She looked up at the woman. She wondered if she was a model or something. She wasn't sure what to really tell her. She was a stow away on a ferry to get here, and then decided to just swim the rest of the way before being caught by a patrolman with a snubbull. She might be wanted for being a stow away. "I swam here from the Alola region." She stated cautiously. "I'm not ready to battle yet if that's why you came over here." She knew some people were always too eager to battle. "UGH, I hate this stupid Squirtle!" A girl yelled. Both Esmeralda and Keri flinched hearing the annoying tone from an unhappy trainer. "I wanted a Charmander. Get lost you stupid thing. I'll just say you ran away so I can get a Charmander tomorrow. Keri pulled off her coat and looked to her Bulbasaur. "I'll need you to pick pocket that trainer's pokeball." "Saur?!" Esmeralda looked up at her shocked. "Well, she's being stupid. She's not breaking the pokeball to release him or anything. You better go get ready." She ordered calmly. Esmeralda nodded and ran off. She looked over at the model. "......." She knew there wasn't any cops around. She checked out of fear of being sent back. "Excuse me." She got up and slowly walked away from her clothes then ran in another direction. She moved her hair to the forward of her head and used her stained kimono as some sort of scare tactic. As she approached the trainer who was frozen in fear. Keri laughed insainly but kept her distance so the trainer wouldn't run away but only stay paralyzed. Meanwhile Esmeralda crept up on the trainer staying low to the grass to blend in as much as possible. A vine raised up and managed to get to the ball on the trainer's pant loop. After some work Esmeralda managed to get the pokeball off the loop and brought it down holding it close. That was Keri's cue. She moved forwards with her arms towards the female trainer, as if she(Keri) were some sort of zombie. The other girl screamed and bolted.The Squirtle tried chasing it's owner but a red beam snatched him back. Esmeralda had given Keri the ball. She waited a moment then called out the Squirtle and broke the pokeball. "There you go, free as a Pikipek." She turned her back on the Squirtle. The Squirtle just panicked and Esmeralda grabbed Keri by the ankle almost tripping her trainer. Keri bounced up and down and turned around with the vine still attached. "Oi, hey now!" she bounced. "Saur!" Esmeralda tried to convey they should take the scared Pokemon with them. "Fine I'll take him with us but I'm not giving him to Oak. What's the point of that anyway?" She stopped hopping and walked closer. Esmeralda let go of Keri's ankle. "Hey there little guy. You're coming with me. Your new name is Bond got it? See I'm not that scary." The Squirtle stared at Keri for a second then to Esmeralda who happily chatted with him. Keri watched the two go back and forth. "I have no idea what you two are saying but I'm going back to my stuff." She turned on her heel and walked away from them. Soon Esmeralda and Bond chased after her. "I wonder if that woman is still there? I hope I don't get in trouble with Oak. He looks like he'd have that passive aggressive grandpa yelling down to a T." Keri groaned.

There was no way she had actually swam here from Alola, that was more than certain...but given the condition of her luggage, swimming had played some part int he ordeal. Still, the response in itself was interesting. "Oh no, you don't have to worry about that. I-" The nearby outburst seemed to draw the girl's attention, and even Callis glanced over out of the corner of her eye. She was far more interested in the reaction from the girl she'd been speaking to. The businesswoman let the girl go, taking a seat on the grass and crossing one leg over the other to watch how it went. To speak so brazenly of stealing a pokemon from a trainer....in front of a total stranger...the girl certainly had guts. Much to Calliope's surprise, the odd plan seemed to go off without a hitch. Those blood stains...no. Not blood. Blood stains were different. Still whatever they were from, they gave the girl a very effective approach. She walked back watching the woman clap. She put her pokemon down and grabbed the lab coat she was wearing. She pulled it over herself feeling chilled and closed it. With the kimono's sleeves it was difficult to do but she managed. She looked up at the woman from where she sat.
"Impressed?"
With all the red the woman wore could she be a rocket member? She heard about them on the radio before. It'd certainly make her goals easier if she allied herself with someone powerful like that.

She nodded. "I got them from Johto." She nodded. "I might be able to get the berry juice out with some club soda. I really hate how it got ruined." she looked at the Noire label. Then back at the woman. "Do you know any tricks to fix this maybe?" she looked up at her again.
She heard a few radio broadcasts looking for recruits. It was hidden so maybe it was like the hidden team broadcasts she heard of before. She always did respect how sneaky they were, but why didn't officer Jenny ever figure it out? Oh well. She looked up at the woman again.
"Miss. Noire?" she stared at the woman a bit. "So....Is there a base here?" she wondered.
She wondered if she could join, it'd be easier to survive with a team.
"Are you recruiting maybe?"
She wondered what the woman was doing in such a small town. Then again new trainers could mean new recruits. Maybe that was it? She'd have to wait for her answer.

She was surprised. Such an important person would be walking around with her. She nodded. There was no turning back anymore.
"You can call me Keri if you want Miss. Noire." she figured her boss didn't have to be so formal with her that would be silly. They weren't on the same level. Her boss was her boss. "I look forward to whatever you can teach me along the way, or mission too."
Her phone beeped and she looked down.
"I guess there's a poke'transfer unite at the train station. I'll head over there to pick up Angelus the Aerodactyle." she didn't know her mother also sent her a fletchling.
She held the bottle and looked to her boss again.
"Thank you. I'll try to not stow away in berry cargo again." She figured the woman deserved the true story about that. "It wasn't much fun at all." She didn't have the money for the ferry it seemed, and she refused to sell her silk kimono's for the fare.
Bond looked at bottle and at the stains. Chewed at the bottle to open it and started to rub it into her clothes.
"Ack! Bond no, I'm wearing the clothes right now, Let something dry so I can change first! Bond! Bond listen to me!"
The little squirtle was too determined and unleashed a water gun assault after he was sure the soup was on the clothes. Keri shrieked not totally prepared for the dousing. Esmeralda lightly headbutted Bond to reprimand him. When Bond finally stopped. Keri just stood there and looked down. The stains were out but yet again she was soaked to her core.
"This is not my idea of fun." she glowered a bit.
Bond put his hands roughly where a midsection should be, and stood proudly head held high. Esmeralda just wacked him on the head with her vine reprimanding him again. Bond just laughed nervously.
"It's all right you tried to help, but next time wait for me to be in something.....Dry." Keri started to wring out her hair. She hoped she wouldn't get sick. Esmeralda went over to her purple outfit and looked at her trainer. "Is that one dry?" Keri touched it. "Oh good....Now where do I change."
She supposed the train station might have a bathroom.

Esmeralda saw a Pidgey land not far from them. She went forwards to combat it. Being the faster pokemon she looked to Keri.
"All right. Use tackle!" She read that Esmeralda wanted to show off a bit.
Esmeralda ran forwards and headbutted right into the pidgey tackling the bird. The Pidgey fell over unable to retaliate. Squirtle poked at the pokeball. There was no way that the pidgey inside could even battle they'd need to find a healing station. Pallet town didn't have one, but maybe the professor could help out with that. She had potions but no way to revive her pokemon. Keri wondered if the train station might also have a pokemon center near it. She'd find out regardless.
"Did you want to go to the pokemon center boss?" she asked Miss Noire.

Esmeralda just ran over to Keri and jumped into her arms happily. Bond clapped impressed with the one shot knock out. He felt he could do that next time.

Her eyes followed the bulbasaur's actions and nodded when the girl mentioned getting changed. "If you're going tot he station, they have a bathroom there you can use for changing...Come find me by the road out of town when you're done." Without waiting, Calliope headed back for the path and then made her way over to where her bike had been unloaded. There was just enough room on the motorcycle for two, so there would likely be no issue with the girl joining her on these travels. Before doing anything further with the motorcycle, however, she began walking around it, checking to make sure that it was in the same condition she left it in. Her hand slid lightly over the vehicle's body familiarizing herself with it's form once more. "You two have done well," she told her employees. "You may return to your other duties. She looked to the whip. It might just work. She looked at Bond for a bit and he flinched a bit scared. He was too much of a baby for that, maybe, but it work work.
"See that, I'll buy one or a riding crop. You know I saved you from a trainer who didn't even want you." She stuck her nose up a little.
Bond give her large eyes and hugged onto her leg burring himself against her. Keri rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.
"Oh no, If I coddle you, you'll just do this every time. I know you were trying to help but if I get sick what will happen to the rest of you? You've got to think of everyone I'm carrying with me you know."
He just nodded. Keri sighed and gave him a light pat on the head which calmed him down.
"In the ball you go I have to take my clothes now that they're dry."
Esmeralda was busy folding them and putting them in the down dry duffel bag. Bond went to try to carry it but couldn't.
"It's okay, and I said the ball for now."
He looked down and went back into his pokeball.
"He'll get better I hope." she had an image of him fully evolved trying to blast her to do her laundry while it was still on her person. She'd fly off in a random direction." With that she went off with Esmeralda beside her.

She made her way to a healing station to heal up the pidgey she managed to catch. She came up with the name Sage. She then went to the delivery station. She showed her pokemon license and received two pokeballs that had been transferred there. She left now dressed in her purple outfit and called out the two pokemon curiously. Angelus flapped his massive wings and bowed to Keri. Then saluted her. She smiled happily at how Jolly he was. She could always count on him. Her mother once told her he was a musical conductor and war chief in a past life, though she wasn't sure she believed her, but then again he seemed to act it at times. The other was a fletchling. She was surprised she received her mother's small song bird. She returned them and placed them near Bond's pokeball. She looked down seeing Esmeralda looking up at her with wide eyes.
"Popular right? Lets go the boss is waiting." With that she started to run back to her boss. Esmeralda trailed behind her having trouble keeping up. She went over to the woman. Then looked at the bike. "We're riding this?" it looked almost too good to ride on. (Brb going home now)

Keri called back her pokemon and nodded to her new boss before moving closer. She got on the bike and put her legs up so she wouldn't get burned by it and wrapped her arms around Miss. Noire. This would be fun. She never thought she'd be traveling in so much style so soon. She imagined having to walk everywhere and it taking forever. She hoped she could prove herself to the woman somehow. She wondered how they were to take over Kanto, or maybe she had other plans. Either way she looked forward to it.
"Where to from here?" she asked curiously.
She looked at the place around her as they zoomed around. Her hair whipping back behind her. She was a bit happy that her boss didn't have such long hair or Keri would be the one getting whipped. She thought about cutting it to emulate her boss more, but then changed her mind. She was far to use to long hair to cut it short. With her personality she'd look boyish and she didn't want that. She was a little jealous she wouldn't be able to pull off such an edgy look.
