Oh, ....well, you might want to get that checked out. But it doesn't have to be cancer. You can get that from having a bleeding ulcer, too. And...well, if you get blood when you pee, it can be from an infection, so maybe you could get blood when you poop from an infection, too. In any event, you should go to the doctor and see what it is, but...It's probably something really simple to fix. heart

Or your skin could be really dry there and the whiping is rubbing it to the point of ripping it open. (I've had these things happen to me) Try getting some, Wet Ones (that's what the product is called). They are these things that kind of look like napkins, but they are wet. You can use them for a variety of things, but you can whipe your backside with them, too. In fact, I actually saw a commercial on TV once that explicitly asked guys to use them to whipe their backside (I guess it must be important for a guy to do that sometimes???) If you're dry there, after you use those a while, it might stop bleeding. Or you might try lotion. ...but don't flush Wet Ones down the toilet.
