So he swooped down to hopefully intercept the gentle pass.

Chase turned around and flew after Amanda, looking for the perfect opportunity again. A bludger flew harmlessly past him, though the boy didn't have the time to see who sent that bludger flying towards him, since he was already diving in for another stealing attempt.

Blistering hot tears slowly streamed down her frozen cheeks as the harsh winds and wet snow flurried in front of her. She blinked it all away as she shook her head back and forth, wet blonde hairs splattering in her face every which way she turned. Her robes were getting soaked, drenched and dripping from the light layer of snow constantly streaming down on her like a waterfall. She whipped her broom around, spotted the Ravenclaw seeker dart through the snow, but Belle couldn’t see. The colors were so distorted now, but at least she could tell who was who. The green and reds of the stands of Gryffindor and Slytherin all looked alike, barely a few shades different from the bright sunny shade of the Hufflepuffs, and only increments different from the luscious gold of the snitch. Dammit, why did this have to be so hard?!

Dom had easily spotted the bludger that gaining speed on him, he took a sharp turn to the right and watched as the ball soared past him and dive into another part of the game. He hadn’t even given himself the grace of curiosity to see where it had been struck from. Instead, he gritted his teeth and tightened his hold on his broom, as if he could loosen it, anyway, his hand might as well have been frozen on to the bloody broom. But that didn’t mean he could stop and complain about it, did it? Hell no. He ripped off into the skies, barely able to fight back the string of curses as Jasmine was taken out of the game and Virgil was rushed in. Just what happened to her anyway? He couldn’t even find her leaving to see. Shaking his head and every distraction away, he took off for the skies and lined up his bat with a bludger, aiming straight for Chase.

Ver hissed in annoyance as she lost the bludger in the snow. She didn't hear any sounds of pain which meant she had missed once again. She growled in annoyance and shot after a bludger. She had to hit someone this game. She just had too. She sighed and looked around, spotting Darius through the flurry of snowflakes she frowned. "Sorry if I hit you Dare....." She whispered, swinging back her bat and aiming at her best.....ex-bestfriend. That thought alone hurt her more than she was willing to admit, but her plan of action stuck. Knock out the opposing beaters and protect the seeker when possible. Chance could take care of the rest. She blinked and aimed her bludger at Darius.

To pull off his next maneuver, he would have to make a sharp turn and head straight into the Slytherin chaser, and there was the possible chance of a collision. The moment Chase started to turn, he saw a bludger zip towards him, and to evade the iron ore, he had to both decrease his velocity and go straight. Once he evaded the bludger, he now had to go in a wider circle to try to pry the quaffle from Amanda's hands.

He immediately accelerated, keeping his broom pointed towards the Slytherin goals. Faster, and faster, with hopefully the Slytherin chasers far behind and ideally going too fast for the beaters to get a good aim on him.
