The ring of Titans that had been surrounding Soulscour begin combing the area and inspecting the pillars. The one that had taken the blast meant for Kalie and Torment slowly turns around, his front side burned and marked by lacerations in some points, but nothing major. He kneeled down beside the two, which got him alot closer, but still didn't do much. His voice was grand and rolled through the area like thunder, "Such great power in one so small. We were watching from above as our city fell, unable to escape it ourselves. We owe a great debt of gratitude to this man, and thus, I bestow this, the first of our thanks." White light rolled down his arm as he pressed a finger to Torment's chest, sending a surge of healing energies through him as the wave washed over him. He took a gasping breath as his back arched up into the finger from the surge of energy, causing his hair to burst into cool blue flames. Where he was stablized and his wounds healed, the strain kept him in unconsciousness for now, needing to recover in mind and soul.

*Still unconsciously running her hand through his hair she silently watched the titian, not fearing the blue flames that licked her fingertips, Kalie shrugged at Vince's words, while a sigh escaped her..*

"I wish I knew.."

*Pausing, her hand froze, and she turned enough to see his face clearly..remembering it somewhat from before.*

"I can explain a little.. but not enough..."

He glanced to the titan, closing his eyes with a sigh as he lit a cigarette. "Please. Somehow I'm now a fugitive from the side of good and I'm gonna stay that way for a bit. I need sanctuary." He took a deep puff and exhaling. It would be a long while before all was right.

At their agreement great rings of light fell around them and a tingling sensation ran through them. When the light and tingling sensation passed they were standing in the center of a huge square with Titans running about in a frenzy as they were set to work repairing or trying to get the Palace back into the air. A significantly smaller Titan approached and bowed, she was a Half-Titan. The royal one spoke to the attendant, "Take the unconscious one and the woman to the infirmary, the demon to the lab for examination. A sense the taint of great evil upon him, mostly cleansed. We must make sure he is cleansed completely." The attendant merely nodded in reply and picked up Torment with one hand, cradling him in her arm while gently picking up Kalie to rest upon her shoulder. A second attendant came to take Vince away as the first ran off.

After about an hour or two, he was finished (he just wanted to be cautious as he got used to his powers), and had changed out of those maid clothes, tossing them into the extra bedroom. He moved outside, lighting a cigarette and thinking silently at the front porch area.

Torment blinked as he looked at the wall and moved forward to pop his head inside the door, still blinking. He looked back to kalie as his wings disappated entirely, "The b*****d actually did it....I thought he was going to like lounge around, slack off, and do nothing, making up some lame excuse about how he didn't know how to fix it. Certainly am surprised..." He wrapped his arm back around Kalie and led her in as both doors opened wide for them, glancing around to see if he could spot the small gem and chain without having to actively look.

Tor put one hand to his shades and one hand to wear her chain should be and began a slow chant, probably slower than he would have liked, but as his power was dimished, it was to be expected. Slowly a bright filled the lower level of the house and as it faded both his shades and her chain seemed to retain the powerful glow. It was strong enough to the point where Tor had to take off his shades, "Well, that works too..."

Torment came up behind her he helped her back to her feet and took the chain, replacing it to it's rightful place. He then wrapped his arms around her and gave her a quick kiss. He let out a sigh as he looked around, he was home again, "It's only been such a short time, but just being away that long...it felt like I was dying inside." He let out another sigh as he seemed to drift off for a moment, "Lets just go out to our room..."
