DimitriFate Whoa! eek " shouted Dimitri in surprise as he watch Kyte choke on her roll a bit, with quite a bit of worry in his voice "Are you okay? sad Do you require medical attention ?" Kyte coughed and brought her laughter under firm control. "I'm fine, but thank-you for the concern, my friend." she said as she went back to eating.

Deerhunter and Clawmanner barely notice your dinner-table antics, as they chow down using their hands and rolls instead of spoons. The soup (for those of who are eating it unmodified) is actually a tasty rabbit brisque with plenty of herbs and spices. The rolls are a normal hard-tack biscuits, though they soften up nicely in the soup.
Meanwhile, Ahirman has busied himself using his skills to aid the injured guards and townsfolk in a nearby makeshift shelter. While helping a young guardsman he sees a very large man, dressed in an assortment of furs with a long, grizzled black beard and a holy symbol of Meilikki around his neck, approaching him, smiling. "It heartens me to see strangers helping in our hour of need. My name is Bearpaw, I am one of this humble town's healer's. It is a pleasure to meet you."
You guys can continue with RPing the dinner, just wanted to get Ahirman's situation in there.

Kyte finished eating and sat back to wait for the others to finish as well. As she waited, she looked around. After a few seconds, she started feeling bored and got up to go stand outside.

bringing the bowl up to my mouth, I slurp the last bit down, then thank Clawmanner. I then turn and look at Dimitri. "I just wanted to make sure you know that all my pranks were just in fun. I have nothing against you. I'm just playing around, ya know? So, no hard feelings, right?"

Since leaving the mayor's office and arriving at the shelte, Ahirman's experience had become a singular blur of injured and ailing people. Between the raiders and the fire started in some mad bid for the book, many had been hurt. The bald hermit had been working at an almost mechanical pace when the stranger approaches.
He looked up from his work to assist an injured guard for only an instant, making contact with the bearded preist of Meilikki before his attentions returned to treating the guard. "No one is excluded from misfortune, so it's only right that none should be excluded from succcor when they need it, yes? "
He'd have offered a better greeting, but at the moment, he was pre-occupied, and a mess. "I'm known as Ahirman, might you be an asscoiate of Madam Deerhunter?"

*Buuuuurrrp* "Excuse me redface ! Of course there's no hard feelings, I'm sure Brendon has already forgiven you with that dirty robes thing 3nodding ." Bowing to their hostess. "Thank you for the wonderful meal 3nodding . No, no need to follow me Brendon. I'm just going out to "signal the snipers" wink . Looking back at " Ignoring the looks of of confusion on the last statement. "Oh, if possible, I going to study up on some spells while I'm out there. If you want a rune on a particular object, leave it with Brendon. If you need me again, Brendon will find me." Walking outside Dimitri makes a mental note on the direction where Kyte is going for a walk as well. Walking toward the town gate, Dimitri reaches into the breastpocket of his robe and retrieves Faust's "treat". In the darkness came a familar sarcastic voice, " twisted You should kick the habit. twisted ""You know I don't need it, and this body isn't thankful because of it." A small flame sprout on Dimitri's fingertip and lights the cigarette. " twisted Speaking to me out loud are we, not worried they might hear. twisted " " sweatdrop ...No. I think they're starting to trust me, I doubt they'll outright kill me, they'll sympathize. Anyways, they'll just think I'm crazy anyways. *takes a puff* Anyways, this is thank you for helping me earlier, sorry for not getting you that favor and a final thank you for not screwing up my friendship. *Cough* That's my limit, you take over." " twisted Not worried that I might have fun with your new friends twisted ?" "Not really, of all the bad things you've done, it was never against me. Anyways, I think you fancy a memeber of our party whee ! I haven't heard bad mouth a certain person or people after a bit." " twisted Remember how you said I never did a thing against you evil . twisted " WHAM the left hand connected to the left eye. exclaim " twisted Hurts me now for a few moments, when you take over. It'll suck to be you. Next time you say something stupid, I'm breaking our nose! twisted " With that Faust looks from the condition of the sky to the still bloodstained street. Which spell? "Necrosurgery, might help to aliviate so-" " " twisted Whatever. That's 2 more cigarettes, now! I'm not moving 'til I finish 'em. To your next statements: don't care, not my problem, and their own luck/fault stare . twisted "

I reach behind my back, and unhook the hooked hammer, handing it to Brendon. "Here, If he has the time, I would greatly appreciate a rune on this. It's a family heirloom, but I know my father would be happy. Just, please don't lose it. If I find something that Dimitri wants in the future, it's his."

Talibah is eating slowly, watching the strange antics of her new friends.
(Do we see Dimitri get punched in the face? Or did he hit himself? SOrry, I'm a little confused as to what's going on between those two.)

((nah, Dimitri was outside on his own, so he could freely talk to "Faust". He went out of our sight for that reason...well, not to punch himself heh))
I nod back, and thank Brendon, then head over to one of the sleeping areas. I set my pack down next to it, and just lie down, relaxing and waiting for Bearpaw.

(OOC : Sorry its short, I couldn't think of anything else to say sweatdrop )
Navon sat down and enjoyed some of the soup, complimenting his host on its fine taste... Though, to him, it seems quite an exotic dish. He has eaten little enough meat in his life that a simple meal like this seems almost a delicacy, to him.
He ignores the others antics, for the msot part, having seemingly resigned himself to them.

((don't worry about the length, Blood doesn't have a minimal amount, sometimes you just can't say alot.))
Getting somewhat bored, I decide to start up conversation with someone. I look around the table at the others eating, and decide to talk to the bard. "So Talibah, you asked about our stories, what about your own? The Bard's path is not often the first choice, so I'd be curious how you got started on it."

Nodding slightly, Brendon turns his head a bit and stares directly at Talibah. "Yes, Master told his story, please tells us about yours." Through the croaky, raspiness, Brendon's voice was full of respect and courtesy as well a seeming thirst for knowldge. Not unlike that of Dimitri's.

Mostlyfiller "No one is excluded from misfortune, so it's only right that none should be excluded from succcor when they need it, yes? " He'd have offered a better greeting, but at the moment, he was pre-occupied, and a mess. "I'm known as Ahirman, might you be an asscoiate of Madam Deerhunter?" The large man laughs heartily at this, a collection of maces clank together on his wide belt as he laughs. Two on each sde. " I know half-elves are a pretty sort, but I assure you, Deerhunter is a man!" He pats Ahirman on the back a few times while he bellows. You now recognize him now as one of the clerics from your meeting, though he is scuffed and bloody now. " We are both servants of the Autumn Goddess, so I know him well. I did not figure you for a local, how do you know Deerhunter?"
