Well, Hoseki, being dead for 500 years and with a corpse in the river(which is a perfect place for leeches), had almost 80 worms inside her.

Konzen was checking out Kenren's circuts and frowned, "Nice job." He was looking at all of the worms. "We have more worms here" He said.
