Nikki nodded. So atleast they had a plan. Maybe not a great one. But hopefully it would work. Sure it might clear their names..But Nikki was going to be blamed for the fire most likely. Vampires would be swarming to assasinate the small red head.

She was like the last kabob on the platter..That everyone wanted..She probably already had a buying price on her head and it wasn't even her fault. It was some dumb young demon with no controll of his powers.

"I need to feed."- With the sound of those words. Nikki's thoughts changed to her stomach. She was hungry as well. She had hardly eaten in days. Her eating habits had changed drastically since the move to NYC. She wasn't exactly sure what they were before..But they were definatly...better.

"I...am well..Hungry as well David". She stared at the ground. Why did she feel embarresed about it? Because she was different..That was it.

Coming from the gravesite, the Vampire strolls quietly along the streets. The dim lights of the sidewalk lit her feet as she watched them. Somewhere, a trashcan was knocked over in an alley. Far off in the distance, police sirens could be heard. Fate sighed. She'd become dead to the world for quite some time. Her eyes had just reopened. "It seems like days..," she muttered, "..or longer." Looking about hastily, she sighed again. There was nothing special about this place. It was annoyingly familiar. Down the street, she could see the pile of rubble that once was her public home. "So many memories were in that place.." A twinge ran through her and Fate continued to stroll, trying to keep her mind off the discomforts she held so dear.

"Mmm, good idea. Just so you know Nikki, I'm not abandoning you, I just have to drop you off at the house for a bit, you can wait in the back yard if you want, no one will bother you hopefully. I just need to gather some items from the Coven first, then I'll grab that heap of a junkpile that I call a car and hightail it back, okay?"
David's hunger grew stronger, growing to the point that he'd go into animalism, beyond control under he fed, until he killed and knelt in the pools of blood, showering himself in its rich taste and loving force of life.
Just thinking about it made his teeth yearn for flesh.
[Snap out of it David, hold on until the house at least!]

"Hmm, you're hungry too? Well, I'm not too sure what you like, considering the only meal I'm aware of that you kind likes would be my kind."
He chuckled at his prodded fun, he didn't really mean it, but it did make sense.

"Come on ladies, we best hurry before daylight shines its burning gaze upon our flesh."

Nikki Smiled.

"Oh I know, I could hold my own before you came along"

She felt odd, like she was infact relying on some vampire who she met in a bar who may have been intoxicated to keep her alive.
Chances are if she went to a hair salon and dyed her hair and wore sunglasses and layed low and didn't parade around with these two they would give up and never find her.
She was sure she had done that sort of thing before.

"Hmm, you're hungry too? Well, I'm not too sure what you like, considering the only meal I'm aware of that you kind likes would be my kind."

Nikki burst into laughter. Had he never met a lycan before? Or had he fallen asleep when they told him that we eat humans too?

After she recovered from her fit of laughter and regained her composure.

"Humans, blood, flesh...Of course. We compete for the same meal David, you happen to be very similar, and since usually we kill you anyway you suffice although I couldn't bring myself to eat you, let alone forgive myself if I did"

She smiled politely at him. Not intending to make him nervous.

It took him hours of exploration to find a way to the surface. He stood in a incomplete subway tunnel, overlooking a homeless colony with the occasional dog and even a blubbering mind case. Before coming into view, he took a moment to take the shape of a scuffed-up man. He then hiked up his coat collar and proceeded out.

Mask of a Thousand Faces

He was generally ignored until he passed the dog, who let out a bark to alert everyone of his presence. They didn't do much, just looked up at him to see why the dog barked, then went back to whatever it was they were doing. "Nice jacket." One of the men said.

"Thanks." He replied. He stuck his hands in his coat pockets, then took the stairs up and out to the surface.

After swifting the housing district, Fate stopped by the old subway entrance. On either side, there were payphones. Fate sighed. Why was she tempted to contact Kreigor? Fate rubbed her arm for a moment, causing her sleeve to wrinkle slightly. There was no breeze, and little sound of the night. Things seemed more dead that usual. Fate shook her head and leaned against a wall to think. She had to tear herself away from the phones..Where to? The bar, the park, the Coven..

Pondering for a long time, Fate finally fidgited. Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out the number. Running a delicate forefinger over it, she smiled weakly.
She turned to the phone and, with a shaky hand, took it off the reciever. Fate studied the numerals on the card for a brief moment, and matched them to their twins on the silver box. When she pressed the numbers, they made loud beeping sounds. Fate glared at the shiny black phone until she'd finished pressing buttons where the card stopped. There was a buzzing sound on the other end, indicating she'd dialed correctly. Kreigor's cell phone should've been ringing. When Fate realized this, however, she immidiately hung up. What was I thinking!? She huffed at herself and shook her head.

Adel would glance to Jaden letting him lick her muzzle, her tail wagging lowly on the ground as she would lick him in return. She felt such a new rush new blood was going through her whole body. She would glance to Jaden with a confident grin as she would shake her body her fur shivering down. She would trot closer to the exist of the ally, she wanted to hunt more, she wanted Jaden to hunt too. Her mind was slowly relaxing as if saying just to let go for this moment, let her animal side take control, and so she would. She would flash her red fangs to at once leap out onto the shadows of the side-walk, the large building hiding her petite black form. She knew she didn’t need to wait for Jaden, he was faster, and stronger he would be by her side in two strides if he wanted, her ears where back, her nose pinned just inches away from the floor as she sniffed and smell the aromas of the humans and monster.

Jaden bounded up next to his mate with an eeire steath that came from years of being nothing but a predator. It had been so long since the wolf had company in a hunt. How many years now? To many. Soulvar, the destroyer, was a loner but the wolf was not, he needed someone by his side and it seemed after many years he had found the right one.
Twitching his ears he growled lightly at Adel and swished his tail once. Wolf language was possibly too complicated for a domestically born lycan like her to understand but he didn't think of that right now. The goal of what he ment was: What do you smell?

*Rogue sniffed the wind smelling fowl dogs near. Her mind went into the hunting mode as more of her deathdealer nature took over.

She leaped to the roof of a building from an alley way and put out her cigarette she had been holding. She leapt over from roof to roof to the scent...
She could feel the auras growing stronger...even though there were many around...

David draged his feet a little as he walked down the side of a road. He wanted to find the Prince, the Vampire with dominion over the city, but he had no idea where to begin. It was then where he dropped into the dark alleyways. Navigating through the labrynth of back roads, abandoned lots, making sure there were no mortals around to increase his chances of finding another Vampire, one that might point him in the right direction, or being found by one at least.

He concentrated hard to simulate a heart beat and the rising and falling of his chest, he even went so far as to keep his head down, looking at the concrete and bare earth beneath his feet to make him look even more of a perfect meal.

Even though Finn was now scaling the building, on her way up, Ein stood there impassively, arms crossed and eyes closed. Looking like the perfect picture of calm stoicism, he waited for Finn to reach the top and for her and Zzeill to carry out and finish whatever it is they were going to talk about. The less he talked to Finn, the less chance he had of trying to kill her. Ein was on Zzeill's good side, so it seemed, and attacking Finn would turn that upside-down. The last thing he wanted was two angry lycans chasing after him. This one he currently had chasing after him (even though it's more the other way around) was enough already.

Zzeill waited for Finn to magically apper on the roof, but untill then she would talk to Ein, or at least attempt to if he would let it. Turning back to Ein she looked him over before moving closer to him. She wondered if her being closer would effect him in anyway, it seemed to on others. But it was worth it.
"So, Hunter Ein, why is it exactly you refuse to attack me when we meet?"
She asked straight out. They had only met once, but even then he didnt seem to want to attack her, regardless of the treaty. Finn was a different story altogether though.
"And, you seem to listen to my requests when I ask them of you."
She said pointing that out as well. Might as well get things out of the way if they expected to go on much longer.

Ein opened his eyes, revealing the steel blue, almost emotionless color of them. The question could be easily answered. "Simple. I have no vendetta with you, nor do I harbor any hatred towards you. Finn is another story, as you know." Finn was responsible for the incredible scar on Ein's face and for the long, claw scars on his forearm. Despite the fact that the claw scars were a wound from a "friendly" game of tag, the injury only built upon Ein's extreme dislike for Finn. Zzeill was a completely different aspect altogether. She had never attacked him, expressed hostility toward him, or anything of the sorts. He had no problem with being around Zzeill. Her calm nature completely offset Finn's reckless and rowdy one, she seemed to be...comfortable around Ein, if that's the word, and she was a hell of a violin player. "I used to attack any vampire, lycan, or demon I saw just out of hate. But, as I grew, I learned who to attack and why, rather than just blindly following my emotions. There are innocents in all the races, and it took me a while to figure that out. While you, true, have blown up quite a few things alongside Finn and, I'm sure, had a few run-ins with the Hunters, I see no reason to harm you."

She would cross her arms across her chest, looking into his steel blue eyes with her own blue eyes. She would nod her head as he spoke to her, his reasoning was understandable she supposed. A smile would reep to her lips as he spoke of Finn.
"Yes, I know. Now I guess I know better than I did when we first met."
She said moving her head to flash the scar. She didnt know about the other scars, but she knew that every passing moment around Finn would cause him to dislike her. Ah, what an odd friendship this was, if a friendship was what you could call it. She figured it was more like a good accuatince, as he would probably never admit to being a friend. She listend to his story, and would nod as he mentioned the innocents in each race.
"Aye, there are, unfortuneatly. But there isnt much that could be done."
She said simply to him as they stood there. She gave him a look as he mentioned that he had no reason to harm her, maybe it was true, she didnt even know.
"Hm, true. And no, I havn't had many. Only one before I met you, Ein."
She said. It was true, but still, her experiance was somewhat dulled comparied to everyone else's it would seem.
"Well, lets not find a reason to fight then. It would ruin a good friendship."
She said purposely using that word to see his responce. She may be a relaxed Lycan, but her hobby was reading peoples faces and studieing them for emotion. Though she found that it was harded with these people and normal humans.

Ein smirked at the comment of friendship between them. He merely nodded, closing his eyes. "That it would." Ein had few friends, and it seemed hard for him to make many, even within the ranks of the Hunters. "Altered humans don't seem to have many friends, now do they?" He said, revealing the fact that he was an altered human, a fact that he had not revealed to anyone except the Hunter leader. His sight was amplified a hundred fold, along with infrared and night-vision. The only downside was that if anyone got any bright ideas and tried to enhance his vision further, he would, without a doubt, go blind. The strain on his eyes when he used any of these feats was incredible, but he had learned to adapt to the pain, and it no longer bothered him. Ein smirked again, and took the Pure Silver out of his quiver. The arrow was actually rather light, but lethal. "I'm afraid I need to make another. I owe her two, now." He returned the arrow to the quiver, Ein took the bow thimble off his right hand, unbuttoned the cuff of his sleeve, and drew the fabric up past his elbow. He held his arm up, and on the bottom side of his arm, four long claw marks ran from his elbow all the way down to his wrist. "Tag." Was all he said.
