Heh, your eligable, we all are given the exception of Tan I think...
Since he quoted my post I believe he meant logo, and I think Ken is impressed by Dante's work in the Sig thread hence the vote for him to make the GG logo. As for a voting for it, I won't even go there.
Just pick someone good to make it, we don't want a (excuse my French as people say) shitty a** logo. That's all I'll say for this post.

Jalapeno + threads tailpipe= post...
Alright guys we need to seriously start getting something accomplished. Sig, and logo should not be the priority... They have their uses as an advertsing source but really, at the moment there is very little for them to join to. We may all enjoy our individual guilds and such but we also need to start finalizing things so that eventually we can truly have some sort of a unified guild here.
I know the holidays were hectic but we also need people here if we wish to accomplish anything, and with the number of members we have we have very little actual inter-departmental interaction...
In short gaia will soon be going into its third year now, and the GG is not far off from a two years of near stagnation. The reality of the situation is rather dire, but not hopeless...

Well the GA is how do you say...momentarily dead. Tipp has vanished, as have Wizard and Mouse. The only others around are Nu Blaze, Jala, and myself.

Ok guys.... if our old blood is gone, we need new blood then..... we cant wait for the rest of the old members to return, we need to get moving...and start moving fast
now...we have to start the council...we have 2 PC reps...we may fill the rest with NPCs.... from other people...wich may be civilians....

So probably recruitment would be the council's first order of business then?

Seems to be the best plan. As for the GA, I guess we'll have to re-make it all over again.

Hai...our first order of busines will be recruiment
we need a way to get to the RP population of gaia... and we need something big...
I was thinking.... maybe we can add a tread or something on the old Guild forum... we may ask a mod to make it a sticky (kinda hard to get but it worth a try) also we may place a recuirment Tread on the Exchage or on the shop section if we are allowed to
any ideas??

I think that's a good idea to place recruitment threads in both areas (old guilds and business threads). Keeping it bumped and replied to will be task tho... but not sure if we could get it stickied. (Maybe ask Eileen her opinion on it?)

To the best of my knowledge, sticking stubbornly in the forums, recruitment threads are not allowed, and CERTAINLY aren't allowed for GGN guilds. If you're going to have a two-part guild, existing both in the GGN and in the forums, that's fine (although not too efficient), but straight-out recruitment threads are unwise.
I think the best way is to spread the word via the RP grapeline and see what comes up. The problem lately is a huge lack of good-aligned or even decently neutral blood, and a fair lack of decent evil-aligned blood too, not just a general shortage of decent new blood. RP quality's dropped all over the forum, and the vampires are starving. xp It's becoming a major challenge for guilds to find new decent RPers, but moreso for GGN guilds who don't have the benefit of being on the forums. :/ Like the GPD, this place is going to have to spread by reputation and word-of-mouth.
I'm sure a place that gives Gaia some RP laws and gives an alternative to the GPD as a "good-guy guild" would be popular, given the chance. I certainly want it to succeed, if only because it opens the gates to some other plans of mine and means I don't have to pester the GPD to get any RP going.

well we will not try to sticky the tread then...but bumping is completely legal, also it its important for people to chck page one of this publicity tread, there we will place all info for recuriment and about our organization wich reminds to every leader, I want you to send me a pm with your organization info (ASAP please I want to get this thing moving as fast as I can), Officer Roster and Council rep (if any), also lindy.. would you like to be the one in charge of graphic design??...I could do the work myself...but I believe you are online more time than I do sweatdrop (and dont tell anybody but I think you are a good designer xd )

We would have to do more than BUMP it V.H. If is consists of only bumping, chances are that it'll be moved to the trash bin.

If you want a presence on the forums where most guilds pertaining to this exist, it'll have to be a full-blown guild-level thread with a storyline, purpose, members; M/O's gotten REAL strict over the last month. Same for bumping - no more of that. neutral I suggest y'all check out the sticky there, it's really changed lately.
PM ye with our organization info, eh? >_>
