Savino had managed to get by without with his grades last year that his father hadn't brought up if he'd played Quidditch. Great for his heading into his fourth year. Quickly heading onto the train, he spent most of his trip to school thinking about the year ahead. It would be relaxing to enjoy another several months away, just to be himself. It was odd to say the least that he ever needed to think like that.
The morning of tryouts, Savino made his way down to the pitch. A familiar scent in the air as he walked outside and onto the field. He definitely missed this over the summer months. Filling out the forum, he put it on the pill before taking to stretching out. He was back in his element, a comforting place to certainly be in.

Corin walked onto the field determined yet again to make the team. He was sure there was little to no contest there. Course he didn't want to be completely over confident. Though the thought of being on the team again with his cousin made it a pleasant idea. Looking around the pitch, he noticed his cousin was already there. Not much of a surprise there... He also noted Poppy's rather standout hair. She did not appear to be overly pleased. Heading over Corin filled out the form and started in on stretching. This was going to be there year.

After his usual pre-game meal, Kasamir got ready for Quidditch tryouts. He would have liked to have gotten in more batting practice over the off-season, but prepping for two major international chess tournaments ate into the time he might have otherwise spent on making himself more dangerous on the pitch. He would be the first to admit last year was a lost season for him, as he had issues doing simple things like blocking incoming shots and sending them downrange. Carrying a wounded Hes off the pitch was the least he could have done after failing to keep her safe.
The fact that the came in second-best, while respectable, simply wouldn’t be good enough for anyone, and he’d rather undergo burn treatments again than see Ravenclaw pull off a threepeat, which was a distinct possibility. He was pleased to se the team of Csuri and Hes as leadership worked well, better than he’d expected, frankly. Any lingering doubts seemed to be quieted, at least for now. If Csuri wanted to put in extra training to win, he was up for it, anything less than a Cup at the end of the season would be seen as total failure.
With his broomstick slung over one shoulder and his shoulder kit slung over the other, Kas trooped out to the pitch. He was wearing a hunter green Slytherin Quidditch hoodie, and a pair of sunglasses as he hiked out, and he was all business, as he picked out a form and filled it out, before going over to start his pregame stretching exercises.

 Jo was already stretching as she came out to the quidditch pitch. Maybe this was the year she'd make first string. Then again, she wasn't really counting on it. She'd just have to see how it all went.
