(She is still a Kumogakure Shinobi who is out of control. You need to destroy that arm, and put her through some kind of Genjutsu. Set her RPC straight.)

The crying boy wandered into the raikage's office. Unaware of the events undergoing around him. His face was still buried in his arms as he stood sobbing. The tears on his cheek continued to flow. He tried to speak, but his words were drowned by more sniffles and sobs followed by a choking sound.

Rahenno took the note and read it. Then put it down in approval. He then saw a boy come walking into his office. He saw him crying and walked to him. "Hey whats wrong?" He asked the kid.

Once again the boy tried to speak, this time his voice released the words in short spurts. "Mom...Dad...GONE!" he screamed aloud, apparently he was deeply disturbed at the moment. The excitement and the walk began to settle in and the boy stumbled before passing out. Falling into a deep sleep.

Rahenno listen to what the boy had to say. After listening, He completly understood what the boy had gone through. The same had happen to Rahenno when he was about that age. "It's time like this i wish we still had medi nin" He said as he picked up the kid and liad him down on a couch that was to the right of the office.

The child slept soundly on the couch. Overtop the builiding however a figure materialized from the wind, clothed in all black it was imposisble to spot in the night sky. Perched on the roof it raised its hands to form several seals. Around the building Feathers fluttered from the sky, they slowly infiltrated the building by way of the air currents and its openings. The residents were trapped, escape from the jutsu would be impossible. Upon exiting the shinobi inside would be met by a cloud of the falling genjutsu instantly putting them to sleep. Inside they were subjected to a lighter veriosn of thee jutsu that as time went on would become stronger and more abundant within the building.

Rahenno looked around as the feathers started to flow around and inside the building the clone quickly reconinzed what this jutsu was. and formed a single seal. "Kai!" He said as the genjutsu had no effect now but only to see what was going to happen next, He played along and fell to the acting as if he was sleep.

Rahenno ((Tera and Havok know each other in RL?)) (Yes. He still likes her though. And Havoc went out with KazElli also. And AC's brother is AB_normal_U. And then there are a few other people in Suna who know Havoc. They got together IRL and planned Zeramaru's death.)

Believing his jutsu effective the figure placed his right hand on the edge of the bulding kicking his right foot over he smashed through the window below flipping himself into the room. He paid no attention to the boy on the couch, he slowly approached the "sleeping" raikage. Beneath his black headwrap he chuckled. "Like taking candy from a baby." his voice was abnormally deep, he walked behind the man and drew the strong wire, reinforcing it with his chakra. Beginning with his hands he knelt down in an attempt to tie the raikage and restrain him. He ignored the other shinobi in the room.
