disappointed once more, I decide to shift my attention to the girl in the lake, but I decide to let Layla handle the introductions. I get into a more comfortable sitting position and simply listen to what the girl has to say.

The landscape is flat, but you can see a mountain in the distance, maybe half a mile away. You see birds flitting across the sky, and small animals dashing through the grass. Sand-Claw:Yadalla rises out of the water up to her waist. She is naked, but her hair covers her breasts. Should you look down, you would see a mermaid's tail instead of a woman's legs. The tail is a bluish color. "It's nice to meet you, Sand-Claw," she says. Layla:"I just wanted to meet some new friends," she says. "Also, I wanted to offer you a quicker way around the Kingdom. Some dwarves recently connected a tunnel to my home under this lake. That tunnel connects to a whole system that spans quite a bit of the Grassland Kingdom." Everyone:"Aye, dwarven tunnels are everywhere," Lud says. "I don't doubt her statemen'."

I listen intently to what Yadalla says as I think to myself. Ah, so her kingdom must reside at the bottom of this lake... unsurprising that a mermaid kingdom would be full of magical energy. I then focus once more on Yadalla and attempt to determine just how much magical energy she has herself.

I avert my gaze back down to the water. gah... what's with all the naked women in this world, and why are none of them human? I think to myself idly as I wait for the group to decide our next course of action.

"Urgh" Willow dropped to the ground on her back in the grass, staring up at the sky, her back landing beneath her head, propping it up. "We are getting no where fast, honestly those people have focus of a retarded goldfish" sighing she turned her head towards Lyriana.
"Well, what do you want to do, its seems we have a while whilst the others ogle over aqua-girl". her voice was monotone but it seemed slightly forced.

I shift back over to Xiao after listening in to everyone's conversations. I still wasn't sure how much she could be trusted. I figured Apollo could easily make a water breathing spell for everyone using a water/air, though. I lean in to Xiao's ear and whisper, "So, do you trust her and her secret path?"
