Prophet was taking a nap nearby. He then heard a bussing sound, and opened one eye, making it turn into a slit so it could adjust to the light. Prophet noticed a dragonfly nearby, flying towards him. Prophet breathed some fire in a attempt to make it go away. The dragonfly still bothered him, so he attempted to eat it, clamping his jaws at it. Prophet then got up, his hatchling of his Zilla form, and ran after it. Prophet then hid under it, jumped up and clamped his jaws on it, and cut off the wings, but still flew, flying high in the air.

Kiera smiled more. "You may be becoming a man, but you're always going to be my little Shortstraw." She leaned up and kissed him before relaxing again. There they remained for several minutes more. Kiera reluctant to actually get up. Especially now that the sun was out, and the dark clouds were slowly disappearing. This was clearly a good sign on Hikari's part. Although Kiera didn't think that Hikari's feelings would effect the weather all the time. That would get dangerous. After a while, Kiera stole back her energy drink and drank most of the rest down. "Urgh, it's flat now anyway."

Prophet sighed, super bored. He noticed that the sun was coming out. For a human, this wasn't really a big deal, but for a reptile, you need all the heat to move and feel better. Of course, Prophet was part human, like all dragons, so, the cold didn't really affect him. "Mmm...The sun feels good." Prophet said, lying down and absorbing the sun's heat. He then breathed some smoke in the air, having not a care in the world.

*Shortstraw laughed* "Thats becuse your still tall and you have to look down at me isn't it!" He then smerked, "did you subsitue that for food this morning? I know how you are." He nodded be then as he got up and brushed himself off he smiled to the sky before putting his hands in his pockets, "i know we just had a moment there, but i'm anxious to get all the crap going on done as possable. Theres still alot i want to know so we can start changing things for the better. I decided i'm going to have you and evelyn both tell me at the same time, and explain everything." He waved his finger at her, "and dont think your going to get out of anything... expechally for the fright you gave me yesterday... well a few times yesterday..." he nodded to her and held out his hand, "comeon."

Kiera carefully took his hand and stood up. "I don't really have much to say about yesterday." She frowned a little. "But there's lots to talk about with Evelyn." She smiled suddenly. "I guess we'll just be happy to get it out of the way." As they walked back inside Evelyn rose her cat head curiously to Kiera's elevated mood. "Morning sunshine." Kiera raised a brow at her when Evelyn noticed that she was wearing a dress and pulled the funniest face. "Oh wow. Since when do you wear dresses?" Kiera sighed. "Since today." Evelyn grinned. "Suits you." Kiera glared at her. "Pervert." Evelyn looked offended. "I guess that nickname is never going to go away." "Onee-chan, what's a pervert?" Dante burst out laughing from the couch and fell onto the floor clutching his belly. Kiiro frowned. "I don't know what's so funny.."

Prophet sniffed the air, got up, and started to run, but something tackled him down to the ground, sending both dragons rolling down onto the grass. Prophet sighed as Zemu was lying on his back, having him pinned down. She looked at him and asked, "You ready to mate with me?" Prophet thought about it. "No." Prophet said, simply, which earned him a glare. "Well, if you don't want to mate, I don't want to get off of you." Zemu said, attempting to let him give up. "Fine, I'll guess I'll take a nap." Prophet said, closing his eyes. Zemu looked at him, and got off of him to check if he was sleeping. Prophet then ran off, quickly. "Prophet!" zemu yelled, chasing him.

*Shortstraw chukkled too, mostly at dontes reaction. Befor he desided to change the subject as he pointed to the couch, "Lets get this over. It's shortstraws evil intarigation time." He looked to keria, "keria go ahead and sit down on the couch..." He then looked to evelyn and pointed to the spot next to it, "and you Evelyn you have to change to your human form and sit beside her. I get the chair." He crossed his arms, "i''m serious. We need to get past all this, and i wanna no everything. No lies. From eitehr of you." He was trying not to sound happy, but it was still alittle in his vioce. He was happy he still had both of them. But he figured he needed to try and act more serouse to get his point accross.

Kiera and Evelyn both did as he said, after shrugging to each other. They then looked to each other with iffy expressions. They hadn't talked for days. Well, properly anyway. About their sudden... circumstances. Evelyn looked away. "There's.. a lot to go over." Kiera frowned. "More than a lot." Evelyn looked to Shortstraw. "Because this all started when Amelie was pregnant with Kiera. As I'm sure you already know Shortstraw." Dante scuttled next to Kiiro as he watched them. Both Kiiro and Dante were intrigued to know what would unfold here. Being the siblings of both people in question that was. Kiera looked to the side, out of the window. "Do you want to know truly everything? From start to finish?"

*Shortstraw nodded, "yes. No more secrites. We are a team, the three of us are connected to eachother. So we have to be sure we can trust eachother. That and after all that i went thoguh yesterday, I want to know everything. So take turns or whatever. I just want to know." He sat down in his chair, again trying to be serious and tough, though he was supprized it was working. Maybe this was going to be easyer then he thought. He then looked to donte and Kirro, "and i dont mind if you two lisen in, but no inntrupting okay?"

Prophet walked into the room, and sat down next to Dante and Kiiro. Prophet could tell they weren't confortable. "This isn't going to end well." Prophet said quietly, so only Dante and Kiiro could hear him. Prophet then looked at Shortstraw, making Prophet's eyes turn into slits, unsure how to read the tension in the air. Prophet then looked at Keria and Evelyn, a bit concerned at them.

Dante and Kiiro both nodded obediently as they listened carefully to their elder siblings. Evelyn started, since it all started with her and Amelie. "All right. It all started with Amelie being pregnant. She didn't quite specify if she was supposed to get pregnant or not. But as you can imagine now that Amelie had a potentially... powerful asset growing within her belly she was determined to make the best use of it that she could." Evelyn shut her eyes. "At the time Amelie was distraught. This was soon after Amelie had confirmed she loved Yuji and the fact that he hated her at the time was sending her into oblivion. That was when she met me. I had recently consumed the soul of a previous master I was with and I was on the prowl for a new master. Unfortunately, I decided on Amelie. Amelie was very willing, she saw me as her guardian Angel. Her wishes were for me to look after her unborn child and her for the rest of their days. It was a simple enough task for me. It was what I did." Evelyn looked to Kiera. "And when Kiera was born Amelie found herself calling for my help more and more often." She looked away again. "One day in Kiera's youth Amelie proposed a plan to me. She planned to make Kiera one of the most powerful beings on earth. And under Amelie's influence, she would be able to control this powerful being. Amelie would be unstoppable, in theory. Of course I found it stupid. Amelie was just an ignorant mortal as much other people were to me at the time. Then when I saw what she was doing to the girl.. I began to wonder." Evelyn glanced to Kiera again. Kiera bit her lip. "My mother often used to tell me that I was going to be powerful and strong one day. And when I was alone I used to reminisce over the fact. Amelie took advantage of the fact that Yuji didn't go near me often, and she used that time to manipulate me into becoming a solitary mess. I began to hate the world because of the stories my mother told me before bed. And I took comfort in the fact that I would be able to change it very soon." Evelyn looked back to Shortstraw. "Through the years, Amelie and Yuji had their quarrels. But Amelie knew every time Yuji would forgive her. And she took advantage of this too. Kiera became more and more solitary. Before she became the girl that you met, Shortstraw. The antisocial sheltered girl that was feared for her strength and intimidating stares." Kiera frowned. "That's what Amelie wanted me to be. She said it was all part of becoming the best. Weaknesses became a plague, to me. I would never let myself have any weaknesses. None at all. I was drunk on power, most days. And slept." Evelyn sighed. "And then you came into the picture, Shortstraw. A spunky little apprentice who sent a letter to Kiera thanking her for her work against your parents killer. I was unsure about you. I was very unsure. But I remember Amelie very clearly to this day. 'No, No! This is perfect! This boy is perfect for her!' She would often coerce me." Evelyn grumbled. "She knew that Kiera would soon grow too smart to follow her mother anymore. And so Amelie needed a bargain against Kiera. You became the bargain, Shortstraw. In no time you became close to Kiera. You broke down those barriers that she had built. Amelie once again. Used this to her advantage." Kiera looked very sad all of a sudden. "When it became apparent that we were together Shortstraw, I began to reject my mother. I had a new comfort of course, I didn't need her anymore. I didn't need the power or strength. My mother used this against me. She then said that I could become powerful for you. If I were powerful enough then I could protect you and never let anybody hurt you. Of course I complied. All I knew was that I wanted to be with you, Shortstraw. And I wanted the chance to protect you to the best of my ability. So through this, my mother still controlled me." Evelyn's eyes dulled a little. "And so this is when it starts to get more complicated... This was when I met you, Shortstraw."

Prophet growled silently, listening to the story. A Promethean scout looked in the window, invisible. It started scanning all the oragnisms in the room, collecting data for the Didact. The Promethean then jumped off and landed on the ground, running swiftly. Prophet noticed a flicker on the ground out the window, but ignored it.

Evelyn nodded. "Yeah, this is when things started to get tricky. About this time, Amelie had asked me to do something that was against the rules. Make a deal with you. I was outraged. She couldn't make me do something like that. Then she promptly reminded me that she could make me. And so that was what I did. I temped you with a deal, after only doing what would tempt you most. Make a deal with Kiera." Evelyn looked to the floor, seemingly ashamed. "And so you made a deal to restore Kiera's soul. And it became one big mess. I had parts of both yours and Kiera's souls. And that was just what Amelie wanted. This was good for her, because then I started to follow you. I wasn't allowed to give any indication that I worked for her, or that I knew any of this plan for Kiera. Amelie wanted me to get closer to you. This took longer than Amelie realized, and yet it still worked in her favor." Kiera rubbed her eyes. "I had no idea of course. The first time I had met Evelyn was when she made a deal with me. Well, not the first time. But I was too young to remember the other times I'd met her." Evelyn sighed. "And so Amelie watched as you me and Kiera grew closer and closer. She thrived in the fact that you were determined to know more about me. She thrived in the fact that you and Kiera were getting closer. Kiera was becoming more protective, and so was I. You were a real dealbreaker, Shortstraw. You became precious to both me and Kiera. And yet, I still belonged to Amelie." Evelyn shut her eyes again. "And then came the time where I was forced to make a choice whether to fade into the netherworld or join you and stay. You don't know the temptations of getting out of that spider Amelie's web. She'd spun me so tight that it was my only way out of her plans and schemes. And yet, I still stayed. Because Amelie threatened that she would make Kiera drag me back up from Hell to serve her." Evelyn shook her head. "I knew she was serious. Amelie had never looked so serious in her life." Kiera bit her thumbnail. "So everything seemed fine, right? We were all still together. And Evelyn was still allowed to walk the earth after cutting all ties with the Demon realm and it's inhabitants. Amelie's web was tightening around our throats. Evelyn had no way out, and neither did I." She took a breather then continued. "It was around this time that Hikari had started to get suspicious. Since the time that Amelie had given up on Veira being a possible second Titan-" Kiera chuckled suddenly. "Yes now I remember. She called us Titans. She was planning to make Veira one too. But Amelie made a slip up and Veira then hated her. Since Veira was unaware of Amelie's plans for her, Amelie had no way of controlling her or manipulating her. So Amelie gave up on Veira becoming a Titan like me." Kiera nodded. "Anyway. Amelie got herself into more trouble. She had predicted it. Oh yes, she predicted it far back. She knew how much trouble she would get into in the future and she'd tell me often that I was going to be alone one day. Without her. And yet still with her." Kiera glanced to the door as if she noticed Amelie standing there in her kid form. But she wasn't. Kiera settled. "I went off on a tangent. Anyway, Hikari at this time had started noticing. This was because of the way I acted. I had started showing similar signs of Bipolarism that Amelie too once had when she was younger. I had different reasons for having it, though. I had two personalities, now we know as the ying and yang, which separated and grew more apart with each day I stayed with you and Evelyn. The Ying was my caring side. The one I chose when I was around all of you. And the Yang, my destructive side. The side that Amelie had created and manifested within my body to one day sprout to become the worlds greatest killer. Hikari saw the Yang. However she was not going to move against Amelie. She was too scared, and Hikari was an indifferent person. This is why Hikari didn't make a move against Amelie until much later on." Evelyn nodded.
"Amelie and Kiera conflicted often on the outside. But really it was just a facade conjured up by Amelie to get everyone thinking that Kiera hated Amelie." Evelyn nodded. "River was another distraction to keep the attention off Amelie. And after the face off with River, Amelie's next plan of action was to start a war. A war which she so obviously succeeded in getting. She knew that Kiera's time of blossoming was coming near, so she wanted to get the world prepared for her. So she became the leader of China's armies. She started propaganda against the Yokai people, even though the nation knew she was a Yokai herself. When Amelie died because of, Veira. This gave a great chance for all the wars to break out. Including Amelie's brother in the mix. She knew she was going to perish from the war. And she had warned Kiera beforehand. Kiera all through this was protecting you. Cherishing you. There were lots of hidden communions between Amelie and Kiera during this time. Especially when uh... Kiera found out she was pregnant. From the time she had in the prison for three years." Kiera's eyes widened dramatically. "You weren't supposed to say that, Evelyn." Evelyn gulped. "Well.. No secrets now, right?" Evelyn looked guilty. "Amelie was all for the idea of Kiera having an invincible child. I mean the thought of it. A Phoenix Angel. Who could defy it, right? Veira and Kiera both ruined that. For the first time, Kiera went against her mothers wishes. And she seeked Veira's help to get rid of the child. And so Veira did." Kiera shook a little. "Mother... wasn't too happy about that.." Evelyn nodded. "Veira didn't understand how genuine Kiera's gratitude was. However now Amelie was angry at Kiera..."

*Shortstraw nodded, "i see, so ameile had alot more in this then i thought." He made a face, "and somehow i knew somthing more happened in that prizin thing then i knew. I was just trying not to ask, and when i sorta hinted to veria... well she compleatly blew me off and told me that it didn't matter and all that stuff, anyways... it's sading that you already got pregant once without me... next time though it will be with me, and it's gong to be a keeper." He chukkled to brigthn up the mood. "I just dont see exacly why the two of you didn't team up and take out ameile. She had ties, but both of you were far more powerful then she ever could be. Anyways, continue." He nodded really getting into things now. Course he felt alittle broken about the pregnation thing, but at the same time he was alittle relived she didn't have a child without him. That would really be a punch in the face to him.
