Ryka seemed confident, although both Pokemon looked about to faint. As Apollo decended, Vixen prepared her Quick Attack. Right before he reached the ground, Vixen dashed at a lightning fast speed and slammed into Apollo, knocking him off to the side. After a few seconds, he did not rise. The attack also seemed to cause Vixen some problems, for she didn't rise either.

"Yup, these are going to be wings soon! Real soon. As in not long now." smirked the coy charmeleon showing off his shoulder stubs to a murmering Breloom.
"Ok Nitro, I get it. You have wings, I don't, you've bludgeoned me with this almost seven times already!" Portabello whined as he shrunk his head into his torso. "Lemme know when we get there."
"Wings..."

(( Forgot all about Seth! xD ))
Seth sidestepped to catch the finishing blow of the battle. Both Pokemon didn't get up and it seemed to have ended in a tie. Charcoal and Aero both released themselves and stretched. Seth gave a sheepish grin, but let it slide. They deserve it. Especially after that battle with Surge. The magnificiant black Charizard circled over head while Aero stay somewhat low to the gorund.

Dante watched Apollo fall and winced slightly as the Quick Attack hit his fire horse and when Apollo did not get up he quickly pulled out his pokeball and called Apollo back. Placing it back in his belt he turned and faced Ryka and walked over to her and stuck out a gloved hand and smiled. "That was a good battle. I am glad that I could have battled someone as strong as yourself." He said with a smile. "But right now I think that I need to make another trip to the pokemon center." He glanced down at Shiva who looked a bit tired herself.

Hands in pockets and the wind in his hair, Mike leisurely strolled across the plains of Vermillion. "Now if I remember right, the Pokemon Center would be right...there." His finger met an empty lot being stomped by a Machop. "Hm."
Nitro and Portabello followed close behind, not feeling like interveining.
"Let's just let him do this for a little while longer, it's funny."

Ryka pulled out Vixen's pokeball and returned Vixen. "You did great." She whispered to the pokeball before going to shake Dante's hand. "Yes, thank you for such a great battle. I'm sure that Vixen enjoyed that." She smiled. "Yes, I think that I should go and heal Vixen too.." Ryka said as she turned towards the Pokemon Center. Her face was filled with surprise as she saw all of the people who had gathered there. She grinned as she saw Seth and Kassie, as well as Mitsu and Mag, and two other people the didn't know.
Ryka ran over and hugged Kasiya and Seth. "Kassie! Seth!" Ryka cried, as excited as ever. "I know it hasn't been a while, but I missed you guys!"

"I know that voice..." Kasiya gave a perplexed look. She moved closer, and saw a familiar person standing before her.
"Hey! It's Jaeshan!" she cried. "How have you been?"

"Let's have a looksee here." Tossing up a ball, a white light blasts out a Steelix. "Ah my friend, gimme a boost."
Mike and his Pokemon hop onto the massive steel snakes head as it rises to quite a dizzying height.
The trainer looks around for a moment, familiar scenes replaying in his mind. "Ah! I found it!" He points to a large red roofed building in the distance.
"Mush Titanium! H'yah!"

Mitsu stepped in the Pokemon Center with Dante. "Just a check up." Mitsu told the nurse handing over two Pokeballs. She had withdrawn her Houndoom just a moment before. "Apollo's a great Pokemon Dante! He's tough." Mitsu said admiring the pony and the battle that had just taken place.

Seth, once again, fell forwards from the hug. "Ryka!" he said cheerfuly. "That was one amazing battle. I don't recall you having a Vulpix though." Charizard swooped over head spotting a Steelix. He roared alerting his trianer who wasn't paying too much attention to his surroundings at the moment.

"What have you been up to, Ryka?" Kasiya giggled, hugging her friend. "And Jaeshan too! It's a full-blown reunion!"
"I was in the area," Jaeshan smirked. "And besides, next gym's here. Since I defeated Misty, I figured I'd best come here."

"Now Titanium, when I said head for the Pokemon Center, I didn't mean at full RAMMING SPEED! Stop you overzealous leviathon!"
He'd soon regret that last remark.
"As you wish." scoffed the pokemon as it jolted to a sudden stop, sending Mike soaring through the Vermillion skies. He landed on the center roof with a squishy thud, shouting random obcsenities on the way down.
"Two points!" cheered the Breloom.

Dante smiled a bit as he watched Ryka run off to hug her friends. He decided to join them in a minute after he had taken his pokemon to the pokemon center. He placed Shiva inside her pokeball befor walking over to the pokemon center. However he stopped when he spotted something shinning on the ground. Bending down he saw that it was a TM and sitting right next to it was a peice of charcol. Smiling at his good luck he pocketed the two objects and got up stepping inside the pokemon center.
Dante smiled at Mitsu. "Thank you. I am sure Apollo would love to hear that when he is awake."
Going up to the counter he placed his two pokeballs on it and smiled a bit embarissedly. "Sorry to bug you again Nurse Joy but could you heal my pokemon again for me?"
Nurse Joy just smiled at him and took the pokeballs and put them on a tray. "Of course I can. However there are a lot of trainers here and it may take a while. So could you come back in an hour or so?"
"Sure Nurse Joy." He said with a smile and wave befor he left the pokemon center.
