Ukaia giggled and set the fish steaks in his lap. The sushi woudl need the drinks
"Mm we have yummy tuna steaks, with seasoning of cource, and then sushi, and to drink Red wine" she said to him looking up to see if he approved of the drink choice
"i thought it would go good with the fish, cuz it's a tiney bit sweet. "she explained to him snuglging up to his side

"My lady doth humble this poor and simple soul with her knowledge of beverages." Vince intoned, then grinned and kissed her lightly. "It all sounds lovely sweet. Will you pour the drinks, or shall I?"

Uakia just smiled a bit and then nodded to his plate
"You eat while it's nice and hot I'll pour"s he said to him as she got th bottle and set the sushi on the floor for the moment.
Then she began to work the cork out of the bottle to pour it into th ecups

Vincent started to eat; true to his earlier words, it was with the fervour of a man half-starved. Then he paused, looking to Uka and flushing. "Uh...you probably wanted some, huh? And do you need help with the cork, love?"

"I'm not hungry " she said to him as she popped the cork finally then grinned
"Got it" she added. Traning helped iwth some things. she oure dhim a full glass of wine and then one for herself. she then set the bottle down with the cork pushed back in it. And picked up the sushi
"besides I made that just for you" she said to him. She picke dup a peice and popped it in her mouth

"If you say so sweet." Vince smiled and kissed her cheek, then took a small sip of the wine. As soon as the glass was out of his hands, he began to eat ravonously again, though he paused every once and again to take a sip of wine. During one such pause, he raised the glass to her. "It's all amazing Uka. Best fish I ever had."

"I'm very glad you like it" she said to him watching him eat with a bit of amusment, and worry all at once. He should really try to eat more often.. even if he was a dragon and told her he could go days with out eating. it worried her ot seehim so hungry like this.
Then again she coudln't feed him while he was asleep could she? She sipped her own wine watching him enjoying being beside him

Once he'd finished the fish steaks, Vince set the plate and silverware aside, again wrapping his arm around Uka's shoulders. He took a piece of sushi with the other hand, eating it slowly, relishing the taste, then picked up his wine glass again. He gave a quiet, relaxed sigh, his world, at this moment, perfect.

Uakai smiled. She was very glad he'd enjoyed the food. She had no intention of telling him about the attempt to kitty nap her. And the chains thet were on tomo. She sighed happly.
Ukaia sipped some of her wine, then grining she scooted up cloaser and began to lick and nibble his lips.
"You needed a napkin" sh epurred to him nibbling his lips more.. sucking the bottom one lightly. Smiling as she did occaionsly taste a bit of fish or spice that had been on his lips

Vincent smiled, eyes turning gold. "I like this more than a napkin though..." he murmured, then kissed her deeply, careful not to spill the wine both of them held. When he pulled back, his eyes were smouldering, and his voice was husky. "It's much, much better."

"I'm very very glad you like it' she added sipping her wine again as she snuggled up aginst him

Kai came down the stairs, in his back what looked like bandaged wings. He went to the back of the bar and made himself some cocoa, putting on top of the stove a picture of Kaen. He smiled at it while he made the cocoa.

((jewel, sapphire, and one of my other friends both suck and make me so happy....my fiance flew in last night and they didn't tell me until he got to campus!))
Kaen walked down the stairs, yawning softly. She smelled something cooking and followed the scent to the kitchen, smiling when she saw Kai.
