legs with rainbow stocking pattern (if polka dots spill from d-s, I'll leave back legs stockinged or not up to you)
green base skin color, including eye scale, maybe super glossy slime monster shine?
hooves and horns black
Double-stripe, black blanket, white stripe, can be a pure d-s or a malformed/broken one
Rainbow polka dots on d-s blanket
white d-s trim can look lacy if you think it'd look nice
eye marking/s on her face to add an extra "eye" ot two, maybe one on the eye plate? and possibly another on the cheek or in the temple area (that bit between the eyeplate and ear, I think it'd be a temple on an Acha)
tail fluff with a rainbow gradient like the avatar's butt bow
if you think it would look nice (given the cluttermess she is) a rainbow choker marking that matches the belt, particularly if the d-s is broken or malformed
