Cause what Timid does, it increases speed, while lowering attack.
Jolly does the same, lowering special attack.
I'm thinking you were going with a special attacking Luxray?

Pretty much all of my team specializes in special attack; that must have been it. I wanted my Luxray to be fast.
Seriously, I have so few physical moves - in fact, barely any. The physicals are reserved for my non-elctric pokemon, now that I look at it...
Oh, I've just noticed something; I can't use that Eevee after all, Arc. I need a female Eevee and a Bidoof.

I've got it.
I'm going to completely re-model my Luxray. He and Raichu were always the weak links in this team, but I kept them in to try and stick with the electric theme as much as possible; therefore, their entire movesets are based around electric moves.
Screw that. Editing time again.
Kay, for now, scratch Shinx. I'm going to grab a pen and work some more >.>
Oh, don't worry about the Eevee, Arc. You don't HAVE to get absolutely everything ^.^
Actually, I could breed that male Eevee with a ditto to get a FEMALE Eevee to breed with Bidoof.
