Ivysaur had gathered all the light he could hold, and Emiri knew it would be a powerful release.
"Aim for the one thats still awake! Ivysaur, solar beam," Emiri called out. Ivysaur roared as he released the solar energy as it crashed down on the Kingdra in the water.

 Grovyle male lv 19 hp 150/150 xp 11/29 tackle - 20 quick attack - 30 absorb - 20 focus punch - 120 Alex looked at the water were all the trainers had begun the attack against Kingdra, it wasn't long before he looked at grovyle and nooded, almost imidietly grovyle sprinted at the docks preparing a focus punch, using Ivysaur's solar beam as cover it struk the kingdra but he fell in the water.

"Alright Eevee let's show them what you can do, Use Helping Hand, Ivysaur use Vine Whip." Aku said as he put his Eevee down. His pokemon entered the fray, Eevee staying back a bit and cheering Ivysaur on with a helping hand while Ivysaur uses Vine whip on the water dragons.
(If calculated correctly, it should be 60+20=80 60 for type and 20 for helping hand)

Post 5/10 for Great Ball #4!((wow, these kingdra are about to get raped...xD )) Kage had turned his attention towards Chloe when she had remarked on how long of a journey it must have been from Snowpoint to the Kanto region, "It wasn't too long of a trip, I only had to travel to Twinleaf Town and take the train over to Pallet Town. Then again making a trip like that would certainly be proof enough as to how much I wanted to become a trainer," he said, smiling as Chloe continued, mentioning how she had been there a few times already, and of course the comment of the cold weather there didn't come to be much of a surprise, "The elders at Snowpoint would often tell us that enduring the cold weather there is as much of a test for the trainer as much as it is for the pokemon. You are right though, living there does help develop a tolerance for the cold climate." As everyone was beginning to heed the pair of Kingdras, the silver-haired trainer from Snowpoint walked with Aku while returning Fira to her pokeball once she was set down by Chloe. At the moment he was considering unleashing Fang out of curiosity of what pokemon it was. While grasping the custom-painted pokeball he unleashed Lumina the chinchou with his other hand, "Lumina use Thundner Wave on the Kingdra that's still awake!" he then unleashed Fang, which soared towards its adversaries and unleashed a vicious Thunder Fang attack without receiving the order. Standing beside Aku he gazed at the uniquely colored Eevee in his grasp and smiled, "Yes, if a Glaceon is what you desire, Snowpoint is the place you want to journey to. Perhaps when all is calm again I can provide directions for you if you so desire."

Kaya had played tag-along with the others, following them to the docks. At the sounds of battle, he fully began to focus on the presence he'd felt. The power wasn't all coming from here, but much of it was.
With a quick snap, he pulled Loki's Pokeball from his waist and launched it into the air. By the time the Sceptile had appeared on the destroyed planks, he'd summoned Linux from his PokeGear.
"Unit: Linux, Serial: 597014-XN5, is prepared for combat! Linux awaits your orders, Master!"
"Sceptile!"
Kaya glared at the Twin Kingdra in the water, covering what options he had at the moment. Once he'd covered it, he decided which direction he'd go.
"Loki, Outrage on the one on the left. Linux, use Pain Split on the sleeping one."
The man's Pokemon nodded their agreement to his plan and made their moves. A thin thread of light, a bright passion pink, extended from Linux's processor to connect to the heart of the sleeping Kingdra. Once connection, it pulsed like a heartbeat, the Pokemons' energy flowing into one another for a few moments.
Loki looked over the landscape and his anger became evident. He knew this land. He knew it shouldn't look like this, it was supposed to be a beautiful city filled with tradition. But now it was no more than a barren landscape. His body flared with power as his inner dragon swelled to the surface. An aura of violet light overtook him, the energy within lashing out like whips to slap at his target's defenses, weakening it progressively.

The first Kingdra let out a cry, falling back into the water, unable to attack. The dragon hissed out a growl before submerging itself, returning back into the deeper parts of the water along the beaches of Fuchsia.
The remaining Kingdra was unable to shake off the sleep Ariadne had infused on it. The dragon continued to slumber.

Brayden saw the first dragon fall, smiling faintly. It made him feel just a tad better to have something to focus his frustration on.
Reva was still kicking up one heck of a tantrum, and charged once again, this time aiming at the sleeping Kingdra. She proved quite admirably that even though she wasn't a dragon type herself just yet, she could still perform with the best of them. Another violet aura engulfed the two, whipping around the Kingdra upon contact and draining the sleeping dragon's energy.
"Let's send it a Psychic," Brayden called to Ariadne, who agreed easily, focusing her mental energies to strike at the Kingdra from inside its mind, further weakening the dragon.

Ivysaur grunted as the two dragons retreated to where they had come from. Turning back to Emiri, she walked towards him and patted him proudly on the head. Emiri looked around seeing all the remarkable trainers that were here in helping, and felt better knowing that they stood a chance, however small it might be.
Ivysaur walking by her side, Emiri made her way near the docks where everyone else had been attacking.
"Those two Kingdra had the same look in their eyes that the pokemon attacking Celadon did. Do you think they were being controlled as well," Emiri asked, well anyone who was listening.

Once Reva had calmed down enough to promote it, Brayden scooped up the Horsea, returning back to shore. The small seahorse settled contentedly for now, although every now and then she would cast a smug look at Ariadne. The Gardevoir merely ignored the water type, preferring not to give her the satisfaction.
Brayden paused on his way back to the beach, spotting something floating along the surface of the waves as they broke against the sand. He knelt, scooping up a disc, realizing it to be a TM. That should come in handy later on, he realized. He placed it in his bag, before noticing a Rare Candy laying on the shore as well. He looked it over, before determining that its wrapping had protected it from the sand and surf, so it was still good. He bagged this as well, before making his way back to the others.
"I'm not sure," Brayden admitted to Emiri's question, "I think its safe to assume that they were under Lance's control. If the other Pokemon we ran into were controlled by the others of the Elite Four, it seems plausible," he reasoned.

Emiri was less than pleased to have her question agreed with, hoping that those Kingdra were just mad at what had happened to their home, but those chances were against them. Ivysaur sat next to Emiri at her side now, content with himself at the battle he helped in. Emiri hadn't the slightest idea of what they could do next, so she stayed quiet as the other trainers conversed. Emiri watched, though, as Mightyena came over to her, sitting down before her. At Mightyena's question, Emiri was surprised that it wasn't just her pokemon that were talking to her, but apparently all pokemon. Emiri knelt down to Mightyena.
"He's the dragon master of every region. He trains with only dragon type pokemon and has a great power. He's been leading all the attacks over the Kanto Region, and now we think he's going to try and take over something more than the Kanto Region," Emiri explained to Alex's Mightyena.

A man dressed obviously as a sailor stepped forward from the crowd of townspeople that had gathered along the coast. He approached the group, offering a faint smile. "I couldn't help but overhear you guys talking earlier. Just couldn't get two words in before those Kingdra struck. But, now that I think of it, defeating them will probably work to our advantage." He paused for a moment, before laughing, "Oh, I'm sorry, I'm just jumping right into things, huh? Well, my name's Hugo. I work as a sailor on one of the ships for a small shipping company. We're usually based out of Vermillion, but we service these waters as well." "I overheard you speaking of one of the islands in the southern oceans. Now, I would love to tell you that I know what you're speaking of, but the sad thing is, I have no clue where it is." "But..." he looked out at the water, "I think that's where our two scaled non-friends can come in. After you defeated those Kingdra, they're sure to return to their master. Wherever he or she may be. If you need to follow them, I've got just the boat that can do it." "The only problem is, she can't make port with the dock in such shambles. I called in earlier, and they're off the coast of Fuchsia a ways. I can request for their help." "I think if you give me a day or so, I can gather the people I need here in Fuchsia to help rebuild the docks. They needn't be perfect, of course, just enough wood so that you don't fall through the slats making your way out to the water," Hugo looked to Brayden pointedly with a grin. "I figure those dragons will take a day or so to recover from their injuries as well. They wouldn't travel the seas in the state they're in. Not after the thrashing you guys served them," Hugo laughed. "If we can get the dock in well enough shape so that my ship can make harbor, it should be fairly easy to track those two dragons as they return to wherever it is they hailed from," the sailor explained, "I can have my Wailmer tail them underwater to give us directions if need be. Them Kingdra have a nasty habit of staying to deep water."
