Higi can't come because if any of the humans survive they will know that he is working with the AA and if word gets out to the supers, well there will be a wrath that falls upon higi that would make satan cry. ANd loricaturs really don't have any reason to pop up.))

((I'm kinda wishing the good General was more formidable for this fight too... but I have a plan to get him the hell out if s**t hits the fan too hard...))

All the conscripts stop in their tracks and tap on their eye pieces which suddenly shorted out. Each pulling the thing away from their face and looking at each other confused. "s**t our optics died out"

The general narrows his eyes under his helmet "If thats how is going to be then." His gun equipped arm raises up giving off a slight hum as he smiles firing a shot off at the seer.

juggernaut takes two steps forward as he fires two rounds at Ayx with a loud growl.
Talon comes crashing through the ceiling down behind Ayx and Seer Bringing his claws down upon the Seer of course.

The conscripts all raise their weapons to mow down the medical personnel and injured people but are greatly disappointed to hear a a simple click and no pure energy rounds discharged "Back to the General!" All conscripts that had moved forward quickly back track to their position around General Coyl.

Juggernauts armer becomes surrounded by energy as the seer's attack is deflected. The human tank steps forward his missiles launch from the shoulders of his armor all six heading for the seer. (two damage each)

Talon speeds back wards and to the side avoiding the attack while launching two beams of pure energy one at each of the two supers.

General Coyl slaps the plasma away with a pure energy laced hand sending the plasma into one of his conscripts by accident who subsequently dies. He stays in place returning fire at the Seer

With the battle distracting the soldiers' attention from them, the staff and the children began to make a hasty retreat. Magdala, however, made her way to Ruby and Aaron.

Magdala checked Ruby's vital signs, and then cursed as she remembered it was mostly a useless attempt. Magdala sighed and grabbed Aaron's hand, pulling him away from his mother. If she tried carrying Ruby they wouldn't get very far, and it would bring too much attention. They all had a better chance, if she and Aaron just ran. "Come on child. We have to leave her, but she will be fine." she wasn't sure if she lied or not, but tugged a little harder as the boy resisted.

Aaron wasn't crying and whining like most children his age, but he was holding onto Ruby's arm with a stubborn and angry scowl. "NO!" He yelled, glaring at Magdala with fervent gray eyes.

"Quiet." She whispered harshly to the boy, unwinding his arms from his mother while trying to avoid the boy's mouth as he attempted to bite her for it. "We don't want their attention on us, or they'll shoot us." Magdala insisted. She finally broke the child's grasp, and brusquely swept her arm around his middle, picking him up and taking off with him.

"NOOooooo!" Aaron continued to yell, his hands outstretched, but Ruby was out of reach, and she continued to get smaller as Magdala ran from the shelter holding Aaron protectively.

Corellia slid down into the pit that used to shelter a small hospital, trying not to look too closely at the big picture.

Ruby was limply draped over the rubble of the old shelter. From most perspectives she appeared dead. She had a number of large and serious burns. She was breathing, but faintly, it was hardly noticeable unless one were to put there cheek against her lips and feel for it. A small silver ring glinted on her left hand, seemingly untouched by the ash and blood that coated the rest of her.
