Yes it has, but I still have trouble understanding. xDD Hopefully someday it will be good enough so I can sing along when I'm listening to a song, right now it's easier to sing along to his japanese than to his english. xDDD oh and to not go "OMG this song was actually in english?!?!" when looking at the lyrics. lol.

it will improve gradually I guess lol but then again I notice alot of Vk bands have been learning english maybe because alot of english speakers have been getting into them not just the US, but also the UK etc

It has happened to me many times... xDD I'm used to it by now. The only times when I can say "now that's english I understand alright : D" is when he says bad words... xD

with silly god disco I heard a few english words so I was happy but then when I found out it was all in english I was like ummm HUH?
he improved in agony though at least I thought so

Agony is the looove. He really did improve for it. x3 ha ha I believe Reita said Agony is one of the most difficult songs to perform cause there are a lot of words he can't pronounce... xDD Ruki... making songs no else can pronounce, how thoughtful of him... xDD Still, Agony is one of my favorite songs. <333

i love Agony too! except... i like it cuz it sounds very dance/club to me... i like dancing to it at the bus stop... and my walk to work. (i look crazy doing that).
i don't think i heard him sing long enough to add my opinion if his English/Engrish has improved. but i'll take all you guy's word for it... te-he... sweatdrop

ha ha ha well to me, before, his english sounded like asoihopisdfosdpepdjpor!! and it has improved to aopsdpe! : D hmm... does it make sense?XDDD ... Well the point is he still has some work to do before it sounds like "hell yes, that's some sexy english." But even if he never achieves a perfect level of english we'll all still love him. <333

well I'm glad he at least tries lol, and I read that when they went to ummmm was it london or well anyway one of those lives. Two fans found them in the airport and asked uruha for his autograph or was it aoi. So ruki was there and asked if he could sign to in english so I guess that proves hes trying his hardest l ^.^
I know I read this a while ago so I cant remember the whole story correct but I do know it had to do with ruki's good attempt towards english.

I think if we give him a few more years he'll get it eventually I mean look at miyavi his english has improved so much that now I understand everything he says ^.^
