Spreader of Despair stalling would be good, but he will still need to be entertained, also, I never stated that Electricity was his only power, it is just his main/most useful. He wields two powers, like most of the beings that attacked, but he hasn't revealed his second one. Sure, that would be oh and don't get me wrong She's only able to stall IF he's just going to use electricity, she would need help with the second power tho. and she's only able to stall and sponge because of the battlefield they are in. If they were to battle ... dunno, inside a building. she would be good as dead or forced to be in weapon form since Torax is indeed a formidable opponent.
