IceBlake I wasn't referring to anyone here; just some pitiful person who's trying to have an arguement with me about their actions on another forum. I've already come up with the winning strategum, and I've already baited the trap to lead him in. He'll bite next time he logs on. twisted

If he does get it, he changes his attitude. I win anyway.

That's why I like reincarnation. 3nodding
Some special people are remembered forever, and lots of really old people are rediscovered and re-remembered in the distant future. The more impact I can make, the more likely that will happen to me.
Oh yeah... Time is the card I'm playing on him. He doesn't realize how many possibilities exist in each second of time he wastes for others. I enjoy metaphysics.

Some special people are remembered forever, and lots of really old people are rediscovered and re-remembered in the distant future. The more impact I can make, the more likely that will happen to me.

True, but until the universe is destroyed in millions of mellenia from now, I'm sure the probability is high that some sentient being will find our species' grave and put a checkmark in some historical logbook stating that we existed. I don't expect to be personally remembered, but being investigated is nearly the same thing.

Maybe "things" from the future will come in time to us and try and ... 'reeducate' us as a species. It'd be more like: "Be good or I'll send you back to the hueman era"

Sure we could have an OverSEER. It could be the mutilated, mutated decendant of a clone of the creator of this thread. You for instance. But then they'd have to be all immortal or at least breed so their offspring get to continue the rein of te-peace.
I'm sure we'd grow on them after awhile. Once they got to really know us.
