Cindy noticed the bit more energy that Vergil had, more so than usual. She wouldn't put it past him to do something.
"Yes," she finally replied.
Thinking it couldn't possibly be that bad.

"Okay!" Vergil grinned. Without wasting a second, he ran to the door and down the stairs.
By the time Cindy had finished with the packing, Aurin was awake and ready to join her and Vergil for their trip to the ranch. Vergil was waiting with him, and looking quite pleased with himself.

"Did you have a good nap?" Cindy asked the moment she caught sight of the both of them.
Vergil seemed quite pleased, maybe she thought because he was given a job to do. He did hate it so when he couldn't do things because of his height or lack there of.

"Quite," Aurin assured Cindy. "It's a different feeling, being able to sleep while on something solid. Skyel is solid, I suppose that was not quite the words to use ... something stable, then."
He rose to his feet. "I suppose you are ready to head to the ranch then?" he smiled.

"Ready," Cindy replied as she led the way to the door.
She looked down at Vergil and though the best way would be the hold him. He was far too small to use the harness she had seen on the roc the first time she had ever met Aurin.

They headed outside, and Aurin helped Cindy up onto Skyel's back and motioned for her to strap herself in. The harness was simple in design, she wouldn't have any trouble.
"I'll tie Vergil in," he told her, picking the boy up before climbing up himself. "He will be safe, don't worry."
He set Vergil on Skyel's back and slipped one of the harnesses through the boy's belt-loops, tying him firmly to the roc. Once he had finished, he turned back to Cindy.
"When you are ready, then," he said with a smile.

Cindy strapped herself in, making sure everything was secure, this would be her first time flying like this. Once she was sure she was ready she nodded at Aurin.
"Ready."

With a word from Aurin, they were up in the air, and very soon they were over the ranch. He brought them down right next to the ranch house, and after helping Vergil to unbuckle himself, he hopped down and held one hand up to help Cindy down as well.
"That was so fun!" Vergil laughed as he waited for his mother to join him on the ground. "This is going to be such a great trip!"

Cindy being on the short side, and not really use to getting up and down on something as large as a roc accepted Aurin's hand. She hopped down using her wings to soften the landing.
Cindy chuckled, "Wait until you're traveling for more than a day..."

Vergil grinned. "I still think it's gonna be fun!" he beamed. He turned and started running towards the house. "Come on, Mother! Let's find Haradhel!"
Aurin chuckled as Skyel flapped her wings and took once more to the air.
"He is very eager," he commented to Cindy as he followed after the boy.

"To be fair," Cindy replied as she followed along at a more sedated pace, "He's never really traveled beyond here and the world he came from. I don't think he even spent time to see what was around him before."
So she doubted Gaia counted really, though she was still at a lost to know how he managed that.

Aurin nodded. "Well, I think we can safely say that he will be seeing quite a bit on this trip," he quipped. "A lot of ocean, that is certain."
He kept pace with Cindy, since Vergil would have to wait for them anyways since he couldn't open the door himself.

Once they were to the door, Cindy reminded Vergil to be careful while she opened it. She had to giggle at Aurin's response, she didn't think that is what Vergil had in mind.
Opening it, she led the two inside.
"Haradhel? Elrohir?"

"In the dining room," Haradhel's voice called back.
She, Elrohir, Arahad, Ahren and Shiara were all eating lunch together, and had just sat down.
"Haradhel! Elrohir!" Vergil called out as he ran to join them. "The guy that married Rhea is here!"
He had been tempted to add "bossy" to that description, but Aurin had let him sit by himself on the roc, so he didn't want to be mean anymore. Not to him.

Cindy sighed because she knew that Vergil knew Aurin's name and she was pretty sure he was doing it on purpose.
"Aurin," she corrected anyways, "Sorry for interrupting lunch, we came over to tell you that Adonai, Shael, Vergil and I will be going back with Aurin to visit Rhea for a while.... and the babies."
