B0ss despised walking around in such circles and being so hopelessly lost. However, he didn't quite enjoy the cat's presence either, until he learned that the cat was actually rather serious about a riddle. B0ss actually enjoyed riddles, and didn't mind listening to the cat's. "What can you chew, but never swallow?"At the riddle, B0ss laughed. "Been there, done that. It's a tongue." He replied plainly. "What has three legs but only uses one?" The Cheshire then asked, once again on his turn. His grin ever in place as he waited for OuO to make her guess on her final riddle for the day.
The wight once again pursed her lips, trying to think of what kind of creatures she knew of that had such appendages and only really used one of the many they were given. Perhaps one that had wings as well or that had managed to keep its balance or something on one and hopped around. Well, that seemed logical. "Something that hops? She guessed.
"The answer is a death, but I'm sure you don't need me to explain that one." It smiled. Leaving her staring blankly.
"Oh, I didn't know he did that..." She was confused. B0ss couldn't help but smirk at the cat's reaction. "I was hoping you might say that... Alright, I'll start you off easy." He said, pausing to think for a brief moment. "What gets wetter as it dries?"B0ss couldn't help but be astounded by the fact that the cat didn't know such an easy riddle, but it seemed rather pleased. "A surprising twist, but I love surprises. You are quite the clever one, and for that, you deserve a small prize. Just this time, of course, just once." The cat responded, before disappearing. Astounded still, B0ss stood still for a moment. It all just seemed to easy but eventually, and cautiously, he took the reward. Hm. Maybe this one was fitting for what she had seen near the rabbit hole on her way downward to this place called Wonderland, because suddenly OuO got her very next question.
"Oh oh ~ Whaaat begins to tee, ends with tee and has tee in it?" She smiled brightly, throwing up her hands as she gave him the question.
And maybe he was humoring her, the simple thing that she was or really couldn't fathom it (probably the former, because really...) but he held up his paws with a shrug, claiming his defeat.
"A teapot!" She was oh so proud of herself.
"A surprising twist, but I love surprises. You are quite the clever one, and for that, you deserve a small prize. Just this time, of course, just once." He told her and rewarded her for her efforts. At least she had finally found something other than the talking and hitting foliage. A cat with an incredible grin stared down at her. But of course this was no ordinary cat. The grin would easily give that away but the fact that it also seemed to be blinking itself in and out of her view was another indicator. "A riddle, you say?" She tilted her inquiring face up at the cat. Sure. What could it hurt for her to answer such a thing. "Excellent!" She could see the excitement in the tail-twitching cat above her. "Alright, "What can chew you but never swallow?" Aureole blinked several times at the riddle. Chew but never swallow? Well, you could, technically, still swallow teeth, as unpleasant as it is. She tapped her hoof in contemplation before giving a defiant smile up to the feline. "A tongue! I know I've chewed on it a far few times but I can never swallow it!" Hah! She had done something right here! "Very good, now me! I must have a riddle!" Oooh. This would be interesting. Aureole wasn't all to well at answering them but giving them. She would have fun! She rubbed her hands together before cupping them behind her back, a smile spreading her lips wide. "Alright, I'm the part of the bird that's not in the sky. I can swim in the ocean and yet remain dry. What am I?" The cat flicked his tail from side to side. "My dear, you are a shadow." Well... Walking around the woods was getting her nowhere. It was becoming clear she had no idea where she was, and more then that she had discovered her normal abilities were gone, so flying was out of the question. She would just have to walk around and try find her way out. When nothing made any sense. and everything looked the same But when she felt she could go no father, she found she was in front of a very bent over tree. Which was strange, she could of sworn it wasn't there just a moment ago... And now the tree was talking. No, wait, it was the invisible cat on top of the tree, and it wanted to play a game. It came as no surprise to hear she was wrong, though the answer left her perplexed. "...Still doesn't make any sense, but whatever." The cat seemed happy.
