o.o That would really stink if it is.
Yeah, I'm a big baby. Even if I'm an adult, I'm just a big baby. rofl

But grandparents are generally nicer to you, aren't they? mrgreen See, my mom...she nags and nags at me, so I'd like to go and be independent ASAP. gonk After I graduate, I'll see about holding down a job, moving out, and getting an apartment. >.<;; Yeah, there's also the getting my own vehicle part...

I don't even like to go out anywhere without having someone with me, though I hardly 'go out' unless if my sister comes over. @ Azura: I pretty much grew up with my grandparents, but yeah they're nice to me. They let me do what I want at times. My mom sometimes pay a visit...Yes, she watches anime, reads mangas, etc. She even made my Gaia profile.

Azura Cantarella Well, remove the parent and you still got responsibilities to deal with. College life is...yeah. As stressful as you hear it is. orz On an aside note: THE RAPTOR IS COMING. (Protip: Post somewhere there and you'll get an item, if you don't know that already. ;P) Indeed, i moved out of my 'rents the moment i hit 17, but living alone + College + part time job and having to pay bills, household maintenance, shopping etcetera... it's all a great big pain in the $%^^, whatever way you look at it biggrin The personal space is great, but it's very much hard work :3
Also; i have mah egg prepped and waiting to hatch biggrin

MUST ENJOY TEENAGE YEARS WHILE I CAN! So, is it a constant struggle, constant annoyance, or what?

In all honesty, I'm enjoying my life somewhat more since i gained independence than i did at home, but then homelife for me was pretty tense.. my stepfather and i did not get along at all.
It may be hard work, but the independence is more than worth it in my opinion. And once you leave studies behind and work full time, it all becomes soo much easier!
Though i would certainly recommend to any teenager to enjoy your childhood whilst you can.. once you become an adult, you want to go back there! biggrin

@Evil: I hate to sound like a downer, but...yeah, most likely. sweatdrop I agree that it's a mix in between.
@Sirea: OMG your mom sounds awesome and I am jealous. xd Mine thinks anime, manga, and videogames are kids' stuff and wastes of money. crying
...I don't really have to deal with student loans because I'm studying somewhere cheaper. rofl The Philippines. But yeah...when starting to live in a new country, you got culture shock and homesickness to deal with. xp

Oh, hmm. I'm finishing my studies before I go about living on my own, but yeah. I still expect it to be quite some work but well worth it in the end. :3
