When he heard Hik's question he laughed like he had just heard the funniest joke ever. Smilling over at Hik he punches his shoulder lightly.
Hell yeah man! Why be boring? s**t! You only got one life, have fun! That's what I say! I did s**t I didn't even think I'd do and that's pretty bad. HAHA.
He shot a look over at Keira and then back to Hik.
Well....you gonna answer my question? Did you already steal this hottie?

*Hikaru smirked at way Ash was hitting on Keira. He wondered how she felt about it. Watching Ash he wondered if this was how he looked as he hit on people, he saw a little of himself in this person. He wasn't jealous of the way Ash was being with Keira, but he did feel a little odd about it. He pushed these thoughts away and looked at Ash as he came up to him and laughed. The punch was light but Hikaru still let his shoulder be moved a little by it. He laughed at Ash's words and nodded.*
I agree completely! Great to know I'm not the only one around here, heh.
*He shrugged again as he asked about Keira. His answer was a bit vague, but in his mind it summed up things perfectly. He had something with Keira, that was for sure, but it wasn't something with a label to bind them together. He couldn't even say he was practicing fidelity.*

Ben kept himself close to you...so much so that you could feel his chest rise and fall with each breath and his heart beating at a normal speed. Ben chuckles and licks around your ear.
Nah...I think you are sweeter. Heh...went swimming eh? Did Hikaru ever fix that lip of his? It looked pretty cut...hate to infect the pool, ya know?
As he thought about the events of the night prior he remembered, everything was so tense.
Yeah...you went off with Keira, Hikaru went with Clever so I was alone...I headed up to the balcony to clear my head..man...I just felt like Hikaru was out for blood last night..it was so strange...I don't even know why...I barely talked to him....

Ash laughed again as he thought about what Hik had just said, it sounded like a cop out to him, but he knew not everyone was as blunt as he was. He shot a look over to Hikaru.
Well I don't claim any owning either...who wants the commitment? I just didn't want to dip my spoon in to someone elses' Kool-Aid 'specially a hep cat like you.
Ash realized how blatantly sexual his comment might have sounded even though he didn't mean it that way but he figured it would be a good way to test the waters.

*Keira seems rather confused at this man. She liked his attitude, but she didn't know how to deal with it when she just woke up. She then turns to Hikaru again and nods*

*Synge giggles as you lick around her ear and she licked your neck playfully. When she you heard you ask about Hikaru she felt her a bit nervous and strange. She had forgotten about what passed between them.*
Oh, yeah, his lip is fine. Just a bit swollen, that's all. We all had fun together though, with Keira and Clever too...
*She felt the need to explain that she hadn't been alone with Hikaru. She didn't want Ben to get the wrong idea. She looked at Ben for a while as he spoke. She nodded and felt that she should at least tell him why Hikaru was upset with Ben. She sounded a little nervous, but she spoke anyway.*
Well...the thing is...somehow, the moment he saw me he knew what you and I had done...and he got pretty upset. He is kind of protective about that stuff...like a brother or something.
*That was partly how Synge believed things to be. She was still a bit in denial about Hikaru's true feelings for her. She was starting to see that things weren't as she thought, but she wanted to ignore the truth about Hikaru.*

*Keira watches the two ask talk about their claim on her and she frowns. She had already answered the man's question and he still presses on. Then, when he made the spoon comment, her eyes widen and her jaw drops as if she was way surprised over it*

He thought of the first time he spoke to Keira, and how much fun he had playing with her that day. He wanted to play with her now, but felt strange about doing it. He looked at her dress, that she had always been wearing last night, and admired it.*

Why would I offer you a knuckle sandwhich? What you said doesn't bother me and I would usually say a joke back very similar, but I just woke up so the full extent of my personality isn't exactly showing right now. So listen, how about I just make some ham and turkey sandwhiches? How does that sound?
*Keira flashes the man a big smile and then vanishes into the kitchen. She really found the man funny and she liked his sexual attitude. In time she would be able to to show him hers. Her thoughts then formed over Hikaru and her. She didn't even know it was okay for her to even look at other men but she shook this feeling off and realized that they are not together so she was free to do whatever she wants*

((Ack, sorry about the slow replies, things got all busy. ))
He continued to hold you tight but when he heard the way you were talking he thought it was strange. For some reason, he felt like something wasn't right about this situation, it was just a gut feeling he had but he might be just chalking it up to paranoia.
Oh...that's good to know...glad you had fun...and it seems Clever got comfortable too...
As he listened to what you were saying, he started to have a deep worry building in his stomach. The way you were talking just seemed off to him. He tried to shake it but it wouldn't go away and he didn't know why. He released the full body hug and looked you in the eyes.
So did you hit him because he knew, because he was protective or something else? Synge...you wouldn't hit someone for those two things...why did you?
Ben's eyes were focused clearly on you with an unwavering curiosity.
