Ivory exhaled. "I was, but I have nothing to do with what is happening to him; it is extremely rare and recent that it has begun showing in even us, but the change will make him stronger and more flexible. It will also increase his stamina and strength though if it has begun there is only one thing that will accelerate the change though I am certain you will not like it," she said coolly, not even seeming flustered as a very faint smile flickered over her face as the futile threat washed through the phone lines. Adrian gritted his teeth, forcing back a yell of pain as the cracks of bone giving way became more noticeable and painful. Unnoticed, his canines had lengthened again.

Lillian's breathing was shaking slightly, some from anger and some from fear of what was happening to Adrian. She listened to Ivory thoroughly before even thinking of speaking. "Listen, if you don't have anything to do with it then I guess I'll believe you, since I have no reason not to. But If you can help him then do what you can, now. I know I'm a bit demanding, though I don't believe that I am going to be able to easily explain this if something goes wrong in my house. And believe me, Daddy will have this all over the news and whatnot if you can't get Adrian out of here and get him help." she said, before pausing to take a breath. "But I'm going too. If you say that I can't then I'll just have my cousins come get me and they'll find you, with me in tow. So there's no getting around me going. And what exactly do you mean by change? What the heck is seriously happening to him? And what do you have to do to him to make this go faster that I'm not going to like?" she rattled off questions like there was no stopping her, though she just wanted to find out if there was anything that she could do to help Adrian, even if they were just acquaintances. Roxy could sense that Adrian was in a lot of pain, so she put her flank against his legs, hoping to comfort him.

Ivory tilted her head slightly, exhaling. "We are outside the city. The most we can do is numb the pain until it is complete; as to getting the humans involved, they would not believe the truth. He is awakening the power within him at birth; his parents were like us though his father had links to what you would know as Kitsune. I suspect his natural abilities were bound at birth and are now awakening... painfully; we have only been able to watch from a distance," she said coolly. Adrian was panting from the pain and lifted a trembling hand before patting Roxy's head as he focused, shoving all of the pain deep into the back of his mind as he slowly stood on trembling legs. The low sounds of popping and cracking bones were still audible and his body felt like it had been beaten all over. He took a slow breath. "We need to get to the road that leads to my cavern... they aren't far from there," he managed through panting breaths.

Lillian was not too thrilled that all they could do was numb the pain, though she supposed that would be best for right now. "All right, though how long will it take for it to actually numb him? I mean... He sounds like he's going to break into a million pieces here..." she said, shivering at the sound of bone crunching. "And are you sure that this is not going to kill him?" she asked, before turing to Adrian. "All right. I'll help you as soon... I'll finish this conversation on the way..." she told him before returning to her phone call. "Could I drive him there or should we go the way he's asking? I do have a Jeep that I could use on the back roads, trails and whatnot. That would probably be faster than walking, especially if he's in pain like this. And did you say Kitsune? You mean as in people with fox ears, the tail and some power or powers that people would think that foxes would have?" she asked as she moved over to Adrian, offering to help him out to either the Jeep or the road leading to his cavern. Roxy stood on the other side of Adrian as if she were trying to help him walk too, though she wasn't a very big husky, so she didn't come up to more than Adrian's knees. She gave a small whimper-like bark as she nudged her nose into Adrian's hand, licking him comfortingly.

Ivory shifted slightly where she sat in the natural hot spring with no clothing on. "As far as Razvan can tell, his father was adopted by them, and the faster he gets here, the better, as we can't numb him easily without physical contact and if he's anything like us.... then he's stubborn," she said with a laugh of amusement. Adrian glanced down, feeling his muscles aching though the low cracking and popping of bones was starting to slowly recede and fade. He started walking slowly and carefully. "No offense, but I'm going to need a hell of a lot of aspirin after this," he joked, chuckling slightly..

Lillian looked at her phone and then she sighed, telling Ivory that she'd be there with Adrian as fast as she could before closing the phone and putting it in her pocket. "I can imagine that you would, though I think that you're going to need way more than just asprin... Maybe I could get some morphine for you..." she said, not really paying much mind to the fact that Adrian had been joking. All that she was thinking about right then and there was getting Adrian help and that's just what she was going to do. She thought about carrying him piggy-back like she had when she first found him in that alley, though she wasn't sure that it would be all right to do so without getting permission first. "Is it all right if I carry you like I did to get you here? I know that it'd probably be weird, though I can carry a lot more than most would think. I would only be carrying you to the Jeep, if you even want me to carry you out that far?" she asked, making sure that it would be all right. And if she would be allowed to carry him she'd let him climb onto her back to prevent him from getting hurt because of her picking him up. {{ooc:}}

Adrian shrugged. "Whatever gets us there fastest... ain't like I have a real family that would notice," he said, muttering the last part though he forgot that with Lillian as close as she was she heard him anyway.

Lillian sighed as she heard Adrian. "I promise that I'll try my best not to hurt you while carrying you..." she said, guessing that it was all right to carry him. She very carefully moved and pulled Adrian onto her back and she thought that using the stairs this time would probably be a bad idea, so she grabbed the key for the elevator and made her way to it as fast as she could. She began talking as she pressed the down button, so that she'd not be just standing there with Adrian on her back. "I know that this elevator will not get us out too much faster, yet I'll not be bumping you around everytime I take a step down the stairs. And this elevator is right by the back door, where the parking lot is. That way I'll be able to get you to the-- Oh here we go." The elevator finally reached the bottom floor and she moved as quickly as she could to the Jeep and she gently let Adrian down by the passanger side door. "Here, get in." she said, hitting the button on her keychain to open the doors, while going to the other side and getting in the Jeep.

Adrian chuckled at her promise though he knew she wouldn't hurt him on purpose. He was much tougher than he appeared, though he wasn't sure what was happening to him and the possibility that he was becoming part vampire or something similar troubled him as he slid into the Jeep.

Lillian wasn't really sure she knew where she was going, so she asked Adrian to give her an idea of where she was having to go. She didn't want to sound dumb or anything, but she had to know to be sure that she got him to help as soon as possible. "I wish that I knew all the back roads and such. And if I knew where your cavern was that'd make it tons easier for me to get you there quickly..." she said, a bit embarrassed.

Adrian tilted his head. "If you remember where you found me, then it's three blocks north from there on one of the main roads, though then it's about three miles out along the road, then there's a dirt side road heading into the foothills and it's probably a mile and a half down that road before about a two hundred yard climb uphill... I gather they said they're near there," he said, his voice a bit taut as he fought back the pain though he was visibly shuddering as his muscles continued tearing and regenerating, growing denser though it was starting to slowly recede.

Lillian listened fully to Adrian and she certainly did remember right where she had found him in that alley. "Got it. We'll be there really soon. I'd say in a few minutes, though that'd be a lie and I really don't like the thought of getting caught speeding or something... Hehe..." she said joking a little, trying to lighten the mood, yet she really felt that it was best that she waited until after she got Adrian help. She told Adrian to buckle up and hold on because she thought that she knew a shorter way to get to where Adrian had mentioned, though she would be going off road way before she wanted to. "This way that I'm going is the way that my parents used to take us to go hiking, though we'll have to get out and walk a bit, due to the fact that this Jeep can't go where we could. There's a pond right beside the dirt road that I'm going to be taking us to that the Jeep wouldn't be able to get around. I know that the walking might seem a whole lot longer, though at least there'll be less chance of someone seeing us and tellnig Daddy about it..." she she, looking up at the sky as she drove. She then mentioned that this Jeep wasn't really hers to use and that her father would have a fit if he found out that she used it without permission, but she thought that it was the only way that she could get Adrian to the cavern for help quickest.

Adrian buckled up, though a small smile flashed over his face as he knew what pond she was referring to. "I wouldn't worry too much about it, since I know the forest around this part of the city for roughly twenty miles' distance intimately," he said, looking up through the sunroof as he noticed the clouds clearing to show the nearly full moon.

Lillian did not really say muc of anything as she drove to the place where she said there was a pond. She pulled up as close to the pond as she could without risking the Jeep rolling into it. "Here we are... I guess that we can get going now..." she said, her voice a bit low. She did not know exactly what was happening and she did not know what may happen once this 'change' took full affect on Adrian. She slid out of the vehicle and she turned to Adrian, her eyes full of concern for her new friend, yet they held fear of what she may be getting herself into as well.

Adrian chuckled as he slid out of the car, wincing slightly. "Hey, at least I'm not a Saiyan... otherwise you'd have a monkey the size of a small skyscraper in a few nights, and that'd be really hard to explain," he said jokingly. Unfortunately where he stepped out was damp from the rain and he slipped, landing with a thud before a loud splash was heard as he slid through the mud straight into the pond.
