The_Wicked_Man Cannibal_92 surely you can get better lyrics and/or vocals. Lyrics are so over-rated. The world needs more bands like a**l c**t and Erotic Vomiting. Lyrics are the song. You cannot have simply instrumentals or it will get boring very fast. Plus music is a way to get a feeling or a point across and you know words are the best way to do it so yeah. Ever hear of the Revolting Cocks pretty good band.

Once again, I stress the worldly relevence of "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik." In this day and age, there is not a single soul on this planet who has never heard that song before, it has already survived two centuries, and undoubtedly will survive two more. Can anyone here say that about Guns 'N' Roses? Twenty years after Appetite for Destruction came out and Axl Rose has the reputation of an a*****e who couldn't keep a group of alcoholics and junkies together with the promise of getting all the money they would ever need which they could then spend on drugs and liquor. I doubt that by 2086 anyone would even care about G 'N' R. And I don't particularly care for Ministry, Revolting Cocks, or any of the countless Jourgensen/Barker projects.....anymore. That awkward cover of "(Let's Get) Physical" stopped being funny to me around the time I turned seventeen.

The_Wicked_Man Cannibal_92 The_Wicked_Man Cannibal_92 surely you can get better lyrics and/or vocals. Lyrics are so over-rated. what the hell gave you that dumbass idea? without lyrics where would modern music be? without good lyrics it makes a song completely die, without lyrics it makes no sense to have vocal at all. without lyrics we wouldnt have classics like "stairway to heaven," "Free Bird," Symphony of Destruction," "Sweet Child o' Mine," "The four horsemen." The list goes on and on, if anything without lyrics modern music (i'm using the term "modern" quite loosley) would fail, techno would be the current "big thing" if anything, the music you listen to, the misfits, and any other band you like wouldnt be here at all. even shitty bands like greenday, atreyu, afi, and any new band ever shown on MTV (that excludes KISS) MTV is in fact another downfall of music, it completely ruined the rock genre, kinda like the greenday album "american idiot." the only downfall i see in lyrics is that we have to listen to dumbasses like good charlotte, they are currently the downfall of modern punk, they make the sex pistols and barenaked ladies look bad. I said I USED to listen to Misfits. I now have Beethoven and Mozart recordings and am listening to the soundtrack from A Clockwork Orange. And as much as you may personally value "Stairway to Heaven," "Freebird," "Symphony of Destruction" or "Sweet Child of Mine" and the importance of their lyrics, I doubt no less than half of those songs will have the staying power of Eine Kleine Nachtmusik. Also, a**l c**t songs DO have great lyrics....they're just written in free verse. Just take a listen (or, rather read the lyrics because the vocals are completely unintelligible on the recordings) to "I Pushed Your Wife in Front of the Subway," "I Made Fun of You Because Your Kid Just Died," and "I Lit Your Baby on Fire." i must say that if it werent for motzart and other brilliant composers modern music wouldnt be what it is today, but I mean without lyrics rock music wouldnt have been revolutionized in the vocal areas without great singers like robert plant who today still influence new musicians, and i will have to check out a**l c**t and that other one you said later i may volice my opinion on them. i must also say modern music has taken a turn for the worse, though i agree songs like "symphonhy of destruction" and "sweet child o' mine" will be put into the dirt, songs like stairway to heaven i beleive will survivie because the guitar in the song is very unique, it is currently the hardest rock song to master, because of that i beleive it will not be ground into the dirt.

Oh yeah, also, if you look at our top 8, the first name listed is the Travolta Assassination. That's our side project with the same people.

YES!!!! I finally seen a pic of Hot fuzz! It's a great one too... too bad it's in my magazine... and I have no scanner. Drat! Anyways, Nick Frost and Simon Pegg are in a medium shot in a forest and they're running from something. It's that kind of scared stiff kind of run where you look like you have a stick up your arse.
