He just made his new RPC yesterday and now he's a bloody ANBU Captain WTF there is no way a genin can prove to be ANBU Captain - I've been promotedto chuunin but that is allowable [since I fended of a S Ranked Missin Nin] and now I'm taking a test to prove I'm a Jounin potential
