If i ever tried out for a gym position, it would be flying type...I have thought about creating a flying team just for the heck of it.
But idk if i would ever try anyway..so. My Basic team isn't as good qs it could be, so I am not too focused on birds yet.

Royal Infinity Well, this is a good moveset for Arti, but it's probably banned (OHKO) Mindreader, Sheer Cold..Thats pretty much it.. Mine on Diamond has Mind eader, Sheer Cold, Fly , And Roost. But yes, it is banned...tis why I don't use it.

Blue: As far as I know, no one has attempted a Flying type gym yet.
Royal: I used to have that on my Articuno. But Sheer Cold is banned.
My Articuno is set up for support.

It's just how I am Ryuu...I don't really think that Legendaries in general should be used in regular battles.
You can't breed them, and one of the only ways to get one that suits your needs is to save, and soft reset if it's not the one you're looking for. I did that once, trying for a shiny Rayquaza, I got sick of it after about 10 minutes.
Plus, I don't think they make the game as fun.

I'm not literally trying for a flying gym, I just said If I did, then that is the gym i would try for considering most of my favorite pokemon are flying types...
I love Flying types.
My idea of a lying team
Articuno
Charizard or Moltres
Dragonite
Skarmory
Pidgeot
Zapdos
