"Aye, s'shame that. Anywho," Sunstrike got up and stretched, yawning. "I spose since no ones come to collect me I might as well search them out. I'll see you later Engel."
And with that Sunstrike got up and headed out the door. Before leaving, though, he paused.
"Take care of yourself, alright Engel?" And with that cryptic remark, he was out the door and already moving towards one of the side tunnels, completely in the opposite direction to where his room was, and totally in the right one to get out of Hollow.

Vahn Kyonuske "Your attempts are only going to cause you unnecessary pain. We wouldn't want to injure the young ones inside you... now would we?" He paused, not even so much as turning his head to stare back at her. His eyes were closed, head lowered slightly. How much she reminds me of her... I can see why you might have grown attached to someone after so many years of self-imposed isolation, dear brother. *She kept pushing forward, choking and straining to be rid of her confines... But when he said -that- She froze, panting and trembling, blood trickling down the pale but now marred perfection of her wrists, from where her bindings had tightened to try and force her into submission. Her eyes were wide and full of an entirely new kind of panic.
She wanted to scream at him. She wanted to weep... She didn't understand... and her own ignorance was the key to her undoing in that moment. She wanted to choke the life out of him... She wanted to say he was lying... But deep down inside... her empathy told her racing mind that his words were spoken true. She didn't know how he knew... but she did know that this was a whole new game... What should have been joyous news to her... was a blow against the elf maiden's heart... And he had said the 'young ones'! PLURAL! She had not one but two or more lives within her... who's souls were now in danger because of her.
What lengths will a mother go to, to protect her unborn children? This was left to be seen as new thoughts started forming in her mind.
Her mental state, while in great shock... was functioning and recovering at a rapid pace... Her body however trembled as her knees buckled and she collapsed, hanging against the restraints.... the black silk a dark contrast to the blood red of her hair as they cascaded about her limp figure. Her eyes unfocused and seemingly unseeing.*

"Appropriate wouldn't you say...? In Eden, Eve gave birth to two children. You should feel most fortunate to repeat history." He raised a hand nonchalantly, turning his head in her direction.
"If history is what it truly is. Don't you see... the existence of Eden is real. The means to get there are real. DESTRUCTION... is real. You will be the Madonna of Destruction... the mother that saved the world itself."
He closed his eyes in distaste. "You should feel nothing but honored."
"Master Victor... about the others...?" Ezekiel was still slightly bowed low, his single eye staring up at his benefactor.
"We'll collect them soon enough... for now, we should bring the other one here as well. The activation of these ruins can't begin without her voice after all..."
"The Siren, Master?"
"Yes..." Yellowed eyes stared over Sierra once more. "Bring the one they call Lucind to Babel... no doubt my brother is going to attempt to delay the inevitable. Such a hero." He grinned, genuinely happy.
Well brother... for once, you won't be hogging the spotlight. I'll save this world, then you'll thank me... you will all thank me.

*Sierra turned angry eyes to Victor as he made sure she heard that last part. She KNEW he was right... Vahn would try and save them all. It wasn't so much that he was a 'hero'... It's just who he was. It was what he did... He was the guy who tried to save everyone even if they couldn't be saved...
There had to be something she could do! If Vahn was in as bad as shape as that memory viewing had detailed... How would he face his twin and survive?! Vahn had seemed so fragile... and here... Victor seemed to be at the top of his game.
Genuine worry beat through her heart. Fear for her lover... fear for his unborn children. A fear for them all if Victor succeeded.*
"...Consort save us..."
*Something else now... A Siren? Who was this Lucind? And would she be held against her will as well? Or would she... like Ra'kar... be tempted by the offer of power?*

Ezekiel watched as Victor moved on, keeping himself bowed low until he was completely gone. "..." Raising his left hand to his face, he covered the empty socket, removing it a moment later. His left eye was replaced, and it seemed as if he had never been missing an eye to begin with.
Yellowed eyes trailed on over towards the bondaged Sierra, lingering for longer than was polite.

Yellowed eyes trailed on over towards the bondaged Sierra, lingering for longer than was polite. *The elf maiden noted the man's leering with contempt. As his eyes carressed every curve and contour of her body she leveled a scathing glare at him. A low and primal growl rumbling deep in her throat. Deeper than anything natural... but then again... what about this woman was natural?
Her eyes flicked over him, slitted pupils of obsidian surrounded by brilliant molten gold. She bares dainty but deadly fangs at him, much like a vampire who was hissing or about to strike would.
As he stands there, her right hands twists in the restraints and a jet of golden flame leaps out from her slender hand, the torrent of fire aimed to burn or singe for all she cared. But she would make a point. She wasn't utterly helpless... and she was far from harmless.*

"You shouldn't attract so much attention." With skin pale enough to be considered ashen and ghostlike, Ezekiel stood out as a stark contrast to the golden flames.
His raven hair, reaching down to his shoulders, singed slightly considering the proximity at which he now stood from her. He was genuinely curious, as to why this woman stood out so much in his mind.
"Your very strong for a human."

*The elf smiles and cocks her head to the side, allowing the ruby spun silk that frames her pale and delicate face, to cascade over her shoulders in a spill of crimson... baring the long, pointed ears decorated in ornate elven finery. The jewellery chiming eerily.
Her eyes watch him studiously from beneath a veil of dark lashes, her full and sensuous lips parted in a secretive smile.*

"An elf...? I didn't think your kind still existed." His right hand lifted, zipping up the white suit that made up his uniform. "Tell me... do you think Vahn will really come?" Ezekiel's eyes never left Sierra's, the otherwise dull silence of the room stretching on between them both.

*She meets his gaze evenly, the gold of her eyes flashing*
"As long as the spirit of Gaia lives, we will exist. My kind has greatly declined in population and power... But there are a few of us, who hold fast to our roots with the mother earth."
...
*She draws in a breath and then sighs softly, her expression never changing... yet her eyes seemed to darken.*
"Yes."

BAMF!
Nakir, Munkar, and Lucind all arrived quite suddenly in the main hall of the Tower of Babel, more or less in the same position they'd left Feimurgan in. If Victor was still there, then the most former of the three would hobble towards him, swiftly pulling the knife stuck in the back of his leg out without grimacing in the slightest. Munkar would step back slightly from the siren, holding the hammer with both hands, the top of the head facing her in a way that if she showed the slightest sign of resistance, he could jab her with it and knock her out.
"Your Siren, Victor." Nakir would bow low, very low, almost compensating for the fact that his brother could not show the same form of respect considering his position. He'd gesture towards Lucind flamboyantly with his right hand, his left once again stuck to the hammer's handle, the remaining stump hidden behind his back.

The scenery around had changed but she was still rolling and using the momentum to push herself up in a half kneeling stance, quickly scanning the room, her ears tilting a little.
With a flick of her right wrist, the pearl changed into the e'shaton once more and Lucind shot a cold glance at Munkar, before she looked at the man called Victor. The Half-Siren's face showed no whatsoever emotion, yet she quietly noticed the striking resemblance between him and someone else...
However, all she wanted to know now was what was actually going on. She didn't speak up, though, and just waited.

"IN a land that the sand overlays - the ways to her gates are untrod - a multitude ended their days whose fates were made splendid by God, till they grew drunk and were smitten with madness and went to their fall, and of these is a story written: but her voice alone knoweth all!" Smiling that genuinely warm smile, Victor stood there, as if he had known exactly when the three would show up. As if he knew it would be this way. "My dear, my dear... it is a pleasure to finaly meet you." It was true, that his countenance was akin to one very memorable fighter, but looks could only go so far. His hair was much longer, his eyes much more peircing if not a sharper hue of yellow. His entire body was slim, showing no signs of muscles of any kind; it seemed as if nothing but young boy stood there. Yet the presence he commanded, as well as the respect shown to him by the two who had brought her here would beg to differ...

Yes, he looked indeed like a boyish version of someone else she'd last seen about three months ago. His voice made clear he was absolutely sure and serious about what he did, what he wanted. It was the voice of a man pursuing his aims with iron will, if not manic determination.
Lucind straightened up but didn't relax. She looked a little ragged from the previous attempt to get out of her store, some blue strands had slipped out of the hairband. First those strange questions comming from Nakir, now more strange lines from this man.
Her amber eyes rested on his for a moment before she calmly stated: "You've been planning to...'invite' me to this place for some time."

"Planning... Have I really been planning it?" Victor stepped forward, guard completely down and his hands raised. "No, my lovely, this is fate."
He was almost a breath away from the woman now, even as he leaned in. His eyes closed breifly as he took her scent in. "And fate, always has a way of delivering it's promise."
By now, she would become aware that the hall wasn't exactly empty. Several shadowed figures stood at attention, the duo that had retrieved her retreating into the background as well.
