Maybe if he had laid down and tried to be a log rather than stand there and be a tree Hierapolis would have had a better angle on possibly spotting the critter.... Alas....he was a tree.

Imhotep, Page of Mercury Emain Ablach wasn’t the only one to see the thing. Imhotep whirled when Emain Ablach yelled out and happened to also catch sight of the jackalope. That was enough for Imhotep to take off after Emain Ablach. Two heads were better than one, right? It was up to Promethei to keep up, then.

Promethei, Squire of MercuryWhat? What did they both see that he didn't see? Imhotep and Emain Ablach both took off like rockets and it left Promethei too stunned to move for a moment. For one, he forgot how much faster they all were as knights. For another, he had no idea what they were launching after. ... Aw, hell, and he was losing them, too. Promethei ran after both of them.

Eternal Myrrha Crouched in a dense amount of foliage, Myrrha couldn't exactly see what was going by on the path beyond but if the jackalope got flushed into her hiding spot, she'd be ready for it.

Super MeissaWas too much energy being devoted to this hunt? Meissa glanced at her hands that could have been doing more than just pulling back branches before sighing. She'd give it another hour or so of hunting before really calling it quits.
