She could no longer ignore the venom and distaste that was being ejected by this girl. This was outrageous. She should not be talking to a prefect in such a tone and should not be even using the word for muggle borns. "Watch your tone. I will take points if it is necessary and refrain from using such language." She said suddenly. Fionna really didn't want to leave because Rhi had pointed it out but she turned abruptly and strode swiftly and gracefully away towards the Gryffindor table with the frown still plastered onto her face.
What was wrong with that girl. She had seemed so innocent at first, but it had all been an act. Fionna had fallen for it at first too and tried to ignore the venom until it was bursting. Fionna would be watching that girl from now on. She shook her head as she sat down at the gryffindor table and piled food onto the plate before her.

Rhi's eyes were slits and her lips were curved into a thin smile as Fionna walked away. Go ahead and take some points. You and that other Ravenclaw prefect...so stupid and ignorant. Who cares about the points? IT'S A CUP. Honestly, I care more about pissing you off the rest of the year or until I can leave this place. She turned away as well, her black hair staying motionless on her shoulders. It was like her hair was dead. Well, all hair was technically dead cells or some crap, but it was like hers wouldn't even wave in the wind. It didn't really ripple out from behind her, it rarely fanned out in huge storms, she and it were just empty shells. Her eyes were dancing coldly, happy at what she'd done, but the same stillness and loathing burned in them. She walked out of the Great Hall to get to class, but she really didn't want to go. Maybe she'd just skip today, fail out of all her classes...then they'd have to kick her out and she'd get to leave...

Tyson CaffreyIf you are ashamed to stand by your colors, 7th Year Ravenclawyou had better seek another flag. Tyson was only slightly worried about how people would take to him at school. He accepted himself as who he was and wouldn't let others put him down. Tyson had a grin on his face and was humming a song to himself when he entered the great hall. He was still sporting his red skinny jeans, a white shirt, and a striped belt that matched his Ravenclaw tie.
As Tyson entered further in, there was a small hop to his step. He got some odd looks for his outfit as well as his demeanor, but did not give them a glance. He recalled being told where the his table was at and picked a spot at random to sit down at. Nobody had approached him, so Tyson decided to start eating. He did notice that most the people around him were in their uniforms. He didn't really like the uniforms much. They didn't allow character to show. Tyson couldn't remember what had been said about the uniform policy, so he hadn't bothered to wear it today. He hoped he wouldn't get in trouble for that.

Rhi was in the great hall for breakfast when some new Ravenclaw walked in. She didn't recognize him at all, and she would certainly recognize this guy and remember him if she'd ever seen him before. He had a spring to his step like he just got crowned king of the school. She smirked. He was wearing skinny jeans and humming. Her boyfriend had told her plenty about recognizing these guys. He was gay, it was obvious. When she was 12 and naive, she really didn't have much of an idea. But ever since she had drank unicorn blood and dated, then lost her virginity to, a much older guy, she wasn't oh so innocent anymore.
She laughed a bit to herself as he set down all smiley. What an idiot. This was someone who was easy prey, and easy target. He might be proud of what he was, but these weirdoes always had some sensitivity somewhere. And she would harass him until she found it. She liked putting others down, it made herself feel better and released all the built up anger and pain from her own life. She kept looking over at him, sniggering a bit, smirking and rolling her eyes.

Tyson CaffreyIf you are ashamed to stand by your colors, 7th Year Ravenclawyou had better seek another flag. Tyson had been enjoying his food alone even though he preferred the company of others. He didn't really notice the Slytherin that was looking at him in a peculiar way. Tyson tried to ignore it, but the girl just would not stop. She had probably recognized him as a gay and as shown doesn't like them much. He finished the food on his plate before standing up and walking over to the girl.
A smile was still on his face as he stopped in front of her and said, with his Australian accent, "Excuse me, but I couldn't help but notice you staring at me and freaking out a bit. I'm sure I haven't done anything to offend you seeming as I've never even met you." Tyson really had no idea what to say, so he just said what came to mind. It had come out a bit more scrambled in his mind, but knew the girl was just being a bully.

Rhi raised her eyebrows when the boy walked over, still smiling a bit to herself, but not the stupid grin he had on his face. He was older and towered over her, he must've been at least two years older than her which made a world of difference as a teenager, and he was a boy. But she didn't care. He couldn't hurt her. No one ever could, no one had succeeded in making her cry for years. It might seem like no big deal, but not crying for that long, not laughing unless it was at someone's expense for that long...it had hardened her.
"Yeah I do have a problem." She said in her icy tone, her eyes glinting. "I have a problem when guys squeeze their asses into skinny red jeans and don't follow the dresscode. I don't give a damn if you're gay, that's your problem. But at least follow the dress code, it's disgusting." She smirked. He could've been the cutest guy she'd ever met and she didn't care. She didn't want to see some guy's a** tight in his jeans. Her boyfriend would never do that, he wore loose black pants and a studded belt. If he were here, he would've beat this guy into the ground by now.

Tyson CaffreyIf you are ashamed to stand by your colors, 7th Year Ravenclawyou had better seek another flag. Tyson was slightly taken aback by the girl's comment. To be honest, he probably was breaking the dress code. He hadn't had time to remember all the rules and guidelines of the school yet, but it was a pretty obvious thing. He didn't want to admit that to this girl though. She was an absolute pain in the A**. Girls walk around in skinny jeans all the time. What's the difference? He wouldn't be surprised if this girl did as well. "I apologize for disgusting you. I only arrived today and have not had time to catch up on everything this school brings." He said with a more sharp note to his accent. The first part was not said truthfully. Honestly he wasn't sorry. This girl was being plain out rude. "Although," He added then paused before saying, "I do not appreciate the manner in which you have approached me about the subject."
Even though he was now disrupting the dress code, Tyson was pretty sure that there were times when you were allowed to wear normal clothes. He would be wearing clothes much like this, but also different. What was the difference? He actually thought he had a pretty good looking a**, or that is what his boyfriend and friends had told him back in Australia.

Rhiannon was still smirking when he was done. Again, no sarcasm would ever hurt her. "Please." She said, rolling her eyes. "I'm new here too, but I learn the rules. I don't always follow them, they're more like..." She thought for a second, "guidelines. But at least I don't gross other people out when I break them." She smirked and picked up her books.
"Well, I've lost my appetite, so I'm going to go to class." She gave him a fake, nasty grin before turning around. She didn't walk too fast incase he said something else. It was entertaining. When people stood up for themselves, they thought they were brave and sounded strong. But to her, if not to others, it was cowardly. Sticking it out and just taking it was brave. Not snitching was brave. But making threats to take away points and trying to keep calm and sound like the 'bigger person' was a waste of time. Just because you keep a level head doesn't make her want to pick on you any less. Honestly, then she just wanted to keep pushing you to see how far it would take until you cracked. But if you cracked early, fell apart early, then she'd just move on and find someone new to break. She might still tease Rose a bit, just annoy her and scare her, but she wasn't going to point her wand at Rose's throat again unless Rose deserved it. Not just for fun anymore, because it wasn't fun. Rose had broken early, and was now clay in her hands. So now she'd move on and find someone else until each student didn't mess with her.
((I obviously don't believe this, I believe in sticking up for what you believe in at any cost, but Rhi is just pure evil so..yeah.))

Tyson CaffreyIf you are ashamed to stand by your colors, 7th Year Ravenclawyou had better seek another flag. Tyson didn't agree at all with the philosophy that rules are more like guidelines. They are rules that should be followed. He was embarrassed for having not followed one, but shouldn't he be given a break for being new and not knowing anything? He had gone to a different wizard school for 7 years(They start at the age of 10 in Australia yes I made that up) and had not had to wear uniforms at all. "It seems you're the only one disgusted by my appearance." He said to the girl. They didn't even know each others names or anything about each other other than first impressions.
Tyson frowned as the girl got up to leave because she had 'lost her appetite'. "Yea I broke the rules, but there is no need to treat me like garbage in the situation." He said to the girl's back before turning to return to the Ravenclaw table and perhaps finish some more food. He hadn't gotten his fill when Tyson had noticed the girl staring at him and making rude gestures.

Rhiannon sniggered a bit. "Sure." She said sarcastically. "I treat 'em as I see 'em. You are garbage to me, therefore I shall treat you as such. Well," She hosited her bookbag onto her shoulder and glared at him in the eyes. "I'm going to go write a letter to my boyfriend. Why don't you write one to yours?" She grinned nastily and left.
She hadn't written to him since she got here, so it had been over a week, about. And considering how she'd lost her virginity not long before she came here, she wanted to assure him she wasn't pregnant, that she'd done one of those pregnancy tests the day before she came. They weren't exactly safe about it. She liked risks, after all. No doubt she'd be pregnant and having a family with him before she even graduated. Whatever. She honestly liked the idea of being taken care of like that. He had a real job and got a fair amount of money making broomsticks, much more than that worthless gay ravenclaw would ever earn in his life. She didn't want to settle down too much though...she wanted to hunt, she wanted to hike, mess with muggles and do muggle baiting pranks. She was gonna get into sooo much trouble before she graduated. The funny part, they couldn't really kick her out. They might, but she doubted it. Muggle-lovers like the headmistress were always too caring for their own good, too caring to see evil under their nose. She wasn't about to let one of her precious students go to Azkaban for making a mistake. Ha. She had WANTED to kill that unicorn. And she did. She walked a bit prouder. If you were force-fed unicorn blood, the effect wouldn't be the same. Your life wouldn't quite be cursed, because you never intended to. And no one could force you to kill it. It was you and your father stabbing the 'gorgeous' creature to death and watching it suffer at about 12years old that really did the damage.

Tyson CaffreyIf you are ashamed to stand by your colors, 7th Year Ravenclawyou had better seek another flag. Tyson ignored the comments as they were said to his back. He just walked away towards his destination. He did mumble to himself saying, "I would but we broke up." He truly missed his boyfriend. The long distance just wouldn't work and they thought it better to just end it. He shook his head trying to get the thoughts out of his head. He didn't like that girl. Got on his nerves quite a bit.
Tyson sat down farther down the table than he had before seeming as some strangers had sat in the spot he previously ate. He loaded his plate once again and picked at the food, not as hungry as he was before. Tyson felt lonely. He knew nobody here and missed his old friends.

Lucas- 6th year Gryffindor Lucas was also alone in the great hall, having no friends now after the points he'd lost and his actions. If only they knew...he ruffled his hair a bit, trying to keep the gray from showing. His eyes didn't have huge dark circles under them anymore though, so he looked a bit healthier, though shabby. He couldn't help but notice another boy, a new Ravenclaw, sitting alone as well. He looked younger than Lucas, but only because Lucas looked too old for his age. He was at the Ravenclaw table, and technically Lucas was supposed to sit at here...but whatever. He needed to talk to someone right now, anyone.
He walked up to the boy and sat down across from him and ate as though he usually sat here. He wasn't sure what to say so he just looked up at the Ravenclaw and couldn't help but notice how upset he looked. "Hey, you alright?" He asked kindly. The Ravenclaw'd probably just shoot him a look and walk away, and what should he expect. A warm welcome? This wasn't even his table. He didn't see Fionna right now though...so maybe he would get away with it. He had to be extra-careful around her from now on. He didn't want to get Gryffindor into even more trouble than he already had. Gaining back her trust mattered a lot to him, but he couldn't wait to talk to her, she may never trust him again. He needed to hurry up and find some new friends, fast, but not best friends. He couldn't have a best friend, or they'd notice him missing. Just someone to talk to.

Tyson CaffreyIf you are ashamed to stand by your colors, 7th Year Ravenclawyou had better seek another flag. Tyson was trying to forget about that girl. He knew this was going to happen, had expected it, but it still took him by surprise. It had been a little more aggressive than he had expected. He straightened his tie and was about to take another bite to eat when a boy approached him and sat down. This kid seemed completely opposite the girl he had just encountered. He wasn't judging him and was actually concerned about him.
He nodded and gained his composure while saying, "Oh yes, I'm fine. Just had a nasty encounter with a venomous Slytherin girl." That was the only way he knew how to describe her. He hadn't learned her name or year even. He was glad to finally talk to somebody in a friendly matter at this school. The teachers and Headmistress didn't exactly count in that matter.

sιχтнуєαяgяуƒƒιη∂σя Lucas nodded, completely understanding about people being nasty. Fionna had turned sour the moment he broke a rule...and he missed her terribly. Yet he hadn't come face to face with any really mean Slytherin girls yet, in fact, there weren't many Slytherin girls.
"A lot of people are new this year, including me." He said. "Guess we all just gotta get used to each other. But Slytherins have always been kinda nasty so don't take it personally. I'm sure she's rude to everyone." He smiled and continued to eat. He wasn't as good at reading people like Rhi had been, so he didn't know that it was personal, about his sexuality, but it was perfectly true that she was rude to everyone. He knew he was probably stereotyping the Slytherins by judging them based on one girl's actions, but it was pretty accurate. Gryffindors, Ravenclaws, and Hufflepuffs got along fairly good on the whole. Although Slytherins weren't as horrible as they used to be a few years ago, they still tended to be...crueler...than the other houses.
Deciding it may be best to change the subject, he asked; "So what year are you in? Like the Professors so far?" He asked the second question because he regretted asking the first. He didn't really like talking about years, because he knew then he'd just have to answer the same question. He just couldn't get over the fact that he didn't look 16. It was odd looking in the mirror and seeing a 24 year old face, or even a young 29 year old face, but having the heart of someone so much younger. He wondered if that meant he would die younger as well, but shoved the question out of his mind for present time. It probably did...
