{{We never really made a rule about Pokemon swaps in battle, so I'll count it. ^^}} Surge recalled the fallen Raichu with a smirk, "Well kid, that was one of the best battles I've had in a while, here," he tossed Ricardo the Thunderbadge as well as his TM. "These should come in handy. I'll be hoping for a rematch one day!" Ricardo received the Thunderbadge!
