Silver Moonblade
Silver smiled and looked at Ryugi. He obviously made it out of the stadium okay. He could make a small detour to talk to his old comrades.

"Hey, its that one dragon guy. Hows it going?"
Its going pretty well. Or at least as well as it can be after recovering from that whole stadium thing.

Ryugi rubbed the back of his head and smiled.

Yeah. Ryugi risked his life to save mine and Eclipse's. He ended up with a bunch of broken ribs and a broken arm. He was released from the hospital a couple days ago, so we've been exploring the town since.

Ryugi chuckled a little at the mention of his act, but otherwise he looked happy and friendly, as well as in good shape.

A carriage passed down the street, carried by 4 men, with two running alongside it, a boombox blaring in their grasp:

"JIGGA JIGGA G~I~N!"

The two started spitting out beats rapidly, as the carriage came to a stop, and was lowered to the floor, the door opening from the inside.

"Eck. Well I'm glad to hear your okay, at least."

Silver could sypathise for him, but he was happier to see him alive. Ryugi was a hardened warrior. He would be used to injuries like that. Silver smiled and looked at Vargus in slight concern.

"How about you?"

Vargus smiled and spoke.

Don't worry about me. I'm fine. But Ryugi here has been looking for a small spar.

Vargus! Meh... Yeah, its true. I've been looking for something to stretch myself after laying in bed for so long. And walking just isn't cutting it.

Ryugi laughed and Vargus just smiled. Eclipse, who could care less about all this chit chat, was busy playing with the sugar packets again.

Silver grinned.

"Yeah, That last time I was in a battle... it was against a hoarde of shadow spawn, not counting being wind-blasted in the stadium. I could use the workout."

Silver stretched his arms slightly in anticipation. He liked competition, so long as no one got seriously hurt.

You fought Shadow Spawn!? Where!!?

Ryugi was up and on his feet in a second. He knew what those creatures were capable of, and he hoped no one else was in danger.

Silver shook his head.

"I can't tell you. I made an oath, and as a dragoon I cannot allow myself to break such an oath under any circumstances."

Ryugi grumbled.

I hope you know what you're doing Silver. You'd better hope no one gets hurt from that promise... Anyways, that little adrenaline shock has got me wired. I say we have a little spar, here and now. I've seen several fights here and the most that happens is a crowd, if that. So whadda ya say? Same rules as always?

Ryugi turned and grinned at his friend, awaiting his answer.

Silver raised an eyebrow.

"Right here... in the streets? You do realize you can't blow anything up, and you probably shouldn't go into dragon form."

Silver luaghed slightly. He was joking, but Ryugi did have the uncanny to 'cuase widespread destruction with one attack.

Ryugi did his trademark knowing smirk, and grinned.

I can assure you I won't have any problems, or cause any for that matter. So, you ready?

He moved out into the wide street and took up a relatively casual pose.

It was daylight, so his moonblade wouldn't work properly. He focused a slight amount of energy into his right arm and smiled.

"Ready whenever you are."

Very well then, and...GO!!

ryugi dashed forwards towards Silver. If Silver could remember back that long ago, he might notice Ryugi moving just a TAD slower than he did back then. He also might notice how odd it was that Ryugi was charging right at him, instead of his usual walking entry while holding a weapon. One thing was for certain, this fight was going to be a bit different than last time...

Silver shrugged the slowness of Ryugi's actions as saving energy or something else. Regardless, Silver would wait till last moment before leaping over his opponent quickly. Making a verticle movement with his arm, an energy lance would form and throw his opponent into the air with mystic energy.

If this were successful, his lance would expend a large amount of energy to keep his opponent airborn with powerfull, electric like bolts of energy. It was an experimental technique that Silver had yet to use in battle.

Silver's attack went as planned. Silver leapt into the air over Ryugi, and the lance of energy shot up from the ground, however, there was an unexpected twist to hius plan, one he could not have foreseen from prior events or experience. As the brilliant lance of energy erupted from the ground benieth his opponent, there would be a pulse of energy from only a moment before Ryugi would come exploding out of the pillar of energy about halfway up the full height of the blast, and heading straight towards the no doubt baffled Silver.

There was no magic here, except Silver's that was. Ryugi's new body gave off a two inch field of magic null. When the magic from Silver's attack hit the barrier of null, it was disapated and pushed away from Ryugi, causing him no harm. However, the constant force from the blast only served to launch Ryugi up the length of the pillar. All that was needed for the burst of foreward speed was for Ryugi to lean foreward to allow for the shift in expansive force to move him forewards rather than up.

As Ryugi flew forewards towards Silver, he would be ready to attack with a powerful right punch aimed straight towards Silver's upper body and face area. The force of the punch, plus Ryugi's weight, plus the force from the pushing momentum supplied by Silver's own attack would all add up to a punch with enough force to send Silver careening towards the ground at terrible speed, if it connected. And since Silver was on a predictable curve through the air like any other living thing, it was unlikely that the punch would miss.

Lets see how he likes THAT! xd

Silver was cuaght completly off guard. The sizzling lance indeed kept his opponent airborne like it was supposed to, but the energy should have fried anyone it came in contact with. As it was one of his more powerful attacks, the force of Ryugi luanched out of it was titanic. Silver was thrown over 80 feet into the hard stone wall of a building far off. The force would no doubt shake the entire building, and the shockwave would be felt by everyone in the immediate area.

At first he thought that his attack had malfunctioned. Perhaps he used the wrong increments of force, but he never made such an error before. To be on the save side, he staggered up from the imprint he made on the ground and fired a small burst of energy at Ryugi. It wouldn't do any more than slightly burn someone, but it was nearly impossible for him to miss with it considering its speed.
