It sounds like "How are you?" except for the "subete" at the end. Did you mean to ask "How is everyone?" For that, you need to say "minna-san wa gokigen ikaga desu ka" The first part means "As for everyone..." Either way, you can't put a word like 'subete' at the end because Japanese sentances end with a verb (except for particles like ka, yo, or ne which either make it a question or change the inflection of the sentance). Your second sentance, I think, should be "yotei wa ashita nani ga arimasu ka" or "Are there any plans tommorrow?". Literally, it says "As for plans, tommorrow, what is there?" Word order can be tricky since it is often very different from English.

Kalika101 how do you say lesbian in japanese redface just...'lez' (pronouned "lezu") and gay is pronounced "gei" xD yup... or "homo".... transexual is "okama"

Miyuki desu. pucchi machigaemashita. jibun de hanasu, "San" wa tsukaremasen... Furuba wa hontou ni suteki desu! ..(ima, watashi wa machigaemashita ka?) Nice to meet you, miss Honda. Im Miyuki. You made a small mistake. When you are talking about yourself, you can't use "san". Fruits basket is a really good series. (now, did i make any mistakes? sweatdrop )
