He slammed into one of the remaining walls then. He landed on the ground, quickly catching himself. "I will take that as a yes then for liking her." he said with a laugh as his armor began to regenerate again. A barrage of tendrils launched at Herald once again in an attempt to spear him in multiple areas. "Do you want to know why she is a kid now?" he asked.
Em watched as Herald went back to attacking V. She glanced over towards where she last saw Blitz and began trying to push debris away to try and find him. By the time she had reached him, he appeared okay at first but then she saw the multiple streams of blood that followed the flow of the running water on the ground. A new slab of concrete was on him and had his right arm pinned and also had his stomach down pinned and, from the looks of it, crushed. He looked up at Em "Are you alright?" he asked. Em nodded "B-But what about you?" she asked. Blitz smirked "No point in worrying about me now. It's too late." he said.

Never Again...Herald slid out of the way of the tendrils as they came towards him, getting grazed by several of them. "Why?" He asked simply before shooting another stream of fireballs towards V? Will I be bound in chains

"Because she has no idea who the hell she is." he replied as he dodged some of the fireballs. One of them he caught with the enlarged hand and threw it back towards Herald followed by a stream of lightning. "For quite a while now I have been manipulating all of them. After seeing that I wasn't the nice leader she had thought me to be earlier, that made her put all her life choices into question. That along with her weakened state with that hole in her chest in all, it was only natural that she would take a different form to save herself from death or turning into a corrupt form of herself. One that is just as weak and confused as she actually is. So she is a lost cause basically." he explained as an electric ball began to form in his hand "Are you following?" he asked.
Em heard V and knelt down quietly without saying anything as she let V's words sink in.

Never Again...Herald glowered as he heard V's explanation. "So you turned out to be a douche. So what? Her past is over and so are you. Emma is with me now and she's become who she is on her own. She's the one I love and she's the one I will take care of until the day I die. And that's not today." He used his resonance force to propel himself diagonally upward and over the lightening, breathing a large plume of fire downwards towards V as he did so. Will I be bound in chains

V replied before he took Herald's next attack. His armor would just regenerate again though. In order to break that defense, he would need to attack even more and at a much faster rate otherwise all of his attacks would be pointless. The orb of electricity in his hand continued to build up before he launched it at Herald. It would expand as it came closer to him before unleashing into a huge lightning storm around Herald.
Em glanced over towards Herald as he spoke then before hearing Blitz growl in pain. "Em... you should probably do this now... whatever opening he gets next, he will use to get over here and take me soul." he warned her. Em seemed hesitant at first at what Blitz said, glancing down at the ground for a moment. "You can do it." her old comrade reassured her. After a few more seconds, Emma glanced up at him and nodded.

Never Again...Herald felt the storm electrocute him as V unleashed it. He growled as the pain filled his body but he pushed forward, tearing through the storm. This scum...I can't keep this up much longer... he thought. Once he reached V he attempted to uppercut him before trying to punch him in the stomach followed by a kick to the chest. Will I be bound in chains

He was sent flying but caught himself rather quickly. His helmet chipped slightly, revealing part of his face. V stood up straight and wiped some blood from his mouth. He smirked at Herald as his armor regenerated again. "This is getting a little boring now, wouldn't you agree?" he asked before looking over to where Blitz was "Time to get this over with." he said as he disappeared and appeared over by where Blitz was trapped, Em was nowhere to be seen at the moment but he didn't really think about that. V reached to Blitz but stopped. He was dead now. Motionless. But his soul was nowhere to be seen "What...?" he muttered.

Never Again...Herald smirked as he saw V's confusion. "Guess it got put to better use," he said as he began focusing his resonance force into two massive fireballs. "But you can have these instead!" He added, hoping to take advantage of V's temporary confusion by launching the two fireballs towards him. Will I be bound in chains

VBlitzV managed to dodge one fireball but was blasted backwards from the second, his armor chipping away. Before he could hit anything though, a flash appeared behind him and a fist slammed into his face and he went spinning the opposite direction, skidding to the ground. He managed to get himself up to see who punched him. ☽Emma☾

Never Again...Herald grinned as Emma appeared. "It is," he agreed. While Emma was still doing her last attack he rushed forward, attempting to punch V hard in the stomach before kneeing him in the chest and then headbutting him. Will I be bound in chains

V's armor was chipping and continued falling apart as Herald and Emma kept up their assault. Her hair flared up and she launched a huge stream of white flames at V once Herald finished headbutting him. He was blasted into a wall as the flames melted away a lot of his armor even more. ☾± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±: . : ± : . : ± : . : ±

An orb of flames appeared in her hand and she disappeared and appeared near V. White energy swirled rapidly around her and the orb, building up for a wrap up of the battle. She glared towards V "It was a bad choice looking down on me. It will cost you your life then." she said before moving her other arm back "First..." she muttered before launched her hand through V and then pulling out a soul. Natte's. White flames surrounded it before it disappeared. "Now we make sure you will never be able to come back again..." Emma said with a glare before she swung the orb at him then, right when it came in contact with his chest, the orb exploded creating a huge shock wave through what was left of the room. It was almost like a mini bomb, more debris and white flames swirling around them all. By the time the attack died down, only a kishin egg floated where V once was. Emma breathed heavily as she tried to catch her breath while staring at the kishin egg. Her wavelength died down then and she stood up straight while the rain continued pouring down around them. ☾± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±: . : ± : . : ± : . : ± ((hope it was alright to end that fight there, I thought it was a good wrap up point ^^; ))

Never Again...Herald watched Emma pwn V. It seemed the battle was over. "Let the dead stay dead," he muttered before walking up to Emma. "Are you okay?" He asked as he stood next to her, looking down at the dead V. Will I be bound in chains

"Yeah..." she replied as she thought to herself. "We were the five test subjects that were successful... but what they didn't mention was that, in order for us to survive and be able to control our abilities, we needed to kill each other until only one of us was left. V knew that right away... and tricked us all." she said as her white flames died down a bit more "Now I'm the only one left from that time and with most of the files lost there is no proof that that project even existed. I feel sad about it but also relieved and a bunch of other things..."
