Not really sure of all the stances, she ignighted(sp?) her lightsaber. From her battle on her first training day, she remembered that she had to compensate for the light weight of the weapon. Alyssa also thought back to her melee combat training, which included hand-to-hand combat while wielding a sword. Readying herself, she waited for Jami to strike.

Koro strolled through the hallways with a slight smile on his face. He wore traditional tan jedi robes and his hair was in a black ponytail. He nodded to a couple of Jedi Knights and continued walking noticing that he was the only Padawan in sight at the moment.

Jami cocked an eyebrow at her, then approached her and gave her a quick feint to her chest, which he switched at the last second to a blow at her head, his hand moving with the ease of years of practice.

Sensing his want to fool her, she ducked backwards, landing on the ground in a back handspring, then kicked at his lightsaber hand while shoving herself back up.

Jami jerked his hand back and shook his head. "Never kick at a person weilding a lightsaber unless you want to lose your foot." He then switched to a Makashi style and easily began thrusting in short, quick jabs at her.

Whoa... she thought, as she began to parry as many attacks as she could. Her superiors in the Bakuran Battalion were never this good...and he hadn't had much training, either.

Jami's eyes twinkled slightly as he saw her surprise. "I've trained for years in swordplay, Alyssa. My father made me since I was five. That and I got some additional training under my grandfather in Makashi and Soresu." He knocked her blade away easily and saw an opening, but decided to let her see it first.

((Sorry I had to cut out earlier, I was posting at work and had to switch workstations))
Blinking slowly, the young blonde woman regained consciousness in an unfamilar-looking medbay.
Glancing around hastily, she quickly noticed her husband in a bed beside her, various bandages covering his arm and other wounded bits.
Looks like the dizzyness got me...I passed out. Looks like the Jedi have us now.....
Struggling to sit up, she looked about for any signs of life.

Alyssa ducked and rolled out of the way, accidentally smacking her head on the floor.
Maybe it was the dizziness or something else, but she was seeing the medbay...and that blonde was awake...

Jami's eyes twinkled as he saw Alyssa wake up. "You need to be more careful. I got you to the medbay, just take it easy for the moment." He turned to the blonde woman and awaited an explanation.

Noticing the presence of a Jedi nearby, she started, not noticing right away that he had entered, helping another girl inside.
Well, they are Jedi, after all...stealthy and whatnot.
"I....thank you for saving my husband and I...we've had it rough this past day or two."

Kari, after checking out the ship returned to the medbay. It seemed the the women was now what and about. Kari walked up to the women.
Oh, your awake. How are you feeling, and who attacked you?

Zeth's wandering of Coruscant eventually brought him to the Temple once more. However, this time, he had left his ship far away from the temple. Zeth began to wonder where Renii was after he left Tatooine and abuptly stopped her training. He needed advice from a better master of the force. He walked all the way up the stairs he used to train on almost everyday for physical performance. He reached the top and entered the temple, which echoed his footsteps as he walked deeper through the halls

Seeing the new arrival, she blinked a little, knowing that they'd be interested. Of course, they had every right.
"I'm Silwen...that's my husband Geryn over there. Yesterday morning, we witnessed a few space pirates kill someone on the other side of Coruscant, and they saw us running away....and they'd been chasing us since. They shot my husband as we were running to our ship, and if you couldn't tell, we had to beat a VERY hasty retreat...
She winced a little, holding her head, as if remembering it made her dizzy, just to even sit up.

Finally feeling taxed, she slumped back onto her pillows and settled into sleep with the swiftness only true exhaustion could bring.

Kari let to women get some sleep, this would be enough to get started. Kari left the room, and went to find Glacian.
