Wait...are you from Eau Gallie? I'm just looking at your pic. Oh by the way, I've been playing for like 4 yrs, quit 1 year. I play a plastic vito, size 3 1/2 vandorin reeds, with a selmer paris with a HS* mouthpiece. WHEW! I also play bass clarinet, but i dont own my own...bummer. I go to Seminole High school in sanford, and i have no idea how big the band is, but we have like 300 ppl. biggrin I LOVE MARCHIN' AT HALFTIME!!!!!!! BOO LAKE MARY GOATS *who are actually rams* lol... blaugh

Amicitia Ookami Ive been playing 5 years. I still have my cheap clarinet that I got in 6th grade.. its 6 years old xp HELLO BIRTHDAY PRESENT!! 3nodding So you're a senior and its 6 years old....? Does it still play good? In good condition? What brand? I want a new one too but hey if u work for it u can get it instead of relying on your parents for everything.

Andy1989 lostladyofthemarble How long have you been playing Andy? Umm...Bb Clarinet; this is my 5th year and Bass Clarinet; this is my fourth year. I use my Bb for leisure and Bass for school. damn you...jk! I was introduced to my baby the bass clarinet 2 years ago.

I play on a Buffet R13, usually playing on Vandoren V12 3's and 3 1/2s. Mouthpiece = Vandoren M15. XP
I'm one of those megadorks who makes All-State bands, Governor's School, all that jazz. ...also the clarinet section leader of my marching band. Also a key part of our clarinet choir...I usually pick between Bb, Bb Bass, and Eb Contrabass.
<3 DUUUUUUUUUUDEEE!!!!!! eek eek eek I WORSHIP YOU!! *not really* but holy ****!!! I want to be just like you and i am not kidding! eek I can only play Bb clarinet and Bass clarinet. Can I please have your autograp or email or something so we can talk more? My friend thing on here is messed up, i just joined too, and no one is on there..ROCK ON though...

And yes.. I realize I can buy one my own.. and Im planning on it when I get a job soon...

you mean refurnished or something like that lol...yamaha guitars sux! How does it sound? Curiosity for comparison for guitars vs. clarinets like sound wise...what size reed do you play?

I have a Yamaha Bb clarinet, and the sound quality is fine. It isn't as good as some of the other clarients I've come across, but mine is student quality. The tone goes a little flat sometimes, but maybe thats an operator error sweatdrop ...hehe...

I've been playing the clarinet for almost 7 years now. I LOVE IT! ^_^ I still have then same one I got the very first day I started playing, although I think that it has been cleaned, recorked, repadded, and shined a thousand times, and makes me very angry sometimes. I only play the Bb clarinet now, but I have tried a bass clarinet.

I'm doing that, Tempest, Trumpeters Winter Holiday, and In the Valley of the Ancients. Did you say Tempest? Holy crud, we played that at our concert too! Weird. I hate that song now, at least the base part cause this guy (actually two guys) keep on humming their base part to annoy me. They need to get a life and GO AWAY.
