She was hit by Shadow and started coughing up blood before collapsing but she was breathing heavy before that" Utsuho replied
At this time Plus remembered seeing a file on Patchouli mentioning she had some medical conditions, mostly very acute asthma but a list of other conditions as well, most preventing her from participating in missions and fights during her years in school

 Shadow's eyes widened in shock for a moment when Patchouli coughed up blood and feel unconscious. When Plus came and took her, Shadow could help but just watch as she was taken from the ring. " I...I dont understand. Surely that blow could have only knocked her out without harming her. And theres no way she could have been that badly weakened. I let go when I punched her. I let go of the spe....uh", Shadow thought to himself as he just remembered at very instant. He remembered feeling the anguish plowing through the diamond shield provoked him and he let out a portion of the darkness in him. It remained and plowed through her the moment upon impact. The proof of his unseen cruel action was the injury on his bleeding injured fist. " I...I..did it again. I hurt someone...with this power", Shadow looked at his hand in shock and dropped to his knees. The crowd went silent as they didn't seem to know what happened except Shadow somehow hurt Patchouli.

(Sorry Guys im like really sleepy and I am working on a project right now that's due tomorrow.... [how unlike me lol] So thats why im posting so slow... sorry. )
"No wonder.." He said softly remembering. "She wasn't suppose to take her powers too far." He said softly. "She has medical conditions that prevent her from having to do so." He said to everybody around. "She's not really physically fully hurt, but her body couldn't take so much physical activity." He said explaining. "Shadow didn't hurt her too much, but he had pushed her to her limit and she began to continue with the fight although she knew she needed to hold back." He went to a drawer in his office and grabbed something from inside. He returned with an inhaler. "I'll make sure she gets nursed back to health, but as of right now she can't continue in physical activity." He said to the group. His hands glowed white and the room began to turn windy. He used the wind to convert into air and began to heal her by giving more and more air.

Utsuho was relieved to hear that Patchouli was going to recover "That's good I was really worried, I didn't know she had medical conditions
Patchouli started to breath normally but was still unconscious her body still weak and unable to respond, her pulse became stable as well

"Well don't worry too much over Mrs. Knowledge. She'll be alright." He said smiling. He looked at Ron who seemed to be deep in thought.
"No wonder she was always excused from missions." Ron thought. "I wonder why I didn't know this." He looked back up at Utsuho and Plus. "Well I'm glad our top doctor always know a plan." He said happily. "Well we must return Utsuho. "I'm sure Plus has much to do." He said smiling and heading for the door.

"Yes sir" Utsuho replied as she left the room with him, she still felt responsible for putting Patchouli in such a situation

Paranoid Shadow became solid in the middle of the arena looking at his quivering fist as he sees Ron and Uko step out of the infirmary.

As they began to walk back to the stadium Ron looked down at Utsuho. "Don't worry Patchouli will be fine. She's been through more struggles.. Plus I shouldn't have allowed her to participate in this right after she had help fight that serpent." He said feeling bad. "But just be happy that Patchi's gonna be alright." He said smiling to her hoping to make her feel better about the situation.

At that moment, Shadow dropped his fist feeling the weight of guilt and anxiety subside from his nerves. He leaps down from the ring and looks at Ron with his emotionless exhausted look in his eyes as if he just seen the nine circles of hell. " Nothing broken right? She's still in one piece?", Shadow asked silent but nervously. He had to be positively sure it was all his imagination.

"Don't worry Shadow." Ron said to him. "She has been through worse. All she had were some health problems that hindered her in physical activities. She was past her limit doing all these attacks so it was her pushing herself too much." He said to him. "She'll be alright.

Shadow sighs in relief as he approaches Ron pulling something out from his shirt. He gives him a small vial of a rare elven medicine made from some herbs only found in the eastern region. Even though Shadow was relieved that his power didn't do any harm to her, but he still couldn't help but feel a bit responsible. but the question is, how did Shadow get a hold of such a rare medicine. " This is my last one. Give this to her and her recovery will speed up. and there should be some for Chris too..", he said quietly with his head leaned downwards. He turns away walking toward the sidelines as he tightly grips one something tightly around his neck. " I want my next opponent at 100%",he calls out walking towards the sidelines and drops all of his weight in the corner holding on to the necklace on his chest tightly.

"Still it's my fault I shouldn't have dragged her into the battle' Utsuho added shouldering some of blame for Shadow, Shadow was just doing as in structed he was suppose to fight her.

Ron looked at the two students. "Don't hold yourselves responsible. Mrs. Patchouli will be fine." He grabbed onto the vial that had a liquid that was familiar to him. "How could he have gotten something this valuable and rare." He thought. "That boy is a mystery." He smiled. "They will be really appreciative." He said happily. Ron looked up and located Chris. "Mr. Rant. I want you to take this." He said pouring some of the liquid into a water bottle. "Drink it for awhile." He said leaving the nekomata.
"Uhmm thanks." Chris said beginning to sip the water. "Ew!" He made a face and stuck his tongue out. "If it's for a teacher than I'll do it." He said continuing making the faces every sip.
Ron had put the vial on top of a music note that floated towards Plus' office. "He'll know what to do with it." He thought smiling. He then got in the middle of the crowd and spoke out. "Mrs. Knowledge will be alright. Nothing was really done to her that was fatal." He said. "The winners will be Cross and Kairi who are going to advance to the next round." He said to the crowd. "Now." He started. "The other students who hasn't fought yet has proven themselves to be ready for the next round. "This next set of rounds will be different from the rest.
(Sorry guys I have to finish my project then head to bed :[ See you tomorrow... By the way I'm having the scene with other students from Ron's class' tournament fight skip since there isn't many other students from the main class were focusing on left to actually fight. )

(Basically ended when Shadow landed a heavy blow to Patchouli causing some damage with due to Patchouli's health reasons caused her to collapse and be put in the infirmary)
