Jelena merely walked her way back down the hall, ten foot wolf in tow, only to run into Robert. "What are you doing here? You were supposed to go with Lillia."
"She told me to stay with you and you shouldn't be alone either."
"I'm not alone." Cocking that gun to fireup the warming mechanism inside of it to ready it for fire. It was great not having to use bullets. And then she shoved it into Robert's side and proceeded to March him down the hall to Erik's desk, where another one of those little personal transporters were. "You're not cut out for this anyway." Thus shoving him onto it where it activated and he was transported to the Bridge. That done she sat down in her office, the fenrir settling down beside her, her rifle across her lap. Come hell or high water, no one was going to get through this office to her Echoes.
"If I give him power, he gets to other ships and can take more hostages. Hell he could commendeer an entire ship if he broke into the cockpit and broke it from Radience. But with the power killed, he can't." See? He was in a pickle now wasn't he? "If I send you and a team, and power, I would want a quick two minute time frame for it to be done. You at the doors when the power come back, get my officers and get out and power is cut again. I'll supply you with portable transporters for a quick trip to and from." His attention turning to Lillia. "Where's your boss?"
A blink from him as he popped into a new space and he looked to Lillia. "She forced me at gunpoint, I swear."

Within a few minutes, Fox had cut off all regular transportation between fleets and split off control between the ships aside from vital systems. Always expect the worse right? If those bastards did get in god forbid, they couldn't afford losing all five ships. Spending the next few moments enforcing the security in the other ships, he tuned out the rest of the frantic activity in the room, agile finger flying over the keys of his console in which he had plugged his PDA.
He gave a brief glance to James as he spoke up. "You think he'll just hand over the FS after we supply power?" A look to Michael. "Give me a bit of time and I might be able to tap in and completely disable their systems." Another signature Fox grin as he turned back to the console, noting Lilia's presence. "Aside from a very touching reunion and an ultimatum from Mr. Ego down in Bay 4... nothing."

"An ultimatum? Touching reunion? What do you mean Fox? I'm kind of out of the loop. I guess fashionably late only applies on Earth, not emergency situations..."
Spinning around and glaring at Camp. "I threatened to shoot you. We see who has more authority, don't we?" she asked shaking her rifle at him. But then she probably looked ridiculous holding the rifle and Camp was probably betting she didn't really know how to use it very well. Jelly did, she had no doubt about that. "Here, you can probably use this better than me." Shoving the rifle at him. "Besides I have this." Pulling that crowbar out of her laptop bag, which she still had.
"Welcome to the party then Camp. Make yourself comfortable. I was just about to find out what was actually going on. Fox?" Turning to him with a dazzling smile.

He raised an eyebrow at her and then an amused expression followed by a hard swallow when the metal crowbar she held gave a flash of brilliance under the Bridge lights. "Well, at least you're... prepared." A light chuckle at her, and then typing in another command on the keys. "Apparently James knew that lunatic general and now he's threatening to kill off our FS if we don't reboot the power supply. On the same page now? We're sure in a pickle, aren't we?" How Fox managed to always keep up that happy-go-lucky attitude, nobody knew. Giving her a smile in return, he turned back to the screen of scrolling numbers and typed in a few more commands.

"General Norrigton wants Me, the Echoes, and Fleet in about thirty mintues, or he's threatening to deepfry a couple FS officers. he's set up a portable command in teh bay four in his ship. he got codes from someplace to get in there."
A small frown.
"If we refuse, he'll see how easy it is to deepfry a human. he doesn't make idle threats. However, if we don't give him power, he probably will blow the door open. which means more casualties becuase by then he'll be shooting to kill on his way here, considering you didn't save the first two."
Oh boy, Norris was gunna be pissed.
"Give him power, open the doors. I installed a personal security system that I can activate from here, once the hostages are past the door. it's also voice activated. and I seriously doubt he'll get through it. Especially if Fox can keep thier comms man busy just trying to stay in power."
"think it'll work, General Sir?"
"Yes. He won't sacrifice two men for a flipswitch. but I expect he'll try to shut down power agains the second he gets them back. so if power goes on, I want you to be johnny on the spot and get us access in there."
"Yes sir."
"Seargent!"
"Yes general sir!"
"you get a shot, take it. wound first, anything to keep them occupied down here long enough for us to get into the ship herself, understood?"
"Yes sir."

Camp looked at the gun that was shoved him and shook his head and merely listened. He wasn't one to be shooting people, he was a medical doctor for God's sake. Oh this was definately a new experience. Hm, he felt queezy.
He didn't want to admit it, but he was right. Hm...how to stall. "If we can get them on another chip in Fleet, we can disengage it from the REIII Fleet itself, and thus it would be left dead in the water what without power and no way to jumpstart it from thier end." Sacrificing one ship temporarily was better than sinking the entire Fleet. "Let them chill a little all cooped up with nowhere to go or escape." Yes that was a possibility. But what ship...there was a risk on any of them, though Impression was looking to be the best bet. All the while taking measures to divert power but in a certain route to open a certain path which wouldn't route them directly to upper Radience from the docking bay, but to the outer access and service tunneling between ships. Of course it would look like power was back on everywhere to them. "I did not take responsibility of this FLeet to have some military bastards take it." A look to James and Erik with a nod. "Do it."

Lillia nodded to Fox. "Loverly. I didnt' realize we were dealing with that kind of man but we'll win. The good guys always do." Yup, still little Miss Sunshine." That crowbar was stuffed back into her laptop bag and that was set on the floor. She worried about the FS, they needed those guys and hostage situations weren't very nice. But someone had to be optimistic, right?
she listened to James and then some of the others as they bounced ideas though felt the need to speak up. She didn't think they'd forgotten but maybe they had. "Just be careful which ship you disengage and don't touch Envision. Leaving the Echoes high and dry without power would be a major problem and we don't want him on that ship anyway." The backup generators would only hold for so long. Fleet worked best when connected.
Seh activated her communicator and whispered rather quickly, "Jelly we've got a psycho military guy with FS as his hostages. Erik is here with us so don't worry about him and I have Camp as well though I told him to stay with you. I think they're going to disengage one of the ships after trapping him on it so he's screwed. Copy?"

Fox chuckled a bit at her. "Yeah, hopefully you won't have to use that beautiful piece of metal you got there." Giving her bag another wary look, he turned his full attention back to his console. He saw James heading towards the door out of the corner of his eye and called out to him. "Depending on where you lead them, I'll cover your back with the internal weapons systems." On a side note, he was actually having fun here. Apparently their comms guy was a completely idiot and Fox was having the time of his life leading the guy in circles as he tracked circuits and scrambled passcodes. "Hey boss, are you planning to give them power anytime soon? Because if you are, I can get reroute some things to their control and overload it a bit." A sneaky grin to Michael as he patted the controls in front of him. "You know, these babies can give off some pretty sparks if you push 'em hard enough."

Jelena listened to the message that was being transmitted to her, idly petting at the wolf at her side. A shake of her head and a push of the button. "Copy...that's just what we need a bunch of military nutjobs after us."
Michael looked to Fox. "If you can manage it, do it. But not before we have those FS back. I don't want them to strike at them in retaliation. I've set the routes, I'm starting up the power now...I'm going to try and route them to Impression."
Rennell was indeed cruising the hallways of Ingenuity. He wasn't going to stay in once place and well he was damn handy in no power situations, seeing as he could fly and had the ability to see soundwaves. Even better when it was dead silent like this. Broken Wing...that was one of them code doodles wans't it? Not that he knew what it meant but he knew it was a code. Maybe he should head to Radience...yeah sounded good.

The General was idly waiting hand behind his back, tapping his foot.
"this guy is good. leading me in circles on this setup."
"So your useless, is that what your saying?"
"Of course not, General sir. I've got secondary routing on this other setup here worming it way into the basic security while we play ring around the rosie on this one."
"Excellent"
James was with Eric, walking through the corridors. a few of the team here with him.
"Once we get power, I'm going to acivate Heaven's Gate and Sword of Damocles. those FS men, you can regonzie them by height, weight, movement patters? they may try to switch outfits to sneek themselves in."

"Suits are assigned to members via thier access codes and also thier genetics. Dog tags of sorts really. Don't worry, no one can use those suits well enough and get away with it if they don't belong to them. So no worries about that, any standard scanner could pick up the difference and report it." But a nod, both of them walking at that fast paced stride to get to thier destination. "After we do that, I want to get ahold of Jelena. The woman is no doubt being stupid. Besides, if Captain Noris is planning on routing their path to Impression through select door accesses, and breaking Fleet formation with it, we need to get back soon as possible to the Bridge."

"But if I do, I'll definitely be prepared, which is the point." She glanced around for a moment and shook her head. "I hope they get this thing taken care of relatively soon. Dangerous situations just don't do it for me, you know?" Said with an all too bright smile on her face. Let this dim the happy? Heavens no. If anything it only shone all the brighter.
A few minutes passed and she finally decided she could best use her time by working on her dissertation and thesis. So sitting down in one of the control chairs, she popped out her laptop and furiously began typing away. "How long is this going to take anyway?"

A nod and a salute to Michael before he turned back to his console. "Impression huh? I wish them luck, they're gonna need it..." Oh yes, Fox had had his own experiences with the members of Cognizance. Psychologists always creeped him out. It wasn't that they weren't pleasant, they were just too nice in a way. The 'mwahaha-I-can-totally-read-your-thoughts' way. And the way they always cracked those mind jokes at him wasn't very endearing either.
Catching Lilia's smile, he laughed exasperatedly. "Could have fooled me." A look at her laptop. "No idea, but hopefully before our collective asses get fried." Mirroring her furious typing on his own keypad, he put in a few more codes to bar the security intrusion they were attempting and then followed the datalink he had just tapped into through their primary systems. "Bingo." A dizzying array of golden letters and numbers streamed down the screen as he made his way into their core matrix. "Hey babe, you're very pretty for a junky piece of metal they call a freighter." Fox grinned as he more or less talked to himself. Yes, he was a nutty one.

About thirty seconds later, Fox's console spoke back to him.
"I know I am. and this is one supped up hotrod you got here."
the comms expert was grinning lightly, headset one. that had worked. piggybacking the signal Fox was using to tap into his systems had gotten him a free ride into thiers. course that had been a last ditch effort once things were going bad. but it worked, thank god. but probably not for very long. maybe ten seconds at best...so, lets keep them busy for a bit, shall we? Power jumped on for a second, and random doors flew open and some closed in a completely random fashion. let them get that in order.
"Jam that door! we're only going to have power probably for a few seconds!"
"alright."
one of those FS boy got put right intbetween teh closing doors. which ment either a. he'd block the doors with his body, b. they wouldn't close on their own du eot safety hazard, or c, Norris would keep them open so his FS member wouldn't get severed in half.
James and Erick both stopped midtrack when the power jumped to life and all sorts of doors just popped open, instantly hitting comm to Fox.
"We're not there yet!"
then a look to Erik.
"Things might have just shifted for a moment in thier favor..lets stop here for a seond and see if it was just a miskey or something first beore proceeding."

Michael gritted his teeth and looked to Fox. "Get those under control now!" And thus he slid into his own seat before an elaborate console where his fingers flew across the face of it, bringing up all kinds of command programs and mappings and so on and so forth. Hey, he wasn't just a pilot for this place he knew how to work it and he was going to help work things as he wanted them to work.
"Don't worry, Fleet doors are safetied for the pass codes that are in PAID tags, meaning Fleet members are safe from that sort of thing happening to them. Have to be safe what with the way things go around up here from time to time." But a nod to him. "At least worth a moment's pause."
